[0:04]Isn't reverb just a bunch of echoes or delays? And it really sure is. I'd never had a pedal reverb that sounded natural and and encouraging to me. I turn this thing on. I don't want to stop playing. It's been a long time since I felt this confident about a reverb, so I'm going to say this is our flagship reverb. It features three different reverb sounds and two different ways to play with it. You can have a live mode where the knobs give you exactly what you're listening to, or you can have it in a preset mode where you can step through the three different reverb sounds. When I first came to you with the idea of what became at least the Nocturne, the main setting was the way that I've gotten reverb effect is always been through delays. I oddly enough was never a reverb guy. I was getting it by adding a couple of echoes and took so much time with to get the Halo just right that everybody would say, where's the reverb? It's not technically reverb. It's these two really finely curated delays that dissolve in each other. So, my coming to you guys was, can we get that reverb sound but without the cross talk of of the repeats of the echo? So that was just kind of the foundation of what became became Nocturne, but I couldn't believe that we were able to get there.

[1:58]We've never had our hands on an actual stereo tube plate reverb unit. And so to be able to dial that in, we got to capture the frequency response of that actual plate to finally get in there and then be able to AB it with the original versus ours to make sure that it was a spot on replica. Not only is it great for guitar, but we're putting it on snares.

[2:30]We're putting it on vocals.

[2:40]Makes acoustic guitar sound amazing as well.

[2:52]If you want a soaring lead tone, this plate reverb absolutely nails it.

[3:20]Well the spring in this is so amazing and I've I've got such an affinity for all the early surf guitar tone. Getting a spring to drip right or to make those those little artifacts that that are distinctly spring is is a challenge. So we went out and you and I found a couple spring reverbs on our adventures and uh brought them back to the shop so we could analyze them.

[3:58]One thing that makes the spring super authentic is this modulation control. We simulate what we call the spring age and anyone that's had vintage Fender Blackface amps, all the tanks can sound different. Some can sound a little bit more drippy and you can get that by increasing this modulation control. So we've really nailed it. Um it is by far our most authentic spring sound.

[4:47]In addition to the spring and plate classic reverb sounds, we wanted to give you something that was truly unique and that's based on the Halo. The Halo provides a reverb type of sound that we were able to take that to the next level and create its own reverb. If you just want something that kind of brings this bed, this width to your tone, that's what I think of with the Nocturne reverb. Once I started getting brave with the decay, I, you know, I just want to play all day. It just it's so inspiring. It's just like this dreamscape. It just the lushness of that Nocturne setting, you know, it just it just makes me want to leave it on all the time.

[5:51]There's something about this Nocturne reverb itself that just makes your notes sound bigger, just adds such a a width to your tone.

[6:23]If I want to sing a note, it just doesn't die away. I've got this ability to let things hang a little bit.

[6:38]The Nocturne is going to be a game changer.
