Yeah, and uh, of course, uh, we want to talk today about your immune system and what you can do to strengthen your immune system to protect yourself. And we're going to talk a little bit about what's going on with the viruses. We've got a lot of interesting things happening. We've got a lot of people talking about the flu and COVID and things of that nature. And there's been some interesting statements that have come out from a variety of sources that we need to address, and we need to clarify because a lot of people are being confused and being misinformed. And so our show today is designed to really help you clear some of those muddy waters and to give you really the facts. And so, Dr. Ardis, I know that you have had some comments regarding some of the things that have been said about the flu and about COVID. And I know a lot of people were seeing some headlines where they said the flu and COVID are gone. What are your comments regarding that, because I think a lot of people are being misinformed regarding that? Yes, I was, I was actually, uh, really surprised to see this headline, especially coming from the CDC, which is notorious for always wanting to try to push a vaccine into the American public. They actually said, as you can see in the title, that COVID and flu cases are down in every single state. And they're just not seeing that kind of surge in cases. And it was very interesting to see the headlines that came out, because you would think that they would have tried to come up with some narrative to say it's because of the vaccines or it's because of the new boosters, but they did none of that. They literally just stated the fact that they're seeing the cases coming down. And I thought to myself, this is the first time I've ever seen the CDC actually make a statement without immediately having some kind of, uh, solution, whether it's a vaccine or a drug or something like that, that they try to push into the American public's hands. And this was interesting to me because what it's really showing is that a lot of people have developed their natural immunity, but also, there's a good amount of people that have developed immunity from the vaccines and the boosters. And so what's happening is that the American public is just developing a good amount of immunity, no matter how they got it. And they're just seeing that the cases are coming down. And it's really interesting because there's also another thing that's happening, which is the WHO is also now changing their guidelines, stating that they're no longer going to actually consider a pandemic a pandemic for very long. And they're not going to be trying to push as hard for the lockdowns anymore, or the vaccine mandates. So all these things are really pointing to the fact that they're realizing that the American public is done with all this stuff. And it's also pointing to the fact that they're no longer going to be able to push a lot of these mandates, and they're going to have to eventually just let the public just live their lives the way that they want to live them. I find it very interesting that this is coming out from a variety of sources. And I know that our audience and our medical staff, our medical family, if you will, is very well aware that there have been comments, particularly from the World Health Organization, talking about how they want to reclassify what a pandemic is. And as Dr. Ardis just mentioned, you know, they want to limit the duration of a pandemic, which is, uh, very interesting, you know. And I think that, uh, they're realizing that the American public is just not going to tolerate this anymore. So let's talk a little bit about what people can do to strengthen their immune system. And as we've talked about a lot on this show, there's so many things that you can do naturally to strengthen your immune system. And I know, Dr. Ardis, you have a wealth of information regarding what people can do to strengthen their immune system. Let's talk a little bit about some of the things that you feel are the most important for people to be doing right now to strengthen their immune system, so that they can be protected from a variety of viruses and other illnesses that are out there. Yes, absolutely. Uh, obviously, with the change in seasons, we always want to try to make sure that our immune system is as strong as it can be. And with the change in the weather, and the cold and the flu season, we always want to make sure that we're doing the best that we can. So I always tell people, the very first thing you want to do is you want to try to get as much sun exposure as you can, especially in the winter months, because the sun is going to give you a lot of vitamin D. And vitamin D is essential for your immune system, especially when it comes to fighting off a lot of these viruses. And if you're not able to get sun exposure, then I highly recommend that you supplement with vitamin D. And it's very important that you're taking the right kind of vitamin D. So I always tell people, if you're going to supplement with vitamin D, you want to try to make sure that you're getting vitamin D3 with K2. And the reason why is because vitamin D3 helps with the absorption of the vitamin D. And the K2 helps with the utilization of the vitamin D. So it's very important that you're getting both of those together. And if you're not able to get sun exposure, then you want to try to make sure that you're taking at least 5,000 IUs of vitamin D3 with K2 every single day. And that's going to help you tremendously with your immune system. And also, the second thing I always tell people is you want to try to make sure that you're getting enough sleep. Sleep is very important for your immune system because when you're sleeping, your body is actually repairing itself and it's regenerating itself. And so it's very important that you're getting at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every single night. And if you're not able to get that, then you want to try to make sure that you're napping during the day. And that's going to help you tremendously with your immune system. And then the third thing I always tell people is you want to try to make sure that you're getting enough exercise. Exercise is very important for your immune system because when you're exercising, your body is actually increasing its circulation. And it's also increasing its lymphatic flow. And that's going to help you tremendously with your immune system. And if you're not able to get exercise, then you want to try to make sure that you're doing some kind of movement every single day. Whether it's walking, or stretching, or doing some kind of yoga, or something like that, that's going to help you tremendously with your immune system. And then the fourth thing I always tell people is you want to try to make sure that you're eating a healthy diet. Eating a healthy diet is very important for your immune system because when you're eating a healthy diet, you're actually providing your body with all the nutrients that it needs to function properly. And so it's very important that you're eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, and a lot of lean proteins, and a lot of healthy fats. And if you're not able to get that, then you want to try to make sure that you're supplementing with a good multivitamin. And that's going to help you tremendously with your immune system. And then the fifth thing I always tell people is you want to try to make sure that you're managing your stress. Managing your stress is very important for your immune system because when you're stressed, your body is actually releasing a lot of cortisol. And cortisol can actually suppress your immune system. And so it's very important that you're managing your stress. Whether it's through meditation, or yoga, or deep breathing exercises, or something like that, that's going to help you tremendously with your immune system. And then the sixth thing I always tell people is you want to try to make sure that you're staying hydrated. Staying hydrated is very important for your immune system because when you're hydrated, your body is actually able to flush out a lot of toxins. And it's also able to keep your cells healthy. And so it's very important that you're drinking at least 8 glasses of water every single day. And if you're not able to get that, then you want to try to make sure that you're drinking a lot of herbal teas, or a lot of infused water, or something like that, that's going to help you tremendously with your immune system. And then the seventh thing I always tell people is you want to try to make sure that you're avoiding processed foods. Avoiding processed foods is very important for your immune system because processed foods can actually cause a lot of inflammation in your body. And inflammation can actually suppress your immune system. And so it's very important that you're avoiding processed foods. And you're trying to eat as much whole foods as you can. And that's going to help you tremendously with your immune system. And then the eighth thing I always tell people is you want to try to make sure that you're avoiding sugar. Avoiding sugar is very important for your immune system because sugar can actually suppress your immune system. And so it's very important that you're avoiding sugar. And you're trying to eat as much whole foods as you can. And that's going to help you tremendously with your immune system. And then the ninth thing I always tell people is you want to try to make sure that you're avoiding alcohol. Avoiding alcohol is very important for your immune system because alcohol can actually suppress your immune system. And so it's very important that you're avoiding alcohol. And you're trying to drink as much water as you can. And that's going to help you tremendously with your immune system. And then the tenth thing I always tell people is you want to try to make sure that you're avoiding smoking. Avoiding smoking is very important for your immune system because smoking can actually suppress your immune system. And so it's very important that you're avoiding smoking. And you're trying to breathe as much fresh air as you can. And that's going to help you tremendously with your immune system. And then the eleventh thing I always tell people is you want to try to make sure that you're avoiding toxins. Avoiding toxins is very important for your immune system because toxins can actually suppress your immune system. And so it's very important that you're avoiding toxins. And you're trying to detoxify your body as much as you can. And that's going to help you tremendously with your immune system. And then the twelfth thing I always tell people is you want to try to make sure that you're avoiding negative thoughts. Avoiding negative thoughts is very important for your immune system because negative thoughts can actually suppress your immune system. And so it's very important that you're avoiding negative thoughts. And you're trying to think as much positive thoughts as you can. And that's going to help you tremendously with your immune system. And then the thirteenth thing I always tell people is you want to try to make sure that you're avoiding negative people. Avoiding negative people is very important for your immune system because negative people can actually suppress your immune system. And so it's very important that you're avoiding negative people. And you're trying to surround yourself with as much positive people as you can. And that's going to help you tremendously with your immune system. And then the fourteenth thing I always tell people is you want to try to make sure that you're avoiding negative news. Avoiding negative news is very important for your immune system because negative news can actually suppress your immune system. And so it's very important that you're avoiding negative news. And you're trying to watch as much positive news as you can. And that's going to help you tremendously with your immune system. And then the fifteenth thing I always tell people is you want to try to make sure that you're avoiding negative music. Avoiding negative music is very important for your immune system because negative music can actually suppress your immune system. And so it's very important that you're avoiding negative music. And you're trying to listen to as much positive music as you can. And that's going to help you tremendously with your immune system. And then the sixteenth thing I always tell people is you want to try to make sure that you're avoiding negative movies. And that's going to help you tremendously with your immune system. And then the twentieth thing I always tell people is you want to try to make sure that you're avoiding negative thoughts.
