"WHAT CAN YOU BRING TO THE COMPANY?" (The PERFECT ANSWER to this TOUGH Interview Question!)

So to help you pass your interview, this is what I am going to cover during this presentation. So I will tell you the number one reason why the hiring manager will ask you this question at your interview. I will then tell you what they want to hear in your answer to that interview question. And I will then give you a brilliant example answer that you can use in your interview. The number one reason why the hiring manager is going to ask you the interview question, what can you bring to the company is as follows. So all employers and hiring managers want someone who is going to make a positive difference in the role. Now, remember, they are going to be interviewing many people for the same position, so your answer must demonstrate you are going to be the person who is going to make a big difference in the role. So here's what they want to hear in your answer to the interview question, what can you bring to the company? Number one, they want to hear how you are going to add value to their organization. Take a note of those two words, because we are going to use them in our answer to this tough interview question. Number two, they want to hear that you will get up and running quickly in the position. That's very important. Number three, they want to hear that you already have the necessary skills and qualities to perform highly in the job. And number four, they want to hear that you will take full responsibility for your own continuous development. So those are the four things they want to hear when you answer the interview question, what can you bring to the company? So let me now give you a brilliant example answer that you can use in your job interview when you answer the question, what can you bring to the company? Take notes, here we go. I can bring four things to your company. Number one, I will bring passion and a commitment to the team that always focuses on ensuring your business grows and we do all we can to help you to consistently achieve commercial success. Number two, because I am a fast learner, I will quickly start adding value to your company. Now this means I will get up and running in the role in as fast a time as possible resulting in you not having to closely monitor or supervise me. Number three, I will bring an abundance of skills, qualities and experience that ensures the work I do is to the highest standards achievable, and that I am a consistently productive and supportive team worker. Number four, I will bring the promise that I will take personal responsibility for my own ongoing professional development which means the skills I possess will always be at the forefront of what is going on within the industry. If you hire me, I will be a trustworthy, loyal and committed member of your company who will seek to make an immediate and long-lasting impact in the role. That is a brilliant answer to the tough interview question, what can you bring to the company?
