[0:09]Specifically, the five ways to add prospects to your CRM chat pipeline. By the end of this lesson, you'll know exactly how to build a robust prospect database that actually converts.
[0:21]Let's get started. So, here I have my Telegram opened on desktop, and yeah, I've opened serum chat.
[0:29]And yeah, so once you click start, you see some welcome message. Uh, here's the link to the knowledge base and link to the community on Telegram, where you can ask questions and either me or someone from our team, uh, will reply to you directly.
[0:43]So, once you click on get started or my leads, whatever you prefer, you'll see, um, a mini app opening.
[0:51]And the first thing that we suggest you to do is to sync your Telegram folders. Um, usually, people who sign up for hints already have some conversations on Telegram going with their potential prospects or clients.
[1:03]So, they would like to, um, add all these conversations to, uh, CRM chat immediately.
[1:08]And we allow you to do that. You can either click on that button or click on plus, and select Telegram folder sync.
[1:15]Uh, once you click that, um, as you can see, here I have my folders, and I have one folder, uh, which is specifically for that demo.
[1:25]I have three conversations here. Um, so, yeah, I choose this folder to be synced to this workspace, CRM chat demo, in my case. I'm enabling the sync.
[1:36]And we see the message that syncing is in progress. So, once we go back, yeah, we can see that I have those three contacts uploaded to my CRM.
[1:47]And what you can also do, you can open CRM chat in browser, which is interesting. So, once you click open in browser, let me switch to my browser tab.
[1:56]You'll see that all those leads are also updated. I have them here. So, the functionality of CRM chat is always the same, either you use it on desktop, on browser, or in Telegram Mini app, it's always the same.
[2:10]Um, I will keep showing you, um, the mini app because it is the same on mobile as on desktop, so it might be more convenient for, for the purpose of this demo.
[2:24]So, once you do that, um, yeah, this is the first way of adding leads. Um, you can see that here we have a name, we have a description, profile description, a link to Telegram, and here we can add notes, reminders, open a chat with this contact.
[2:39]Um, but this is something we will explore later. Um, yeah, let's just dive to another way of adding leads, which is forwarding a Telegram message.
[2:48]How we can do that is by going, I mean choosing any chat, for example, here, I have a chat with Alessia, and I want to, let's say, add Alessia to CRM chat.
[3:00]What I do, I send a message from Alessia to CRM chat. Here we go. And it starts processing, and then we see a message that, um, a new lead was created. We can open the deal card here.
[3:16]Uh, where we will see all the, all the details that we need. Okay, there is a name, there, yeah, there is no profile description.
[3:24]Um, because Alessia doesn't have one. And bear in mind that we save, um, the message that you forwarded to CRM chat as a note.
[3:32]So, yeah, be mindful about what you're forwarding to CRM chat, because, yeah, it will be there, but you can always delete it or, or edit, uh, edit the note.
[3:43]Uh, yeah, whatever, whatever you want to do. Um, okay, so, the third way of adding leads is pretty, it's pretty basic.
[3:55]It is just uploading manually. You just hit on plus. Here you add name, uh, description, and some, um, variables that you need, pretty simple.
[4:05]Um, and you can also scan a QR at a conference. Um, yeah, it should be used on mobile phone.
[4:14]You just ask someone you're talking to, can you show me your Telegram QR code? You scan the QR code and this lead will be saved directly to your CRM pipeline.
[4:22]So, yeah, it's pretty easy way to, um, structure your conference networking.
[4:29]Now, let's move to the last way of adding leads to CRM chat. Um, this way is probably the most interesting one, is adding from LinkedIn.
[4:37]If you have any conversation with someone on LinkedIn with your potential prospect, and you would like to add him or her to your CRM chat pipeline.
[4:45]Um, the first way to do it is obviously to put all the details manually, as I showed you earlier.
[4:52]Or you can use a little bit faster way is by screenshoting the profile, going back to CRM chat, and send the profile picture to to the bot.
[5:05]Um, our AI will do some analyzing of the image, and in a few seconds, you will see a new lead being created.
[5:17]Here it is. Uh, new lead, and if we click on edit, yeah, here we can see that we can see the lead in the pipeline.
[5:23]We've taken the description from the LinkedIn account, uh, with the location, um, LinkedIn link.
[5:31]You can, as always, add a note, add a reminder, but you cannot open chat until you put the Telegram, uh, username manually. Here, here, yeah, you just put the Telegram username and you can open a chat with a lead.
[5:44]Um, yeah, you can also use a pipeline view to see all the stages that you have. Um, and let's now take a look at the group parser.
[5:54]Uh, it is available on team plan and outreach plan. So, here once you click the group parser, you will see a field to enter a group, a Telegram group link.
[6:05]So, if you have any group in mind, um, whether it's a chat or a community, you can put that link to to this form.
[6:14]And in 24 hours, we will send you back, um, the Excel sheet with contacts of all the members of that group.
[6:23]Uh, which you can use for your outreach further. Um, we're still working on automating these things, but for now we do it manually.
