[0:03]Hey everyone, hope you are all doing well. Welcome back to the channel. Today will be day seven of the Millionaire Memecoin Mindset series. In today's video, I will be discussing routine, why you should have one, what happened when I didn't have one, and I'll give some examples of my routine and maybe the type of things you should try to implement and incorporate into your routine if you don't even have one to better progress your trading and your mindset side of things. Well, routine is important because it's your framework. It's the way you're going to start your day. How you start is how you finish, or at least that's the way I look at things. How I start is how I finish. If I start sloppy, start lazy, I'm going to end sloppy and lazy. You want to put your best foot forward and start off well. Everyone knows the quote, Look good, feel good, right? When you dress well, you put yourself together, you shower, you brush your teeth, you do your hair, you get dressed in nice clothes, you smell good, you feel good, too, about yourself, right? You feel good, and that's the most important thing. So likewise in trading, you want to feel good when you're trading. You don't want to be sick when you're trading, right? Because you'll make stupid decisions. All right? You don't want to be half asleep when you're trading. You want to have a set routine. A routine that breeds confidence and exudes consistency. Because if you're consistent in your routine, you will be consistent in your trading. Because what starts from outside is brought inside. And what do I mean by that? What you do outside of trading will directly be influenced in your trading. For example, right, disciplined day one. If you are lazy in real life and you don't work out, you're very unhealthy, you eat sloppily, you're overweight or you're obese, that's going to affect your trading. If you are not able to be healthy and care for your body, you think you're going to be caring about your trading and your money? When your health is the most important thing on this planet? No money will save you if you die. But if you have good health, you care for your health, your food, your body, your mind, you will be able to enjoy the money. And so that's a very interesting point. And I've realized this because I have several friends in my real life circle that used to trade or tried to trade. And they didn't make it past two weeks, whether it was memecoins or futures, and I tried teaching them. In two weeks, they gave up, and they had a real life example where I could help them, teach them and show them success. And they all gave up. And they don't work out. They are very lazy and undisciplined. They wake up at 4:00 p.m. on weekends. They have no routine. So how can they be successful in one of the most high risk, most cut throat professions, which is trading, and not have a routine? They can't. If you don't have a routine that's regimented, strict, puts you in a fight or flight mode where it just brings out the best in you, you won't be the best trader. It's just common sense. Imagine you need a surgery and you're going to your doctor and the surgery is at 5:00 p.m., let's say, right? You have to go to the hospital at 5:00 p.m., you will be operated on. What would you do or think if your surgeon comes in, speeds into the parking lot at 4:58 p.m., runs into the emergency room, puts on his thing and and and gets to work and starts opening you up with his scalpel or his knife? What would you think? You'd be scared, you wouldn't let him touch you. You'd be like, No, no, no, no, no, I'm out, I'm done. So why do you think with trading, you can wake up two minutes and then go straight to your computer, start trading? Explain that. Can you explain that even? If you had a surgery and the surgeon showed up two minutes before, he just woke up, you wouldn't let him do it on you, you'd be like, Heck no. No, no, no, give me someone else or we're not doing it at all. So what makes you think that you waking up and going straight to your computer without thinking, without meditating, without doing anything will be good for you? It won't. And I'll share an example, all right? I was starting in March 2024, end of March 2024. This specific example, I believe, is early April. I believe it was a Saturday and it was my second, I think, week trading memecoins, right? Very, very new to it, in my infancy, didn't really know what I was doing. I woke up at maybe 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, right? I was at college and I was like, you know what? Let me open the computer, maybe there's something there. At 11:02, I took my first trade. I lost half of my portfolio. I mean, I wake up at 11:00 and I took a trade at 11:02. What am I doing, right? And guess what? I lost money. I lost half my portfolio. It was written in the stars, right? It was so plain and obvious. I mean, if you wake up two minutes later, you're clicking buttons, what do you think is going to happen, right? And that's an example of me. I think I lost like 25 Solana that day when Solana was like 200. I lost like $5,000 in two minutes because I just woke up. I was like, you know what? I'll click some buttons and lo and behold. So a routine is very, very important. So I know a lot of people are making fun of all the concepts I'm mentioning, you know, journaling, routine, find your why, right? Pretend I'm behind you and explain it to me why you're entering, but all of these things add up. And I want all of these things to be stuck in your subconscious. So you need a routine. My routine, for example, is nothing strict. However, my room needs to be fully clean. I need to have my bed done. That needs to be fully done. I need to at least have 30 minutes to an hour of just relaxation. It doesn't have to be anything crazy, you know, you don't have to do full on meditation or yoga or any of these things, but just an hour where I have myself to think, right? I'm on my phone, you of course, in the first hour. I try not to be, but I am. And in the first hour, I try not to get on my computer. I try to keep it turned off. I just try, relax in bed, you know, just just kind of start slowly operating my brain, start slowly waking it up and operating at a slow, meticulous level once I start waking up. Then I start getting up, get ready, dress, you know, all that stuff. I don't eat breakfast, that's just me personally, I don't eat food early. And I start slowly start my day. And then after an hour, hour and a half, then I turn on my computers, right? And that's what works for me. I cannot be on my computers in the first hour, hour and a half, because it's not good for me. I turn my computers, I go look at YouTube comments, I try and respond, answer DMs from you guys. I try and say, Hey, what's up in the Discord, see how you guys are doing. And then I go on with my day, start slowly trading, maybe making YouTube videos and stuff, but you need at least an hour of just peace and alone from the computers. It doesn't mean you just have to find a blank, empty room and you just sit there for an hour. No, I'm just saying like try not to touch technology the first hour of your day, especially if you're trading, okay? Just relax, maybe take five minutes and meditate, just think about what you've been doing well, what you need to work on, just be grateful for what's going on in your life, and just be open and accepting to receiving more good things in your life. Okay? I I've I've noticed that when I'm more grateful, more good things happen in my life. And when I'm not thankful for what stuff has been happening, that's when actually things get worse. That's what I've noticed, personally, when I am grateful and I talk to God and thank him for everything that's going on, I continue receiving blessings and it keeps going better. And I've noticed myself personally, when, you know, I don't speak to him for a little bit, couple weeks or a month and I'm not grateful, that's exactly when things turn bad. And so that's something I'm working on in my routine, is being more grateful in general for everything, whatever you believe in, just being more grateful for what I've received so far, I found opens me up to receiving more, okay? And that's part of my routine, right? I'm not saying that should be your routine, everyone's belief system's different. But I highly recommend just finding something that works for you. Me personally, I cannot be on the computers within an hour of waking up. I need my room fully done, clean, bed made, everything before I even operate because I believe that how I start my day is how I'll finish, right? And if my bed's not made, it's messy, my room's a mess, I got clothes everywhere, for example, if I did, then I don't think I would operate and trade well. Because if you if the very room where you sleep and live in is messy, you think you clicking buttons on a computer is going to be good and clean, right? In terms of your execution will be flawless? No, you're going to be sloppy as well. And that's how I view it. My bed, my room needs to be spotless and perfectly clean. And that's how I operate and that's my routine and how I see it, having that allows me to perform at a high level. Because in my head, my room's clean, my bed's made, I started the day off very well because I did a very easy task and it gives me a sense of fulfillment. When you start your day and do a very simple task, it allows you to have a good sense about yourself and a good sense of pride. If you just wake up, your bed's thrown around, your pillow's on the floor, your underwear's on the ground, your socks are everywhere, I mean, one, no offense, you live in a shit hole, right? I don't know how you're comfortable like that. But two, you didn't do anything. You you didn't even do the simplest of tasks. You want to come into memecoins and take money from someone else, because that's how money's made, right? Someone has to lose money for you to make money. So you want to come in here, take money from the best of the best traders, but you can't do your bed? Make that make sense. You can't do the simplest thing, but you're going to do one of the hardest things in the world, because trading is the hard one of the hardest things in the world. Memecoins, not as much, but trading properly, like Nasdaq, ES, S&P 500, gold, Bitcoin, Solana, Ethereum, right, trading the majors, is a lot more difficult than you think. Memecoins is not as hard, but if you take that sloppy mindset with you, you will get sloppy results. This is something that took me a very, very, very long time to implement into my daily kind of structure. You need a routine. It doesn't have to be crazy. It could be five minutes. It could be, Hey, I wake up, boom, I do my bed, I brush my teeth, get dressed. I meditate for five minutes, then I chill out 40 minutes, talk to my brother or my sister, or my mom, dad, son, daughter, cousin, whoever, or I just go step outside for two minutes, five minutes, go on a quick walk, make breakfast, any of these things, right? Just get your head in the right space. You don't need anything crazy, but you need a routine. I urge every single one of you to develop a routine. Doesn't have to be crazy. You don't need to do it like the morning routine guy where you you do ice water and all this stuff just to sell a course, because we all know he doesn't do that every day, right? It's just a gimmick. But you don't need all that. All right? That's baloney. You don't need that, it's garbage. Just find a little routine that works for you. Five minutes a day, 10 minutes a day, that will help you breed that consistency and promote it going forward.
