INGRATITUDE IS A REJECTION OF GOD BY PASTOR APOLLO C. QUIBOLOY

[0:00]Gratitude stems from a healthy spiritual relationship with the Father. We focus on His will, thus taking the focus off ourselves. We are not consumed with our needs and desires, because all that we are and could ever be is found only in Him. First Chronicles 29:11-13, Psalms 136:23-26. The sin of ingratitude is what we have to be careful of. Ingratitude is a characteristic of those in rebellion against God. Romans chapter 1, verse 21. In its essence, ingratitude is a rejection of God. Remember that. It is a rejection of Him as creator of all things, as the giver of life, as the giver of every blessing, whether expected or unexpected, whether pleasant or unpleasant. An ungrateful heart is a heart that is cold and indifferent to His mercy and love. Ingratitude is a sign of 'perilous times' that will come. It is the spirit of unthankfulness that pushes a man into a spiritual catastrophe. It is a relative spirit of pride and arrogance. Remember that. Where the human heart becomes convinced of his own supremacy and sufficiency. Second Timothy 3:1-4.
