[0:00]and police caught me. Police caught me and police took my auto and they gave me 11,000 rupees of memo. And they, they, they towed my auto. That memo still I have in my cupboard, that memo. At that particular time, I requested them a lot but they asking me, are you you give me ₹500 fine, I'll release the auto but I told them I beg I was I beg them that I have no money sir. But if you do not have money then don't argue. Oh I'm enjoying. I'm telling you come on. I'm I'm here. Come on. I'm ready. I'm ready. Absolutely, ma'am. That's the life enjoy every moment. And from now there is no stop, like now you are unstoppable. I have a fly now. I have wings over here. You can't see my wings but I have three wings. I can see, I can see now. Hello sir. Good afternoon and welcome to the session. I am good and fantastic, as it is weekend so enjoying. What about you? How have you been? I've been doing excellent. That's amazing to know. Fantastic. That's great. And after so long finally we are here. Yeah, in between multiple times we decided but we were not able to connect because of sometimes electricity, sometimes the weather, but now finally we are here. So I'm really thrilled to have you here. Absolutely. I am also thrilled to have you here and I would like to express my great gratitude to you and to your audience. Let's, let's try to thrive. Yeah, of course, let's try to thrive together. What, what is happening regarding weather? What's going on? It's unpredictable now. I would say. We are trying to connect to each other. Hmm. I see. But still it's unpredictable or still it's raining out there in your area. Right now, it's not raining. It's sunny today. Sometimes in between it is cloudy. So it's totally unpredictable. Yeah. So whenever I book sessions, it's like sometimes when I don't have electricity, it's quite challenging to have the session. And then delaying the session again and again is not a great thing. But it happened only with me or usually happened with other co-learners as well. Uh, I think during this season it happens mostly during rainy season. I see. Especially with me. No, not especially with you. Right now, whenever I book with any other too. I have to just delay it or that is why. In between I wasn't able to upload 2-3 days continuously. Usually I don't take break of 2-3 days only I take one day break like in between I post alternative days. But because of this thing I wasn't able to, so maybe during rainy season it is happening. Well, what, what majorly affect you when it, when there is no electricity or wi-fi uh or electricity or what exactly that lighting what affects your podcasts mainly. Yeah. It is mostly first that is electricity of course, the lighting. Second, sometimes Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is not like every time whenever there is a rain, so it is not gonna work. No. Sometimes it works properly but sometimes because of the storm as I live in a village so when it doesn't work, it takes a lot of time to get, you know, repaired again, so in a village, every facility you get a little late compared to when you're when you're staying in city. So that is the thing. Yeah. But as far as I know, you are living in Jaipur. You're not living in a village. No. I am at my home in my village for last one and a half years. So Jaipur is your village? No. I have no idea your village. As far as I know I know that you are from Jaipur somewhere. Rajasthan somewhere. Yeah, I am from Rajasthan. Yes. And I think you watched my videos one and a half years ago. That time I was there in Jaipur. I was staying in a PG if you have heard that properly. I was in a PG, not at my home. But right now I shifted last year. Uh March last year I shifted to home, so now, since then I have been living uh in my home too. I shifted to here. Whether I don't know whether I am I should ask this question or not. So what's your village, Madam Verma? It's the city near is a Shri Ganganagar. There is a small town near that city. It's like eight kilometers far from here. Yeah. I See, I'm calling from Surat Gujarat. You might have heard about it. Have you been to Gujarat? Have you been to No. I haven't. You have never been to. Have you heard about Gujarat? Have you heard about Gujarat, Madam Verma? A lot of things, especially I am very much fan of the dressing, language and the Garba dance I have seen these days a lot in Reels, which is amazing and mesmerizing. I would say captivating and some of the videos I like keep watching on loop. So that's what I like the most. And the dressing style as well that there there there is a what should I say that unique dressing style especially worn at the time of playing the Garba that's called the Ghagra and choli not only for female for male and for children as well that their dress code you are only allowed in when you are worn the dress code otherwise you are not allowed. So yeah, so it's nine days. It doesn't it it's not a fun moment. I'll tell you it's a fun moment for a youngster. But actually the story behind it that they are trying to uh please the goddess Kali Mata or Darsha Mata something I don't know exactly.
[6:37]I've never been there. I have never tried, but lots of my friends they go. Actually, this is not of what should I say that people consider it's enjoyable moment. But in my point of view, it is not. They are trying to please the Goddess Dasha Mata. I don't know exactly but there are lots of some people, different people have the different, they follow different Goddess.
[7:03]But when I, uh, when I used to live a couple of year ago like 20, 15 year ago. my neighbors exactly in front of my house they would play Garba. And actually the main thing is that they're trying to please the goddess. Okay, they lay around in circle, you keep that Goddess exactly in between and then they circulate, circumambulate entirely together, play the sound and they please the Mata. This is the story. This is, I don't know, maybe that I think in India, entire India people play Garba or it is only played in Gujarat. I don't know exactly. Nowadays, I think because of social media, every kind of culture, every kind of dance is popular in the, not in, I would say in India, entire world even. Like if you talk about Punjabi Bhangra, in foreign countries also people perform that. So it's like whatever people like now because of social media they get the chance to learn from others the skill and they perform. So it's not like now just remains in one state or one country. But, you know, the purpose, the purpose matters. What's the purpose? But some, you know if if if they are playing Garba or other stuff, you know, that that purpose to have enjoyment only. But the real purpose of playing the Gujarati people Garba, their purpose is to please the goddess. That's the purpose. You should try. It's fantastic. You should try. It's fantastic. Yeah, whenever I see those reels I like those very much and feel like if it were near to me I would have performed, I would have participated. Absolutely. Still, whenever I could get a chance. But for that, you must learn for that. You must learn for that first of all. You know, there are multiple types of multiple type of Garbas are there. You must learn first of all. Absolutely. Yeah, that's great. Good to know about it in detail. I just watched the reels only. Yeah. So, uh,

So it would be great for them if you give your short introduction.
[10:37]Well, as you know that my name is Arif. I'm a third year English literature student, as well as I am a communication skill and spoken English trainer. I'm a YouTuber. I'm a founder of hybro.com/hybro app that most of the people they don't know. Yeah, this is all about me enjoying my life. I'm in the golden period of my life. I struggled a lot in my initial stage of the career. And I would say still struggling, haven't got success, running behind success. And I don't know exactly what is the end. So many things I want to do in my life. But what to do, what not to do, which is the best way, how to reach there, who's going to help me, what next in my journey. Really don't know. Really, really, really don't know, really don't know what to do because I started very late my career. I started very linearly. I'll tell you, I started my career 10 years late. How 10 years late. I'll tell you when I was in 12th standard, I failed. I failed because of my financial. I don't want to create a sympathy, sympathy over here. Let's see some people there. But just if you are asking, I'll tell you that it will motivate the people. That's my purpose. When I was in 12th standard, I got failed and my financial situation was very poor. I'll tell you that my literally my parents told me to you know, you must leave your education. We cannot afford your education. And they changed, they shifted from my village to Surat. And I was still there with my paternal mother. And she, I can't say she didn't take care of me. Because once you once your parents are not nurturing you, when they are not taking care of you, you might lose somewhere the you know, construction that toward your education somewhere. So I lost. And my circle was not good, that nobody helped me. I I cannot blame anybody that they didn't help me. So I lost my motivation toward my education. So I left and came back to Surat. And I started working as a labour. I worked plenty of places as a labour. I worked as a labour, as a as a delivery boy, as a as a what should I say that. So many things I did in my life and then finally I didn't get the success in those works.
[13:25]So I started driving auto. I was an auto driver. I drove auto nearly eight years in Surat. eight years. And in between, I studied a lot regarding English language because I was fond and still I'm fond of English language. Not only in English language, other languages as well. I can speak multiple languages. But I am concentrating only on English currently. Not currently over the last five years we have been learning. That's why I chose English literature. I'm in last year right now. So this is how I started my journey. That during the lockdown, lockdown changed my life completely. I'll tell you. It was a disaster for majority of the people but it was a opportunity, a door of opportunity that I knocked and I opened especially during the lockdown. My first or second video got viral, so I got the indication from the God, Arif, this is the time to catch, hold the rope and strike the iron. So I struck the iron during the pandemic and I decided, now I'm gonna this is my future. I'll go further over here. And then I gradually going further, helping my family, helping myself, understanding the career, what's is my future. And I took the admission in 2022 throughNIOS. I was scared a little bit. But, you know, again, I struck the iron that I got 70% and then again, I got a little bit motivation that, yeah, Arif, you can do. still the charm is there. So, one of my friends told me, Arif, why don't you study further?
[15:13]Then I decided let's, let's study through because I love studying regular and studying uh what should I say that offline. offline it's quietly, you know you will not get that touch of a professor or teacher that if you have any query, where you will go and where you will ask them. So I decided to have a study regular. I'm I'm a regular student. Isn't it? I'm a regular student, I go regularly. So now you are not into other work that you earlier did. Now entirely you are focusing on studies and YouTube and working on yourself, right? Absolutely, absolutely. I'm a full-time trainer. full-time, uh, student as well. And recently, recently someone approached me as a offline trainer.
[16:09]There is an institute called KHAF Foundation situated nearby my home where I teach one hour every day offline. I'll tell you, teaching offline is quite tough as compared to offline online and yeah, online. And I'll tell you that, you know, the best part I like that teaching 101, it's more suitable for me as compared to teaching offline with multiple students. Oh my God. They are not giving me a, you know, they give me a chance to breathe, to have a water glass, believe me that much mischievous children are there, believe me. So for me, this is the first experience, I'll tell you. For those who are habitual of it. That's, it's not big deal. It's their cup of tea but not mine but although I'm trying. I'm inculcating that stuff in my life. And I'll tell you golden period. I mean, this is what I want. This is I wanted to God that always praying, God, give me something. Give me something. Give me something. And God gave me each and every thing together. Look at that. I'm not handling anymore. Everything is there. What to do? I, I, I, Madam Verma, I'll tell you, I wake up 5:30 a.m. and I sleep 12:30 midnight. entire day I work. Schedules, schedules, schedules, schedules, schedules. This is what's going on in my life. Yes, absolutely. That's really amazing journey. I would say from a labour work to becoming a trainer entirely and motivation inspiration for many out there. Such an amazing journey it is. That inspired me too. And now also like you wake up at 5:30 and you go to bed around 12:30. Absolutely. So what is your mantra as you mentioned that I am not handling it. I don't need to. So what is working for you? What is that force or energy behind it? What is the mantra which is helping you? I think it would help others too if you share. Well, look, I am running behind success. As I told you that, God, till now, hasn't given me anything or I haven't taken anything as a grant. God tested me all the time. Look at that, as I told you, we have been trying to connect plenty of time, maybe three, four, five times. This is the example in front of you. So God hasn't given me anything easily. God told me Arif, I want to take your test. I want to take your test. So God is testing me and I'm ready for that test. Okay, test. I'm ready for that test. So the mantra is that whatever I wanted from the God that I want to be busy. I want to do something in my life for my people. I want to be busy in my life. So now God gave me an hour. I cannot say no. I have lots of work. I cannot handle. No, I am blessed. I'm a fortunate guy that at least I have a work. People trust on me. They consider me that I'm a liable person, that I'm a trustworthy person that we rely on Arif that yeah, he's the guy that helped me throughout my the language learning journey because I'm a special uh at that language communication skill and language. So that helps me that you know most of the people they say, oh, they have a fantastic job. Uh, they have a fantastic life but what they complaining all the time that they have not gratitude what they say, oh my God, lots of work, I cannot handle all these things, I don't want to do this job, they are complaining but I don't do so I always bless with God and I'm fortunate that, yeah, God give me more. I'm ready to take no matter what. But that's, that's, that's I'll tell you the mantra is that always happy and say thanks to the God whatever you have. Incredible. I'm not here to compete. I'm not here to competition with anybody. I'm enjoying my life. I'm competing myself. And that's the mantra.
[20:28]That's the mantra. Yeah, I do agree. I do agree. Absolutely. That's the mantra. And I also am able to resonate with it. When you show the gratitude and you show the, you know, you accept everything as it is, you know, shown or given to you. Look, whatever I have trouble, you cannot imagine and you cannot put your leg on my shoes. Look what I'll tell you that, I worked initially, I worked, what do we call that that, you know, I literally work as a labour that, you know, loading and offloading the trucks. starting my journey. And I work as ambroday operator, a looms machine, okay, delivery boy. I worked as a delivery boy in a Domino's Pizza nearly two year. I worked as a computer operator in Reliance Merchandise, one and a half year. You know, I did so many things. I worked as a labourer in the construction side as well, a couple of days. Yeah, that, you know, that sand or lifting a sand from ground floor to fifth floor, second floor, literally that I still in my mind that, yeah, what I did in my past. I don't want to I don't want to take back again that I want to go for that. I don't look back again. But although that's keeping my that's why I kept my channel name Arif Auto that still I don't want to leave that I whenever I say I whenever I see the auto driver that I feel their pain in me that, yeah, so I will that's, that's that's things. That's things I'll tell you. Yes, somewhere or all circumstances are there to force us to remind us or maybe tell us to figure out our own potential. And nobody is able to understand or, you know, put themselves in other shoes. I would say because everybody's story is entirely different. You work there. I worked in different things on different things. Wasn't able to make it, wasted years. So I think everybody's journey is entirely different. But I'm glad that now you are doing amazing job and you are satisfied at the same time. You are able to see improvement in yourself and people believe you that is the biggest thing that any trainer is satisfied when the, you know, students are satisfied, when the students are going learning. So if that is there, that's amazing job that you are doing. Okay, I want to know like it as it, as you mentioned that you were working there as a labor, then as a auto driver. What that moment or time or day if you remember when you got to know about communication skills, English and who was the person or what was the thing that inspired you to focus on English and communication. No, it was accident. I'll tell you and communication skill, I had I was a born talent regarding the communication skill. I was I had a communication skill since my childhood I had but I didn't have the knowledge of English. But I had a communication, I know how to, uh, you know, how to engage a person communication skill in my point of view that engaging a person like I'm engaging you and that you are engaging with me. I'm not, you know, that monotonous stuff feeling giving you that feeling monotonous while talking with me. No, that's the communication skill. And it was, I didn't learn from, but although I polished my communication skill. I polished my communication skill. And let's talk about English, I've been, I've been still I'm a still learner regarding communication, spoken English. I'm a still learner. I'm still learning. But the day and the moment if you remember when you found that if I want to be, if I want to do something great in life, I should focus on language and this is particularly because as you mentioned, you were very good at communication already. But you were maybe aware of this thing that if you are good at communicating in your mother tongue or Hindi, that is not enough. You need this particular English language too. So I want to know about that moment when you realized that this is also essential and I should be focusing and then you started. I'll tell you that. I don't know whether it's stimulate or not. One madam approached me, you know, yeah. I'll tell you that I was a you know, that I posted a couple of video on YouTube. I'm talking about in the year of 2021. Okay, so yeah, I'm because I'm a senior from maybe over here that I started in 2021. Yeah. So one madam approached me from Israel. Her name is Sony. She told me she told me Arif, if your communication skill is fantastic, I like the way you speak. I like the way you explain and I really like the way you make people understand. Okay, so can you teach me? So she first approached me and I said, okay, absolutely. I'll teach you. And she also said I'll allow you to pay whatever you want. And then she made me believe in that you are if you have a communication skill. Then I started working upon that you started searching. I have taken some seminar as well. That I got to know that, this is what I have the talent and I can use with the mixture of English and I made a dish. I I made one dish and I'm serving everybody. I'm serving still now. I'm serving everybody that dish. The dish is spoken English and communication skill mixture dish. Yeah. And I'm successful. Great. And I also still I also still remember one day that I firmly decided that I'm going to leave my job. I'm going to leave my, uh, you know, that initial stage of the lockdown. I didn't tell anybody. I'll tell you. It is a fantastic thing. I'll tell you. Okay. Okay, the first day of the lockdown that they release a little bit, they give a little bit, you know, that, okay, you can drive the auto. And I had no money. I had no money. I'll tell you, I had no money, completely zero. So I got one, you know, I got some people. They told me that they were going to the construction side, a labour, construction labour. And they were 11 people including me 12. They were 11 people including me 12. I told everybody get into the auto. They sat everybody and police caught me. Police caught me and police took my auto and they gave me 11,000 rupees of memo. And they, they, they towed my auto. That memo still I have in my cupboard, that memo. At that particular time I requested them a lot but they asking me, okay, you give me 500 rupees fine. I'll release the auto but I told them I begging I was I beg them that I have no money, sir. But if you do not have money then don't argue. They took my auto. They took my auto. They gave me the memo. The memo is still the copy of the memo is still in my cupboard. I'll show you one day. Be public. I'll release the public. So from the next day, the same day, I cried a lot and the next day onwards I started working as a labor at one of the company, Japanese company in industrial area where I started working nearly 250 rupees a day. I worked there nine months in between, you know, the YouTube was also going on and I completely left the auto. I saved the money. I get released my auto from the RTO. And, uh, I that from from that day I stopped, uh, you know, working or driving auto. So almost after an year you went back to have your auto back. No, no, yeah, six, seven months after that I got my auto. In between when you were saving. I saved the money. I got my auto back. And then I told everybody don't use this auto. I don't want to use, I don't want anyone to use this auto. Keep it that but you know, that during the Hybro application launch, I didn't have the money and my developer was asking me that you'll have to give the money then only will release the your application on a play store. So because of the Hybro application I had to sold my auto. I sold my auto for that because of the Hybro application launch. I don't have any more auto now. No problem. I'm happy. Yeah, that's very tough. I'll tell you madam. Very tough, very tough life, you know. So I am so lucky right now that I'm getting education. There are so many people that taking as a granted that they are they they are studying, they are in the college but they are not focusing. They are just enjoying college for them as just a place of enjoyment. But not for me. This is what I'm telling you all my story to motivate not for sympathy. I'm telling the audience that why whatever I'm telling you guys, this is just for to motivate you that you could learn something from my story. I don't want any sympathy from you people, but just for a motivation.
[30:16]Yeah, it should be a reminder and eye opener for them. Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely. So that's why I'm telling you God is testing me over the last couple of years, testing me I don't get whatever I want easily. I have to struggle for that. But I admire your spirit that you have the dedication. Okay, keep doing it. I'm there. Oh, I'm enjoying. I'm telling you you come on. I'm here. Come on. I'm ready. I'm ready. Absolutely, ma'am. That's the life enjoy every moment. And from now there is no stop like now you are unstoppable. I have a fly now. I have wings over here. You can't see my wings. But I have three wings. I can see, I can see now. I'm able to resonate with it. Now it's like unstoppable. Nobody can ever stop. Absolutely. So now my my dream is that I want to add I have I have some functionality. I want to get add some functionality on a Hybro application. One tutor functionality and another AI functionality. I want to get add but the thing is that I don't have fund right now. Currently, I don't have fund but we're waiting. Second thing I want to I want to be an English literature professor. So this is my short term goal. That's what I'm working on it right now. Yeah. Both the things simultaneously are working simultaneously and try to become a professor at the same time a YouTuber, a great YouTuber too. A content creator, teacher, a tutor, trainer. I I believe in a teaching 101 personally. I don't believe, I can't say I don't believe but it's my cup of tea. What is my cup of tea? Teaching individual, not on a group. That's my cup of tea. I can I can teach any individual, no matter whether he's educated or uneducated, I can teach. We have the example of Madam Lakshmi. You might have heard Madam Lakshmi from Telangana. There are so many, so many people. I have taught them. Uh that I forgot the name of that, you know, you have talked with her from Mumbai. That the lady, I forgot her name.
[32:35]I don't know I think I have talked to many people so. Yeah, you have you have you have you have. You have forgot her name. You I forgot her name anyway. Yeah, I remember people from Mumbai connected to me. But as one Marathi lady. I forgot her name. Anyway, what's your future plan, ma'am Rajni. In front of you, it's like I got a lot of inspiration now from you. And quite similar, I would say but not like I am not pursuing anything like my Masters or something in English but I would go with some like diplomas, things, professional courses. Yeah courses that I would do as I also want to be a full-time trainer. And you are getting that real life experience of teaching offline, that I don't have still. So that is also in my bucket. That short term goal that someday I want to do. And full-time YouTuber, always be. Absolutely. And if I talk about long term, that would be like writing a new book. Not a professor but I want to write. I want to be the writer, maybe that would be there. So, you can write her. Autobiography. You can write a biography. Autobiography is like, yeah, absolutely. That's what I that's what I have been learning in English literature. Yeah, you can try. It's a fantastic journey. Definitely sure I would because I definitely want to know. I really want to write someday. Though I'm not a good writer for now. And just like you, I don't know what I'm going to do or what is universe is going to give me or help me or test me in different ways. We don't know. So just like that, I'm also going with the flow. But there is a thought in my mind though I sometimes I also doubt that I don't even enjoy writing. Then why is this thought in my brain always that I would write one day. I would write one, I would become one. I don't know from where. Just like that, earlier during college days also I was not sure about the things but I was sure that I would do something great in life that would make me happy and that is happening. So that is why I believe my instincts now if my instinct is saying that one day you would become a writer then I think maybe I would not sure but yes.
[35:06]Don't say one day, one day that day won't come. Start today. Start now. This is, this is what I say when people say I want to start a YouTube channel. I want to do and focus on my communication skill I and they also say one day when I become very good at English I would start. I I say the same thing. The day is today. Yes. Absolutely. We should start. We should put our step forward as as as we have everything. You have. Look at that. I think you have started doing yoga. One of my students, Sony, she told me. She told me. She told me about me. Yes, absolutely. Absolutely. She watches your videos.
[35:48]She watches your video and yesterday or last week she told me that I watched, uh, Rajni's video and she told she told in her video that she started doing yoga. I said that's a great thing. That's good for her. It's been I guess 15 days. This is second. I want to be very good at, like yoga fascinates me a lot since childhood. This is something like since childhood I like but I didn't get any special trainer. So like till last until last 15 days like I didn't get but now I got somebody. So I'm like very much passionate about yoga too. So maybe simultaneously I would be focusing on this thing now. And what about your Korean degree then you have studied at Korean. Nothing. I'm doing nothing about it. Yeah. I wasn't passionate about it. I did it out of curiosity to discover or, you know, to try something new. That was it. I gave my best there. I learned the language beautifully because of the, you know, native speakers there. I got in the college. But later when I stopped, then I stopped entirely. I would say I wasn't stay connected to the language and that is why I lost the connection entirely with this. It's a degree or it's a diploma. Degree. I did for three years. Three year degree. Korean language. Yeah. So look at that. I look at that in India. Not I'm not I'm not giving your example. Please excuse me. Okay. I'm telling you that people, they want to, they our Indian people are very smart, very hard working. They are a gem. But they don't know initially what to do, where to go, what's my career, what I like, what I dislike. And out of the curiosity, they do whatever comes, whatever people serving in their plate. But only that helps them to reach there the point where they find that this is something which can work for them. If I hadn't tried something new like this YouTube after a certain time, I wouldn't have gotten this chance. Okay, this is something which I enjoy the most. But you know, so you didn't think about that I would be a YouTuber. That's that's the part of the universe that take you there that yeah, that automatically comes in you that we don't know what to do that we are going through flow right now. We are on on the flow right now that, you know, that out of our karma and what our action brings us that our everything in my point of view. True, true. And I agree that we waste a lot of time because of this uncertainty. I also agree that I wasted. But now I'm happy that ultimately I found something which I enjoy the most. Yeah, everybody wastes their time. I also I do agree and I accept it. I embrace it. I don't blame anybody else that I did it. But maybe because of Korean, I found my interest in English. Like I started understanding English. Before that, till 12th, I didn't understand this language.
