[0:01]So my stock portfolio is down 30% this year, could I get your insights? Sure. So the first thing to do is to take a look at the stocks in your portfolio. Remember that when you own a stock, you're owning a piece of an underlying business. In the short term, the price goes up and down may have nothing to do with the business. It's got to do with short-term fear, emotions, manipulation, so and so forth. So look at the stocks in your portfolio, are they good businesses? If they are great businesses that are making money, they are gaining market share, that is a chance to add more shares at a bigger discount. Or if you say, "Hey, I've got no more cash," then just ignore the markets because it's going to rebound a lot higher once the sentiment changes. But if the companies you own are lousy companies, they're losing money, they're losing market share, in the long term, they may never recover, then you need to sell those companies and take that money and reinvest into a better company. If you need more guidance and more help, join me at the Black Market event where you learn a lot more.
