[0:00]Hi, welcome to the RTO Mentor video blog. This is Marinda Smith. In this week we're going to talk about strategies, your training and assessment strategies.
[0:17]The strategies, the document that tells so many people how you deliver your training and assessment. It's a very useful document to give to trainers, to share with your industry to talk to them about the
[0:38]assessment. It is an important document and you must put in minimum criteria. referred to the regulator's user guide to see what are the minimum requirements. I'm just going to go through a few of them now. Firstly, if you're issuing a qualification, you must name that qualification. The core units and any electives that you select for your industry. You talk about the target market, the clients who are going to undertake your training and assessment. You need to talk about the industry consultation. The best way that you've decided with them to deliver the training and assessment. You need to detail the resources you will be using and a time frame of how you will deliver your training and assessment. Don't forget your trainers and assessors. They're such an important part in your training delivery. All the best with your strategy development. This is Marinda Smith.
