How to Add a Keyholder® to Your Vault

[0:00]Presidio is designed to not only protect your most important information during your lifetime, but also to address the difficulties that arise for your loved ones when navigating the aftermath of your loss. Presidium provides a solution that allows you to designate someone in your vault as a key holder. A key holder can gain access to all of your vault items in the event of your passing. To add a key holder to your vault, navigate to the key holder section by selecting the gear icon and then choosing the key holder menu item. Select the individual you wish to be a key holder in your vault. These are people that have accepted an invitation to your vault. Choose next and enter your phone number. The phone number is necessary if there is ever a question regarding the custody of your Presidio vault. Press save and invite. Your key holder will receive an email requiring them to log in and accept the key holder invitation. When your key holder logs in, they will need to accept your invitation by selecting the blue banner on their dashboard and then selecting accept to the pending invite. The key holder will need to enter a phone number and accept the invitation. The phone number is necessary if there is ever a question regarding the custody of this vault.
