[0:00]My favorite product question and I no longer use it. I used to do interviews and I mean you have a bottle of water in front of you. and I would tell you, hey, improve that bottle of water. And like most people would just have answer to it like, I would do this, I would do X, whatever. But the best PMs answered always in the following way, improve it for whom? Like I might improve it for a person drinking it, a person building it, a person selling it. Like the best PMs, like they have a hard time disassociating the user from the thing. and that's not a normal thing for people to do, right? Like normal people see a bottle of water and they see a bottle of water. The best PMs see a bottle of water and see someone in a store that has to stack that bottle of water.
