To ab chalte hai, uh aaj ka topic jo hai hamara jo bahut hi powerful hai aur jo current market mein bhi humko bahut kaam mein aayega, which we called as which we called as RSI divergence. Divergence ke bare mein apne suna hoga. Divergence ke bare mein aapne, divergence dekhe honge. Aur main mera itne salo ka experience hai ki abhi bhi main kitne logo se jab baat karta hu students se aur unke queries aur questions dekhta hu to wo divergence ko abhi tak puri tarah se samajh nahi paye. Ya uska pura fayda nahi utha sake. Aur konse divergence ko dekhna hai, konse ko nahi dekhna hai, kiska kya importance hai, kiska kya target hai, wo bhi wo bhi samajhna zaruri hai. To aur kyuki uske samne dusra ek concept hai, called reverse divergence. Maybe there is already couple of videos on reverse divergence and I might do another master class. Maybe 2 million pe humko reverse divergence karna padega. But abhi divergence ko puri tarah se samjhte hai. Now let's understand first the concept of momentum which is RSI. RSI kya hai? Ek speedometer hai. Speedometer matlab gaadi kitna tezi se ja rahi hai, wo humko pata chalta hai. Aapke gaadi mein speedometer hota hai jaise uh 60 kilometers per hour, 80 kilometers per hour, 0 se leke 360 tak ka aapka jo kata rehta hai. Aur uspe pata chalta hai ki main fast ja raha hu, slow ja raha hu, medium ja raha hu. Waise hi RSI ka bhi 0 to 100 hai. Aur humne usko further teen part mein divide kar diya hai, which is 40 and 60, matlab 40 ke niche bearish, 60 ke upar bullish, 40-60 ke beech mein sideways. To ye hamara kata fixed hai. Ab divergence kab hota hai? Listen to me carefully. I'll try to make it as simple as possible. Ki samjho ki gaadi tez ja rahi hai. Aapki gaadi highway pe tez ja rahi hai. Ab aapko laga ki nahi, mere ko yaha nahi jana hai, mera to turn nikal gaya. To mere ko yaha jana tha, to mere ko kya hai, aage se U-turn leke yaha pe jana padega. Right. So agar main gaadi tez ja raha hu aur mera turn miss ho gaya to main pehle kya karunga? Pehle gaadi ko slow down karunga. Speed kam karunga, lekin gaadi ja rahi hai wo usi direction mein lekin speed kam ho rahi hai. Speed kam hone ke baad main U-turn marunga. Right. Ab waise hi market bahut tezi se upar ja raha hai, ab usko samjho U-turn marna hai, niche, down trend. Ya niche ja raha hai aur usko U-turn marna hai upar, up trend. To wo kya kar raha hai, agar tezi se niche ja raha hai ya tezi se upar ja raha hai, to pehle wo speed ko kam karega. Reduce the speed. Aapka speed kam hoga to pichhe wale ko pata chalega, aap signal doge, are bhai main turn mar raha hu U-turn, to tu aage se nikal ja. To waise hi jab speed kam ho jata hai aur market ja usi disha mein hai, but speed kam ho raha hai, to humko pata chalega ki bhai ye U-turn marne wala hai ya mar sakta hai. Confirm nahi hai, confirmation chahiye, right. To baki log jo khali price action ko dekh rahe hai, wo log kya are naya high, naya high, naya high. Matlab market tez hai. Direction wahi hai na. Agar aage-aage ja rahe ho to aapko lag raha hai ye to aage ja raha hai. But speed ko dekhte ho, momentum ko dekhte ho, tab pata chalta hai ki bhai ye to U-turn marne wala hai. Aur U-turn ke liye hum taiyar ho jate hai and that is exactly what is divergence. Right. I hope that makes sense. So let's understand divergence from, uh, uh, from a layman's point of view. I'll draw on the chart and then I'll show you some examples also. So do tarah ke divergences hote hai, bullish aur bearish. So down trend hota hai, uske andar bullish divergence dikhega. Up trend hota hai, uske andar bearish divergence dikhega. So let's see how does it look like. On your screen, you can see that divergence. Uh, divergence hai yaha pe bullish aur yaha pe bearish.
[5:14]Aur upar jo hai wo price hai. Niche jo hai wo RSI hai. Ab yaha pe dekhoge ki price kya kar raha hai, konse disha mein ja raha hai, niche ke disha mein ja hi raha hai. Right. But usne speed ko kam kar diya. Matlab ye U-turn mar sakta hai. Right. Bullish divergence will come in a down trend. Right? Aur wo humko buy karne ka signal dega. Matlab ye basically divergence, regular divergence jisko bolte hai, bullish aur bearish. Wo humko contra trades dete hai. Contra matlab down trend mein buying ka signal, up trend mein selling ka signal. Right. So this is a down trend. Niche ki taraf ja raha hai, A to B is lower, but A to B is higher. Right. So that's a bullish divergence.
[6:03]Ab hume compare kya karna hai? Close to close, kyuki RSI is based on closing price. Right. So this is bullish divergence. Now comes the bearish divergence. Bearish divergence konse trend mein aayega? Up trend mein aayega. Up trend mein aap dekh rahe ho ki price jo hai, bhav upar ja raha hai, naya high bana raha hai, A to B. But RSI ne lower high banaya A to B. Matlab B wale point pe uska upar jane ka speed kam ho gaya. Samjha, fir se. B wale high pe jo naya high hai, uspe jo uska speed tha wo A se kam hai. Matlab main tezi aage to ja raha hu lekin tezi se nahi ja raha hu. Matlab mujhe kya karna hai? Mujhe U-turn marna hai. U-turn mar sakta hu main. Right. So this is called as regular bullish divergence and this is called as regular bearish divergence. Are we clear? Write down. I want you to take notes, I want to take snapshots as much as possible. Right. And let me see that this video gets most viral and most shared. This is the master class of all master class on divergence. Shayad hi aap aisa kuch explanation pehle kahi dekha hoga aapne. Is by knowing ki highest RSI kaha pe hai, usko mark kar do. Ye highest RSI hai. Ab usi time pe highest price ho raha hai, highest price kidhar hai, usko mark karo. Kya highest price aur highest RSI same jagah pe hai? Nahi. Matlab yaha pe divergence hai.
[8:44]Kitna achhi tarah se ye divergence kaam bhi aaya. If you see this is A to B higher and this is A to B lower.
[9:00]Matlab ye jo abhi down trend dikh raha hai aapko, uske pichhe pehle driver ne speed ko kam kar diya tha ki bhai main U-turn le raha hu, signal de diya tha. Kya aapne signal dekha? Aur dekha to uske upar act kiya? Uske baad usme wo down trend jo dikh raha hai abhi, the red wala, ye black wala. That is the down trend we saw now. Because speed pehle se kam ho chuka tha, but uske baad usne U-turn mara and that's when how we can learn about divergence. So this is how we find divergence. So let's try one more chart. Let's go next chart. Simple tarika, highest RSI ko aur highest price ko mark kar dena. Ab yaha pe dekhte hai. Kya highest RSI kon sa hai? Pehle RSI ko dekhte hai, theek hai. Highest RSI is that. Is that the highest price? No.
[9:43]What is the highest price? Is on the top, not that. Yes. That's the top. Now us top aur is RSI mein farak hai matlab waha pe divergence hai. So price is higher and lower RSI and then a U-turn. Kaam khatam. Perfect target achieved, everything.
[11:18]So we will use this for target. Now ye ho gaya bullish divergence. Okay. Ab bearish sorry, ye bearish divergence. Now let's look at bullish divergence kaise dhundhte hai. Theek hai. Let's go back in the chart. Let's change the chart, yaha pe jaha pe bearish trend hoga waha pe dekhne ko milega. Go to Jindal Steel. Yes, go back. Yes, now stop. Now look at this, where is the lowest RSI in this whole chart? Lowest RSI is somewhere here. Sabse kam RSI, 20 ka RSI. And where is the lowest price on this chart? Here. Are they matching? No. That means there is a divergence. What is that? Lower price, higher RSI and then a U-turn.
[12:55]Right. So that's the way we look at divergences. I hope that is clear. Now I'll show you some more examples. Ab isko divergence to ye broadly sabko pata hai. But iske pichhe bahut sare ifs and buts hai. Right. Aur agar aapne usko achhe se nahi samjha, aapne samjho divergence dekha itna bada divergence aur usko trade karne ki koshish ki aur nahi chala, uske baad market ne naya high bana diya. To aap bologe, are divergence to fail ho gaya. But pehle to divergence ki kuch-kuch qualities hoti hai. Right. RSI, divergence dikhna kaha pe chahiye? Divergence mein kitne number of bars hone chahiye? Matlab kitne candles ke beech mein divergence ho? Samjho 1 April mein high bana aur dusra October mein bana, 6 mahine ke baad divergence aaya. So that's not going to work. Now write down the nugget for this. 10x nugget. You have to write down as a 10x nugget. This actually a 10x class what I'm taking. This exactly what I teach in 10x is shorter the divergence, powerful it is. Shorter the divergence, more powerful it is. Matlab kya ki number of bars divergence ke jitne kam honge, utna divergence zyada powerful hoga. Matlab kam se kam divergence ke liye kitne bars chahiye? Kitne candles chahiye? Teen. Kyuki 1 upar, 1 niche, fir 1 upar jayega, right? To teen to minimum chahiye. Teen candle, uske bina to do mein to ho nahi sakta hai. Matlab three bar divergence, five bar divergence, seven bar divergence, bahut bahut to 10 bar divergence. If you have 30 bar divergence, 50 bar divergence, that is dilute. That's doesn't go that's not going to work. That's not going to be so powerful. Shorter the divergence, stronger the move or stronger the effect. Right? So that's the 10x nugget. Now, second is, one divergence comes at the extreme which is at what levels? 80 plus, matlab 70s aur 80s mein bearish divergence. Aur bullish divergence kaha pe aayega? Between 20 and 30. But let me tell you the most important nugget which you have first time listening on free platform is the most powerful divergence come near 60 bearish divergence and the most powerful bullish divergence comes near 40. Aapko 80-20 pe divergence dikhenge, but sabse bada problem kya hoga pata hai waha pe? Kyuki waha pe reverse divergence bhi honge. Jo wo divergence ko negate kar denge ya fir uska effect bahut short term hoga. Lekin agar aapko divergence 40 ke nazdeek mila ya 60 ke nazdeek mila, those are going to be more powerful than the others. Right? Does that make you an ahha moment? So now what we do is, the next step for this. Let me show you some examples which we have taken out for you on slides for divergences which will make, kyuki ye sab ye sab practice ka kaam hai. Divergence dikhna apne aap mein ek kala hai. Agar sahi time pe dikha jab ho raha hai tab dikha to fayda hai aur uske upar execute kiya to. Hone ke baad dikh gaya are are divergence tha, to uska kya karoge? Kuch nahi karoge. Right. So aur kab practice kaise hoga? Uska koi short cut nahi hai. Practice has to be done. So as I always say, 100 charts a day. So now onwards, when I'm teaching you divergence, so go and check 100 bullish divergence, 100 bearish divergence. Aur usme bhi wo 6, 7, 8 bars ke andar hona chahiye. So let me show you some powerful divergences on your screen. Right. So there is Astral Daily chart. How many bars are there? Can see that price is lower, RSI is higher. There is number of bars is around 6, 7, 8. Right. Then look at this one, 4-5 bars. Lower, lower closing, higher price. Baad mein aur confirmations to hote hi rehte hai, jaise loud move hai, candle hai, pro gap hai, hammer pattern hai, support area already chal raha hai waha pe. Right, that's a different thing. Then let's look at one more, like a three bar divergence. This is so powerful, three bar divergence. Right. So and then fourth day ko confirmation, 5-6 days tak target khatam. Matlab agar aapko short term trading karna hai which is like a swing trading, do chaar din ka, then this is one of the most powerful things to do, which is three bar divergence, five bar divergence. Right? Practice bahut zaruri hai. Then look at this, this is again three bar divergence. Teenon, ek red, fir ek green, ek red aur niche lekin RSI thoda sa upar, matlab speed kam ho raha hai, U-turn marne ke liye taiyar. Aur fir 4-5 din ke andar target achieved. Ab ye target aata kaise hai? Main aapko dikhaunga. Right. One more, look at that how many bars are there, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, not more than 10. So I will say that less than 10 bars is the most powerful. Three se leke 10 ke beech mein hona chahiye. Right. Zyada 10 ke upar gaya 15, 20, 25, 50, fir wo dilute hote jata hai. Right. Two divergences, back to back. And see that, that's a five bar divergence and then again a six bar divergence and swing trading, no brainer. Ab market volatile hai, to aapko trend ke sath bhi trade karna hai aur contra trades bhi karna hai. Kyuki upar sa niche. 2024 January se main bata raha hu ki it's not going to be as easy as 2023. It's not easy for me also. Right. So it's okay. So we slow down. It's a seasonal business, samajhna chahiye. Aap koi bade se bade investor ka, trader ka interview dekhoge unhone bits and pieces mein paisa banaya, bits and pieces ya parts mein banaya ek chunk mein banaya ki ye season tha. 92 to 95 ya 99 to 2000 before the .com crash. Kisi ne 2008 ke crash mein banaya. So there is a one season which comes which makes you all the money or which makes you more money and then you have to baki ke season mein kya karna hai? Aaram karna hai aur paise ko protect karke rakhna hai, wicket ko bacha ke rakhna hai. Right. So just understand that you are not going to make consistent same amount of money every month in this business. Right. Then another three, four bar divergence and you see that a good gap up and good pro gap and target achieved. Right. So how does a bearish divergence look like? Maine bataya, divergence aapko already screen pe bhi chart pe bhi, aisa dikhta hai. Matlab price upar hai, bearish divergence appears against the trend, against matlab contra trade humko deta hai. Right. And then we look at bearish divergence signals. You can see that, that's again 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8 bar divergence. Which and then the trend starts on the downside which is a U-turn. Again, you can see a five bar divergence, a seven bar sorry, eight bar, nine bar divergence. Uske baad wala effect dekho. Dai, agar chart dekho aur turant aisa spot ho jayega, are divergence hai. Agar wo level pe nahi pahunche ho, uska matlab hai ki aapko practice ki zarurat hai. Agar aapko mark karna pade jaise maine mark kiya, are ye highest RSI, ye highest price, matlab aap seekh rahe ho, practice kar rahe ho. Jaise gaadi chalate ho to pehle sochna padta hai, break dabao, gear dabao, kya change karu, signal du. But baad mein aap automatic gaadi chalate ho, gaana sunte-sunte, baat karte-karte nikal jate ho. Kyuki wo itna automatic ho gaya hai, itni bar practice kiya hai. Waise hi divergence aaye aur turant haa, are divergence hai, trade kar, short kar, long kar, jo bhi hai. Automatic ho jayega, that means you are practice well. Otherwise sochte reh jaoge, kabhi-kabhi divergence hone ke baad, U-turn hone ke baad dikhega, are ye to divergence tha. Right. That's when again three bar, four bar divergence. You can see that. These are three bar divergence, four bar divergence. Right. Makes sense? So this are some of the examples which I showed you. Now coming to the next part. What is the most powerful divergence as I said is between 46 around 40, around 60 which we'll see some examples. But now I want to show you how to calculate a target. Theek hai. So let's go on the board again. So I'll show you how to calculate the target. Ye maine bearish divergence ka calculation karke rakha hai aapke liye. So how do you trade this? Is going to be like this. Jaise yaha pe ye aapka A point hai. Ye aapka B point hai. A and B. Ye lower hai, ye higher hai. Matlab yaha pe divergence hai. Ab ye confirm kaise hoga? Confirm hoga ki jab wo red candle dikhaye. So where is the red uh marker here. Red candle yaha pe aayega matlab red ya black candle jo bhi bolo. That means the divergence is getting confirmed, kyuki ye bhi niche turn marega.
[22:10]So I put my entry there. Let's say I start shorting below this. Short. What would be my stop loss? High ke upar. Samjho yaha pe shadow bhi hai ye candle mein. To wo shadow ka high ban jayega ya pehle wala candle ya naya candle. Wo mera stop loss ban jayega. SL. Now most important, target kya hota hai? Logo most people get confused here. Target is ye A aur B ke beech mein jo low hai which we let's call it C. Right. C point is my target. So this is where the price has to come in the next few days. Now let's say it comes down, dheere-dheere karke do-chaar din mein kabhi sideways jaake 2-3 din baad mein dheere karke target achieved. Once the target is achieved, job done, target achieved, trade over. Fir usko further analyse nahi karna hai ki aur niche jayega, divergence matlab trend khatam, abhi to ye trend wapis upar aayega hi nahi. Divergence ka kaam hai trend ko U-turn marna. U-turn chhota bhi ho sakta hai, bada bhi ho sakta hai. Aur wapis wo U-turn ulta U-turn marke upar ja sakta hai. So don't get confused about that part. Now, what is should I take this trade or not? What is the most important thing? Risk reward ratio. So risk kitna hai dono ke beech mein? Now if I calculate the risk, risk is this much. Versus the reward is this much. So you can easily see that the risk reward ratio is between 1 is to at least 4. To 1 is to 4, ya to ₹1 jayega ya to ₹4 aayega. That's my risk. Then I should take this trade. Agar 10 mein se main paanch bar bhi sahi jata hu, to bhi main paisa banaunga kyuki risk reward ratio favour mein hai. To hamesha har divergence chalega, divergence mein confirm paisa milega, aisa guarantee confirm kuch nahi hota hai. Trade set up hai. Hum set up ko trade kar rahe hai. Focus on the process not on the profit. Process kya hai? Divergence dekha, confirmation hua, maine trade liya, stop loss lagaya, ab main wait kar raha hu. Ya to stop loss hoga ya to target achieve hoga. Mere ko pata nahi hai ki target hoga hi. Mere ko ye bhi nahi pata hai ki stop loss hoga. I am not guessing, I am not predicting. I am following. I am following the process. Main process ko follow karte jaunga. Aise 10 divergence mere ko trade karne hai, 1 is to 4 wale. Mere ko paanch mein hi sahi jana hai. Paanch mein sahi jaunga to bhi paisa banega kyuki risk reward ratio is in your favor. Does that make sense? So this is your target calculation for bearish divergence and similarly we'll have divergence target for bullish divergence. So we'll go there.
[24:53]Now you can see that there is a bullish divergence. So what are the bullish divergence? Point A, point B is going lower. This is going higher. Right. How do I get a confirmation that it's going to work? When I see a bullish candle. Bullish candle ho gaya, confirm ho gaya. Mera entry ho gaya. Matlab buy. Aur niche jo bhi samjho idhar shadow bhi ban gaya. Niche pehle niche gaya fir upar gaya. To then I put a stop loss.
[25:20]And what would be my target? Yaha pe bhi point C hai. A aur B ke beech mein C kon sa hai? Ye. Right. C pe target banega which is blue, blue. Once the target is achieved, job done, trade over. Fir se calculate karta hu, mera risk reward ratio kitna hai? Let me see how much is my risk reward ratio? 1 is to 3. Ya to ₹1 jayega ya to ₹3 aayega. So if I do only 10 trades and I'm right five times, I still make money. The only aapko pata nahi hai, setup important nahi hai. Strategy important nahi hai. Sabse important hota hai mindset aur uske baad important hota hai risk reward ratio. Aap ek dam average strategy, basic strategy ko sahi risk reward ratio se aur sahi mindset se trade karoge, to bhi aap ek successful trader ban sakte ho. Aapko koi complicated advance gain level, Elliot level pe koi kaam karna PhD level pe kaam nahi karna hai. Not that I am negating them. I have learned gain, Elliot, neo wave, everything in my whole 28 years of my trading career. But I think what is the main aim? Main aim kya hai aapka, niche comment mein batao. Paisa banana hai to make money. To analyze and predict the market or to learn complicated systems. And impress people dekh maine 2028 ka target bana ke rakha hai, market hai na, nifty hai na 60000 hone wala hai 2028 mein. Uska kya karoge? Aaj kuch karne wale ho? Uske liye nahi hota hai. Ye sab achha lagta hai aur hota bhi hai kabhi-kabhi sahi bhi ho jayega aur bolega dekho maine teen saal pehle bola tha 60000 hoga. Aapne kitna paisa banaya, that's the most important. What we can do is, mark the price, mark the RSI. That's the highest thing. And this is the lowest thing. Ab aapko dikh raha hai ki pehle point A pe RSI kitna hai? RSI is 74.29. Aur point B pe RSI kitna hai? 71. Right. 74 aur 71 round numbers lete hai. So write down 74 and 71. Okay.
[29:32]Now what we'll do is, this is on the weekly chart. Weekly chart pe divergence hai to hum log isko trade kaise karenge? To let's cut the data. Kyuki hum log trade to daily mein karenge na. Weekly mein to direct trade nahi hoga kyuki pehle Monday aayega. Ab ye divergence maine Friday ko dekha. Ab main daily chart mein jata hu ki mujhe kis level ke niche trade karna hai to main short karunga, closing ke niche trade karna hai to hi main short karunga. That level is constant. Right. Okay. Now, let's see what happens from the daily chart perspective. Now I'm going to daily chart, aisa dikhta hai. Ab weekly mein divergence hai, daily chart ko humko importance nahi hai. Ab humko dekhna hai ki wo niche kab trade kar raha hai. So let's start with one day. Ab ye khula upar, to divergence confirm hua? Nahi. To main kuch nahi karunga. Day 2, ye niche aaya, day 3, confirm hua. Ab main trade karunga isko. Ki maine yaha pe trade liya, entry mera ho jayega, because that's confirmation. Ab kabhi-kabhi ek aadh bar stop loss trigger hone ke baad confirm hota hai, jisko bolte hai whipsaw. So I'm putting an entry at that red black third candle which is my entry.
[30:48]And what is my stop loss? Entry, upar likho. Yep. And then stop loss is the low. Draw a line there, the low which is there with red line or whatever. That's my, kheech rahe hai, sorry, yes. That's my stop loss. Right. Now how much is the distance? And then what is the target? Can we see the distance? How much is the distance? This much smaller is the distance versus the target which is very-very big. Now let's see what happens in the next few days. Maine entry kiya, stop loss lagaya. I am focusing on the process. I strongly suggest that, or at least you should exit 50%, 75% of the quantity baki aapko thoda aur trailing karna hai to shayad aur bhi upar ja sakta hai. Right. So that was divergence. Ab yahi cheez at the end of this master class I'm going to show you the current market scenario of the same divergence what we can see and I'm going to add one more nugget to it which will make it like from three star to five star or five star to seven star. Okay. So my one hack for you right now is that ye jo setup humne dekha divergence wala. Three bar, five bar, seven bar jo bhi hai.
