16 NERFS?! Bull, Najia & Damian Got NERFED!

A big nerf to his tough guy activation and his gadget healing cut in half. Serious is also getting hit with less health and weaker clones, making him way easier to deal with overall. Then the stingy bird gets toned down with less bonus damage and a weaker healing reduction down to 50%. Chester is getting a nerf to his supercharge rate and we got even more nerfs to Nadia with shorter gadget duration, slower supercharge, and even her hyper is getting nerfed.
