She can use anything. So, these words will be keywords when spoken in Tamil. Astonishment, wanting to be surprised, being so excited that you feel overwhelmed with tears of joy, being amazed, being affected by a pleasant situation. That is, when we go on a tour, for children, it's very difficult to see this in adults. Many adults will think, "They'll think wrong, they'll think wrong." But this excitement, this pleasant situation, when seen in children, they'll say, "Ah!" Look at the ice cream, they'll say, "Ah!" They'll be excited. So, being affected by a pleasant situation, freshness, always being fresh, being brisk after waking up in the morning.

They'll just imagine it like a castle, "If I do this, it will be like that, if I do that, it will be like this." They'll put a picture, and they'll succeed in it. We can think of this in the direction field. Because a film or a form is created when multiple dimensions come together. But they will plan from all of them, get the necessary things, and execute it and be active. So, there will be plans like this, theorizing thoughts. Why did it happen? Why did it happen? Why did it happen in Similia? Why did a medicine work in potentized form? All of this must have come to him because of his theorizing thoughts, I think. Creative pursuits, reading, writing, music, etc. This character will always be there for them. Because when they are active, they will keep writing, keep arranging music, keep listening to music. Because in China, they drink quinine tea. They say they drink quinine tea. Coffea is used as a stimulant and an invigorating drink in our country. The Yohimbinum alkaloid in Yohimbinum medicine is an aphrodisiac, which stimulates lactation. So, the sensations in this, if you look, are overstimulation, which aggravates. Because after drinking coffee repeatedly, they become very brisk, and that briskness itself leads to sleeplessness, and that sleeplessness again causes a problem.

Activity with sleeplessness. Thoughts keep coming, and they don't sleep. That's not it. Their problem itself is sleeplessness and excitement. This core will keep coming. Another core is bleeding will keep coming. Bleeding can come anywhere, in the mouth, in the uterus.
[24:26]Excitement, excitable with eruptions. If there is a skin complaint, commonly, we all say, "Oh my god!" But they even get excited if there are eruptions. This is a peculiar rare symptom. They'll say, "Oh, the boy who was running so well, I don't know what happened."
[27:04]After an incident, he'll be morose, irritable, sulky. The words used are "sulky". Sulk means like two horse carts pulling themselves. The horse cart won't go on its own, it has to be pulled. Like that, they'll be dull, somewhat cross, fretful. There will be no humor. Business does not proceed fast. What to do now? What to do next? I can't do anything. Somewhat irritable, then they'll become calm. We can see this in many children.
[27:45]If not, we can see it in other types of children. A stimulant is used, and it's not like this tea and coffee, but other tobacco, nicotine. Children who use these kinds of things will become somewhat irritable, morose, and dull. They won't be interested in anything, in business, in anything. That habit of using stimulants will aggravate them, and for children, they won't be able to engage in anything. This is what we commonly hear from parents, students, or teachers when they talk about their children. They'll say, "He was very good after studying, but suddenly I don't know what happened. He's not active like before. He's not enthusiastic like before. He's not happy like before." These words will be used. Sell me today. I can't do any work." We can see this frequently. This exhausted feeling is also the opposite pole of excitement. When we say these words, if it comes in the patient's language, when we look at the emotional state, we need to consider exhausted.

We give a stimulant, we get excitement, we get many ideas from sleeplessness. After that excitement, sleeplessness occurs, and many creative ideas can be formed within us. But most stimulation is increased. "I'll drink a little more coffee, I'll drink two coffees a day, I'll drink three coffees," we start taking two or three coffees. That becomes overstimulation, and that becomes aggravation. This is the core of this family. So, excitement and how it becomes a disease for us, the explanation for that is in these clippings. Otherwise, if we don't know how to approach it clinically, but if there's this kind of single rubric, a unique rubric, we need to remember it. Next, the same rubric. Being somewhat dull and morose. That rubric, we saw Ipecac medicine. In that Ipecac medicine, what could be the reason? Desires, full of inexpressible. They can't even express it. They don't know what they like, what they don't like, why are you going to work, why are you not going to work, why can you do it, why can't you do it. Like this, full of inexpressible. It can be positive or negative. They have many desires. Next, Yohimbinum. We saw Yohimbinum earlier, we know it very well. Sexual stimulant. This sexual thought will make them stay awake all day. They stay awake and masturbate themselves, and they want excitement. So, masturbation, impotence, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, for these kinds of things, Yohimbinum is used as a medicine. In that, mirth, hilarity, liveliness. Mirth is joy. Their excitement will turn positive, and they'll think, "I'll even kill my child. The delivery is getting late." That much fear will be there. So, this is a rubric. In this rubric, only Coffea Cruda is there. Fear of killing the child during parturition, kill, desire to be killed during delivery, parturition. That is, "I'll even die, but not my child." They love the baby that much excitedly.
[37:13]We can study both medicines together. So, Chamomilla and Coffea. Both of these are medicines that we use in the labor ward. Overall, as much as we've seen, its sensation and reactions. We've seen in active, common sensations. We get it from overstimulation. What do we get? We've seen that. How will they be in passive? We've seen that. How will they be in compensation? We've seen that. So, these medicines, all these states, we can separate them miasmatically. So, Coffea is acute miasm. So, sudden intense stimulation leads to sleeplessness. We need to think about that conceived baby's case. Conceived after two years, it happened suddenly, and suddenly sleeplessness came. So, Coffea cured her very well. Coffea, that is, the Coffeinum alkaloid in Coffea is a medicine in potentized form. Ipecac, if you look, is typhoid. I shouldn't stimulate, I shouldn't sexually stimulate, I shouldn't masturbate, that kind of sycotic miasm will be there. He feels stimulated, but must hide it, cover it. But after stimulating, because he's hiding it, it comes under sycotic miasm. Next, Galium, cancer miasm. Despite a lot of stimulation, he must keep control. So, there are many stimulations around, but they remain unstimuated and controlled. That's all. So, even if there are many stimulations, it doesn't get excited.
