These Animals Got Too Confident… And Paid the Price

While its mother was watching from the water, the bird walked away like it just grabbed a snack from the fridge. The mother followed, and in a split second, the bird was gone. Number five, two buffalo were running from a lion. One of them stopped, turned around, like, I'm not scared anymore. Then he realized his friend had already left, so he canceled his character development and ran again. But the lion was already locked on him. Number four, this warthog ignored a pack of wild dogs and a crocodile in the water and started drinking like nothing was wrong. The wild dogs were confused, but the crocodile wasn't. Number three, this hippo left his group and walked straight into lion territory, wandering in front of the pride with an unnecessary level of confidence. The lions attacked him until he fell into a pit, which conveniently made serving easier. Number two, this monkey got way too confident when a lion approached. He stood his ground like fear was optional. He didn't even get the chance to regret it. Number one, this python thought one squeeze was enough to take down a leopard.
