[0:14]I'm talking mystery, I'm talking

[0:19]I'm talking history. I'm talking I'm talking victory, I'm talking Amen.

[0:36]There are three things I'm ashamed of. First, my body, I've struggled with the way it looks. The mirror often tell me stories I didn't ask for and the world has its standards and really, I do not fit into any of them Because I have wounds, I have scars. I have struggles that bends my heart into a wreck. Second, my past. Mistakes, missteps, choices. I wish I could undo. Launching a longing for love, that could not satisfy. I plunged into the devil's lies. I've had a bite into Rahab sandwich too. Cause small thing them don blow me breeze (Because little things sway me) just by exchanging pleasantries. Thirdly, my pride. Yes. I've been proud too. Proud of my accomplishments. The image I've casted, the reputation I held. And many times I stand tall, is not because of what God has done, but because of the things I think I have done. But one thing settles it all the across, the cross. Somebody say

[2:07]Follow me. Now, let's go on a journey to that hill far away. Where stood that old rugged cross the emblem of suffering and shame. Cause I see the King of glory take off his robe of dignity. I see the crown of thorns placed on his head, every thorn digs deep with piercing pain. I see the weight of the world upon his shoulders. I see him at the forefront, inhale, exhale, each was a battle.

[2:51]I see his body broken for me. Christ wore wounds on His flesh so I don't need to be ashamed of mine. Christ wore wounds on His flesh so I don't need to be ashamed. Of my cause. What is beauty without the nails? What is healing without His pierced side? What is elegance without the crown? Not of gold but that of thorns, what is flawless without his scars.

[3:28]Smooth skin might seem to attract, but trust me it is his scars that sanctifies.

[3:41]Smooth on the surface might be pleasing to the eyes, but it is his scars that sanctifies. Oh, speak of the devil. Flipping through pages of guilt. June 25th you told a lie. July, you did it again, and again and again. You liar! The devil trying to point fingers of accusations at me. But the cross came and interrupted. It says objection. It is Christ who died so who are you to crucify?

[4:22]It is Christ that died. So who are you to crucify? And I guess you missed her naming ceremony because she has been called a new name so address her by her name.

[4:36]And I guess you missed the memo too. That all liars will go to hell. And she's not the liar here. So you do what? Go to hell.

[4:50]And so now I lay my life at his feet. Like oil, let this be an offering. I know an apostle who did the same. We will drop our pride and our name. We'll count it all as loss for the sake of Christ's fame. Oh, all I have I lay at his feet. In spirit and in truth, even when it's not sweet. I'll beat so hard even when I can't breathe. I'll remain at the back seat or completely delete till Jesus alone becomes my daily heartbeat.

[5:26]And so the trophies will fade, the titles will fall. But at the cross someday I'll gain it all.

[5:37]I said the trophies will fade and the titles will fall. But someday we will gain it all. And so tonight I stand with nothing to lose but everything to gain.

[5:54]I stand with nothing to boast in except in the cross. Speak of mercy, I speak The Cross. I'm talking victory, I'm talking The Cross. I'm talking eternity, I'm talking The Cross.

[6:14]The Cross is not just a message for Easter. It's for the street. It is for the marketplace. It is for the wealthy, for the healthy. It's for the poor, for the sick. It's for the shameful, the prideful. The cross reaches out to all.

[6:33]And so I'm talking love, I'm talking The Cross. And so I'll cling to that old rugged cross. See my trophies at last I will lay down. I will cling to that old rugged cross and exchange it someday for a crown.
