[0:00]This is my actual productivity routine. One day a week for me, which is Mondays, I have my manager day. On that day, I maximize as many meetings as I possibly can, because I know that I can't do deep work as soon as I have one meeting. Anyone ever had a 10:00 a.m. meeting in the middle of your morning and be like, well, I guess my morning's cooked, I work the same way. The other days of the week, I have completely empty because those are the days that I can make stuff. And when I make stuff, we make money, and so I try and maximize that to the best of my ability. The next thing is that you'll notice that I book from back to front, if I am going to have meetings. That way, I still have as much time in the morning as I can prior to meetings beginning. And by combining those two things, which is days that are allocated for deep work, days that are allocated for managing and going back to front, I've made the most use of my time.
