I know most of you won't be able to watch this whole thing to the end because you don't actually want to make it and you have no ambition. But I know that the 0.1% of you will get through this whole video and actually do something with it. I'm very glad that will happen, but this is exactly how I generated a lot of money with our influence. fake virtual avatars. So how does this actually work? First guys, I want to talk about the actual business model. Look, I've seen all these AI videos, but how do we actually make money with them? How do we turn this into a business where we're actually printing money? Well, I'm tell you right now. First what you're going to do, we are going to make an AI influencer. I'm like a real influencer, these people are fake. This is an example of some AI influencers I've made on Instagram. This one in particular, right here, made me $4,000 in a single day profit, commission I let me just play that video for you guys real quick. This is what we look like on day one of taking every day. Let's get it. This is day 50 and I'm about to cheat on my husband with this holistic filler because she changed our lives just watch. The best food for a very similar to each other. This is my favorite style of all time, talking on stage and then they go into selling a product later in the video, same with this one. Why's somebody talking about how he looked fuckable in his 80s? Listen to what he said. The best way to clean out your. It's the whole cleaning out his, goes through the entire script and then sells the same product at the end. So we're going to make an AI person and the advantage you guys have, when you're making a person is you get to say stuff that no other real person would ever dare to say. Can you imagine trying to say like he looks fuckable in his 80s or making insane weight loss transformation. Like these things can't be replicated in real life, which is why you have an advantage as an AI person. And it's not just me that's doing this, there are thousands of AI influencer accounts now, you've probably seen them all over your feed and you're wondering like, how do I do this stuff? There's there's a version of me there, look Chinese avatars, you've got, you've got people in remote village, you've got. How do we actually make these and how do we make money them? They're all doing the same thing. They're all making our avatar and then selling products. What we do is we sell products for commission. selling other people's products for big brands. Why this is so good? It's because you don't need any inventory. drop shipping, or like brand drop shipping, I'll run an e-con brand, we're going to buy inventory off front. You don't have to spend any money on ass. this is all organic content that gets 10 million, 20 million views per month. You don't have to ever show your face on camera. Some people aren't all from hand, and humble like me. You don't have to show your face on camera, which is amazing. Most people don't want to show their face on camera. Now you have an advantage on social media. This works fast. I'm gonna show you some examples of people who started very recently and got results within like 3 days. But I'm not trying to say you anything in this video, I'm just telling you what I works. And we're only going to sell shipping products. This is the biggest one. A lot of people who who try to start anything e-commerce, they're trying to sell some dog wash product from China of Alibaba. And they're going to want it down. I got to test this product, got to spend $1,000 on that. It's a test of the RX there. No. We're only selling winning products that people actually want right now. Here's some examples of products I sold in the past. Now there's super car. million per month brand. Rosa Bella. They do anywhere between $8 to $10 million per month. Microingredients, they are huge, guys. hundreds of millions of dollars revenue per year. These are all existing products that people already know the brands, they've already seen it before probably, and you're only selling these products that people already want. You're not going through this whole trial and air phase of trying to sell stuff that people probably don't want. Huge advantage. It's never been this easy, and guys, brands, these big brands are so desperate for people to sell their product. I'm going to show you exactly how you can get on a product like this later in the video, this is a full tutorial, but they're desperate, and they will pay you a lot. previous video I showed you it's like through out agency we have for the students. I'm again not trying to tell you anything, but they're a brand paying 200% commission guys, because they know that when people buy one product, they'll probably buy from the same brand again, and again, and again, and again. So many brands paying two to three times, so you get 200 300% commission. It's never been this fruitful. This is why I always tell you guys what else are you going to do? If you drop ship, you only get what? Maybe maximum 50% margins, now you're getting 200%. out. Anyway, we're going to make these AI avatars and we're going to post them across three platforms. Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook. My hands are really shaky today, but Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook. This is what we're going to do. And before we get started, I just want to tell you guys, I actually know what I'm talking about. This title is not clickbait. I have done $2 million worth of revenue with our influencers alone. Work with some of the biggest brands, the biggest marketers in the world to do it. And I actually know I'm not like all these freaking fake gurus on YouTube telling you how to make AI influencers doing some super fancy BS like see dance, whatever. What you're about to learn is these videos are so easy to make. I know it works because I teach other people how to do it. I'm not trying to say anything, but it works for complete beginners who have never done it before. Most of these, I'm fact, all the people in these screenshot, and these are my students, they started with zero experience, zero content creation experience. This guy made actually 8 in his first month profit, 1000 days here, and like I said before, 3 days into posting got 20,000 followers. I actually know what I'm talking about. I'm not trying to sell you anything. I'm just trying to tell you what I'm about to show you actually works. You don't have to go and watch anyone else's paid course. This stuff actually works because what you're about to see is so many YouTube tutorials. They only talk about this thing up here. A video generation. But this is actually the easy part. This is the easy part. But most people don't know how to actually sell products. How do we optimize a conversion rate? How do we outsource the tasks? How do we automate posting? How do we get a brand deal? How do we actually this is the most important right here? How do we write scripts that actually convert and to viewers and to buyers? What are the emotional triggers? In general for anyone running a business, Cloud is probably the winner right now in terms of just general productivity tools. It sometimes it breaks but that's the way I like to use it. And so these are the only tools you need. Now what we're going to do is we're going to scroll for inspiration on what avatar to create. Now, this is where a lot of people go wrong, because if you are just trying to copy someone else, it's very unlikely, it's going to work. Let's go to this page right here. Yang Moon. Everyone's heard of the famous Moon, but if you are trying to copy Yang Moon in April, 2026. It's very unlikely you're going to succeed. For every successful page you see now, there's probably a thousand more that didn't work because everyone is trying to make a monk. So if you're just trying to copy people, doesn't work. The reason Yang Moon went viral, it's because he was the first person to ever have a famous monk. Then there was another person who already knew how to make avatars that got on early, another one got on early. So there's maybe three famous monks in all of Facebook and Instagram and the rest I just copying. There's like a thousand failed monks right now. A lot of you send me your DM every day. Harry, why did my monk work? But and by the way guys, look how simple These videos are. There are four things you must stop doing. If you want to reduce anxiety. Super simple. There's no fancy VO3C, C2.0 stuff going on. It's very, very simple. Same with this account, nearly 800,000 followers, very, very simple videos, but if you try and go and copy this account, I dare you. I dare you to try and copy it. All of you guys keep seeing me a DM who are in my mentor ship in like, why am I only get 100 views? Well, we need to make an original avatar. If you actually want to make money, you got This is the first cowboy that went super viral. He has an advantage of everyone, he's already established credibility as the guy. So anyone else trying to copy him is going to have a harder harder time. And again guys, very simple, look at this. So how do we create our own original avatar? I'm going to tell you how to do it right now. What we want to do is go to YouTube and mode and go to YouTube shorts. Now, what we're going to do is we're going to search for some keywords, like wisdom, advice. I'm going to go to short, and now let's look at some short, and we're just going to get inspiration for some AI avatars based on real people. Now, me personally, I love these two old guys here. These two old guys. This unfortunately has the eyes closed, doesn't matter. All this one. Our target audience guys are people like this. People who are like in the 40s, 50s, 60s, all right, who will watch out and they don't really know whether it's or not, but they're really relate and they love the credibility of listening to an older person because if you're a 60 year old and you're listening to an 18 year old, give life advice or health advice. People don't resonate with that if they're older. They're going to listen to someone either they're age or older than them. We're getting and of credibility. Look how credible these AI are. They're how authoritative they are. They command respect when you look at them. They've already gone viral because they fit the demographic of the people who are trying to target. So I'm going to these. And the next thing we're going to do is create a prompt for our AI avatar. And how do you do that? I'm going to show you how to do it right now. I've uploaded the screenshot we got from our scroll session, this guy that you saw right here, and what I'm going to do is I'm going to say, turn this man into a prompt for an AI image generator. Ignore any text and icons. We want to make sure he's looking. right now his eyes are closed, so I kind of had to put the end, but usually they'll be looking at the camera. Now we're going to hit on this, and now you can see that it's a cinematic close up of man. I don't like that, so I'm just going to say, just to make it look like it's short on an iPhone. Now, here we go, iPhone photo of man. This is great. I barely even need to look at it now. Copy and paste this into our database. Guys, a lot of text. So now we've got our prompt for our avatar. So simple, guys. So simple. Now let's copy and paste this whole thing and we're going to go over now to. Now we are in and we've gone to the section called image and then we go to nano banana pro. Now, ignore this stuff on the screen. I was testing some stuff. I was trying to recreate a viral trend, but damn, look at this guy, he's handsome as fuck. Anyway, we're going to copy and paste our frinking prompt into banana. So I'm going to make sure you guys can see this. We've got banana pro 9x16. 2K is fine for now. I might make the base size 4, and then that's really to generate. So we're going to generate that and have a look at what it looks like. Guys, look at what we've generated. Bang. Look at this. It's so crisp. It's so clear. This commands, authority and respect. If you're especially an older person, look at this. Oh my goodness. It looks so crisp. To me personally, this guy looks the best to me, and I we're going to now use this as the reference image, all of our images going for it, to download that. So now you have the reference image. This is like the thing that you're just going to base all your images off. Now what we're going to do is we're going to make this into five different environments. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. How do we do that? I'm going to think. Where else going to put my avatar? Right this one looks good, but maybe I can put him in a garden, maybe I can put him in a, maybe I can put him in a, maybe I can put him in a. Maybe I can put in a. There's so many different environments that we can put this guy in. So what I'm going to do is drag and drop this into here, right? I realize that my face is covering a lot of this, so go here, and so keep the frame in the same, but change the background so that that's a, I'm just going to do two images for that. Then I'm also going to do change the background to the man's in the garden. Change the background to the man is in a remote village. Change the background so the man is in a public library. Change the background so he's in a corner field. Now, let's wait and see what that looks like. Boom. Now, look at what we've done, guys. Oh my god, we've changed our original guy over here into now, look, he's in a tool shed. All we said is keep the frame in the same, change the background so he's in a tool shed. Now he's in a garden. Look at guys, it's so easy with AI. It's so easy, put him in a remote village, put him in a public library, put him in a corner field. Look at this This guy. Put this man in a corn field. Put this man in a vibrant public library. Look how old and wise this guy looks. We are going to cook with this avatar. Imagine trying to copy everyone else. No, we're not going to do that. Look at this guy. Look at it. This is step number one. So we're going to save all these images and we're going to use them as the base template for all our videos going for. Our first 50 videos, we can use like five images. So let's go. Bang. Do you see what we have just accomplished in the span of 60 seconds, guys? All we're doing is clicking button. clicking buttons and now we've created an entirely fictional person and we've put him in six different environments. Look at this. These will cook, guys. These will cook. So now that we've got the images, four and six different environments. Now we can go in 11 labs to create a voice for this avatar. So let's cook. I'm going to go back to Cloud, inside the exact same project that we're already in, and now I'm going to say create a realistic voice for this avatar as a prompt for 11 labs. But when we get this prompt, we got to that AI is never perfect the first time. Yes, we're going to get this massive, but when we put it in 11, don't expect it to be perfect.

This is where we actually have to start thinking a little bit of high IQ. This is where we're going to have to start thinking what is the most impactful thing. I can say that will grrip people's attention, make me go viral and convert all my viewers into bias. This is where you're going to live a lot of your time with our influencers. Now, a lot of you will have questions up to this point about I'm having problems with my avatar. I don't know what scripts to write, I don't know what products to sell, right? Now the most important thing you need to realize is that when you're starting posting, you want to start with an account that has zero followers. We want to start with a brand new account. And when you have zero followers, well, you can't have a link in buyer. No one's going to buy from you if you have zero followers, okay? So you need to grow the account. So your focus up to 1000 followers should just be to grow the account only. Don't have to sell anything. And to get to 1,000 followers, guys, it takes days. I just showed you examples of my students who took 3 days to get 20,000. And the first 3 days, but never ever post in content before. So if he can do 20,000 followers in 3 days, you can do 1,000 followers in a week. Just be patient for a week and post for a week. What I've done here is I've put this something called an account growth script in. And this script is entire, you feel free to use it by the way. This script is entirely based on just growing the account, 2,000 followers. There's hundreds of scripts like this and You just want to grow, it's just giving a useful tip. You may not know this, believe it or not, your liver can be cleanse in just one night. You will feel lighter and less bloated. When people see this, only videos are pear to those who like, share and enjoy them. So you're asking people to like, share and watch the video, and they're going to see this as a useful tip. They're going to engage and they're going to follow you, which is exactly what you want, because you don't really want to start selling any products until you have a thousand followers. I'm going to upload our photo here, upload our voice. Bang. Now, we're going to hit generate and then see what happens. finished generating, let's have a look. Now not many people know this but you could actually generate unlimited banana images for free like one of your subscription for free for no additional cost. As long as you switch the settings and 9 by 16, back size one, and then also you can use extra free here as well with different image models. Now we can say create animated 3D visual of and I'm just going to make that uh 4 by 3. and now what we can do? add half a of to a glass of water. It's all about and hot water. So these are simple tricks and look it only takes what 3 to 5 minutes to add some be roll, but if you can take 3 to 5 minutes to exponentially increase your chances with a video, of course you should do it. There's a photoable video and this is how going to help you grow the account. Now you might be thinking, well, Harry, I've posted a video just like you did, but I didn't go far. What's happening? Most of you guys who watch my videos on YouTube and you say, Harry, I'm stuck in 100 view jail. Why am I stuck in 100 view jail? I can't even get 100 followers. Well, you're not one, you're not the content you guys send me is just so bad. I'm sorry, but it's not good enough. Some of you guys are going to have B roll and some of you have the worst voice ever. You get the voices they look really weird and sound really weird and is not good. But too, with AI, you don't even have to get in front of a camera. So you should be posting like 10 times a day minimum. Imagine you have. Let's call the script, we just use script A. Then we have another script. script B. We have another script, script C. We have another script, script D, and we have another script E. Now, we have all the images we just used. So we can use this five times. We can use this five times. We can use this five times, we can use this five times, and we can use this five times. There's 25 videos here, but some of you have the accuracy to wake up in the morning and only post once. Are you freaking kidding me? You can make five scripts into five different videos and post 25 times, but you still have the accuracy to post once or twice a day. That's all you're doing, you have to get in front of a camera like you've had for the past 20 years on social media, now you can just click buttons and make money and go viral. So of course you should post more, you should test more, your test more visual, your test more B. That's how you go viral. Most post don't go viral, believe it or not, but you got to test new stuff every day to be the 1%. Once you're doing this, you're going to post at least each script once to per day. You'd have to do five times a day, but at least at least one script once or twice per day, 10 post per day. 10 post per day for account break. And you should get to 1000 followers within I don't know, a week. It should be pretty easy. And if you're not getting to 1000 followers, either set your account wrong and your shadow band, and I have videos on how to not do that and in my academy name name get shadow band because we teach them out set up right. Or your content's just bad. And now 99% guys, I know a lot of you have victim mindset and you want to believe that account shadow band, it's not your content's just bad. I promise. And that's the mine that you need to approach this with. So now that you have 1000 followers, now what are we doing? Now, you've grown your account to 1000 followers within a week. Very easy, some people would do it way faster and way better. You can at least give 1000 followers in a week. Now you're wondering, what product do I now start from? I'm the only guy on here, teaching you actually how to find a product. Even if you never talk to me ever again, you never want to join my email and see my mentorship. This is how you do it. First, you can find affiliate products online. So for example, on our alpha brain. For Alpha brand focus supplement by Joe Rogan, they give you 15% commission and anyone can sign up for it. Okay, same with another company called Lost Empire, right? Another similar company. They do 15 to 40% commission. And now all these companies are subject to approval, but you can apply to them and be like, look, I've got an account with a thousand followers. I want to start promoting your product. And this is what I did when before even AI when I was just making normal Tik Tok content. This is what I would do. Now before Tik Tok shop even existed, I was trying to make stuff online. try to make content online, and I want to apply for this. And that's what you should do. Ok, if you're not going through an agency, there's pretty much all that's available to you. So apply for those or another thing you can do is wait for brands to DM you. It's going to be huge. You guys should be looking in your DMs and waiting for brands to DM you. Now, this is pretty slow because you're relying on other brands of DM you. Most of the brands that reach out to you won't be very big, just that's just the way it is. But um some of them will offer maybe 40 or 50% commission, which will probably be better than the most of the websites you can sign up for. Well the last thing If you're serious, as you want to get a brand deal through an agency. Now, when you hear about these commissions, like 100% commission, 200% commission. You'll never I hate to say it guys, cuz I know some of you are trying very hard on your own, you want to figure out yourself, but those brands just do not want to deal with random people. They do not want to deal with and just DM people on Instagram. They want to go through people who know what the fuck they're talking about. They want to go through an agency like mine, like others that are out there. I'm not the only agency in the world, but mine is one of the most well-known. And that's how you get access to stuff like this. Where it's literally 200% commission. 200% commission because they know if they go through an agency, they can make their money back plus a lot. If they go through a random person, there's no guarantee that they can't give away this much commission because I don't know whether it creates good, whether it's worth their time. But if they go through an agency, they know they're going to make their money back. So that's why they can give away so much commission. It's because they know that they can they can rely on the results that the agency will generate. Look, if you're doing this yourself, 50% commission is still fine. But if you want to take things to the next level, yes, an agency is usually required, it's just the name of the game, but you can still make 10,000, 20,000 a month with 50% commission. Well, we're going to do the exact same thing we did in our other videos just talking about the product. Now let's talk about how often you have to post. Well, so you have three sales. Sales one, sales two, 3. you're already at 1000 followers on your account, and you want to post each of those 3 times with picture one, picture 2, picture 3. It's same as here, picture 1, picture 2, picture 3, picture 1, picture 2, picture 3. What do I mean by that? Well, you've already got this image and you can do that with all these images. picture 1, 2, 3, for. On and Facebook, you don't get flag for unoriginal content. was actually saying something different. So you can use these images multiple times to promote the same product just with a different script. And so with three scripts, guys, whether using three scripts, whether using five scripts, you can post so much. All right, let's have a look at this guy. How many times has he used this image? 1, 2, 3, 4. He's just making this different script with the same picture. It's the same picture, generated. So guys, you have no excuse. And now you're going to ask how are you well Is there any other source you can share? What do I do now? Post. The number one needle mover in this business is posting. If you are not posting, you are doomed to fail. If you're not posting every single day, as many hours as you can work, as many times a day as you can post, you are doomed to fail. Posting is the number one needle mover. And matters more than the scripts even. Matters more than the advert you use. Matters more than the time you post. And matters more than how many followers you have. And matters more than how the product is. And matters more than anything. is how many times a day do you post? Are you improving your content every day? That's the only two things. If you can get 1% better content every single day at the end of the year you've got 100 times better content. That is the main thing. Now we've got a product that we can promote. And again, it doesn't matter whether you've found a random affiliate product on your own or you go through an agency for high commissions. I'm going to do this one for example. which I've made a lot of money on and I'm going to focus on how can I sell this product? It's well, it's just taste a little bit bigger. I've got to think about all the things that make my product unique. It's all natural. It has the nitrogen oxide booster. All natural comes from nature. All the the health angles will be level health, kidney, heart, blood flow, eye sight, weight loss. There's so many things that you can say about be root that will convince people to buy it. What else can we say about a costban perhaps. It's all natural comes from, it's an oxygen booster, and we're going to convince people to not buy it from the and state take our supplement because other is pure by our supplement. And you might think damn, no one's ever going to buy from that. Guys, they will. I sold close to a million dollars worth of the supplement just by saying this. Other people you buy in the store is in pure. It's got, so you've got to buy this supplement it's 100% organic and pure. So what we're going to do now, is going to go back to uh and and you can see here in this and you can see I put command and image one hold the product and image two. So this image one, image two with the product, make him hold the product like it's part of the scene. So we're going to generate this now and see what it looks like. Guys, do you see what we've done here? Think about how much money we're going to make right now. Think about the scale of how far this can go. All we've done is click buttons. Now we've got the man and we've got him holding the product. So now we're going to use these two images to promote this product on the end, okay? And you're probably thinking, well Harry, what do I get him to say start promoting the product? This hundreds and hundreds of scrubs out there that you could use just with minimal changes, but essentially your scrubs need to follow this formula. They you need to start off the video by making the viewers very curious about what you're saying. Then you've got to induce a little bit of fear because you want to motivate people to get out of the current situation. So you can talk about anything about how the lever could be damaged right now, how the knees could be damaged, how if you're overweight, you know, make them fearful of their current state because you want to motivate them to get out of the current state. And it actually can be school because if someone's fat, you want to tell them, hey, look, you're fat.
[35:35]You know what I mean? To get them out of not being fat anymore. Then you want to give them a little bit of education to let them build trust with you, and then you want to give them a little bit of education to let them build trust with you, and then you want to have a call to action at the end of the script. You know, this is why introduce a product, and a lot of people will do this at the start of the video by saying, "Here, I take this supplement every day for my daily routine, and here's how it helped me. No, we need this at the end of the video. We're in something called direct response marketing right now. We want to induce all these emotional triggers first before we ask people to ever buy the product. Because now they're ready to buy after they got to here. Now, if you want to know more about emotional selling, I recommend you read this book called cash advertising. Talks about some of the eight fundamental human emotional desires. It actually unpacks how to sell the people's in desires. And one of them is the need to be healthy. Okay, the need to like actual just taps into actual survival and social proof being liked by others, and so how are you going to be liked by others? How are you going to be healthy if you're fat? We have bad liver health, that's sort of thing. So we're tapping into that. For the sake of this video, guys, I've actually remade the script we used before into a beat route script. You may not know this, but believe it or not, your level can be cleaned in just one night. Add half of beat route to a blender, add a pinch of lemon and add a pinch of salt. The exact same way we it is before, using a lot of the same B roll, but now you can see guys, I've added some captions, I've added some B roll, O. And this is a very possible video. Why aren't you telling me what to do? Click this, click that, guys. Because it's actually really simple and I hate all these fake gurus online overcomplicating everything. Telling you have to do all these complicated shit, all these crazy prompts and only they have the and only the the realistic examples. is easy. The actual business model is easy. It's so simple, but most of you watching this won't do anything. You won't do anything. Most of you won't even make $100 with our influence. because it all comes down to is just posting better and better content every single day. can't post better and better content every single day. This Moon went super viral. Why? Because they post a content better and better every single day. Why did this account go viral? Why? Because it both better and better content every single day. Why did this one go viral? Because they post better and better content every single day. But you get the idea, right? There's hundreds of AI pages now guys. hundreds, and all they've focus on is posting better content. So when people ask me how much money can I make with this? I have students making 20k a month right now, sometimes $3,000 per day profit, but that doesn't mean you can make that much money because 99% of people watching this are freaking lazy. They won't do shit. Most of you watching this are happy, being at home, not happy with your life, depressed, working a job you hate or doing some self-employed bullshit that you know doesn't make you happy, but you're okay with that somehow, you're okay with not having the stuff that you want in life. Most people are like that. I'm not talking to those people when I make those videos. This is why I don't put any fancy editing bullshit in my videos because that attracts a bunch of people who don't take any action in their life. That's all it comes down to guys. I've shown you how to make the videos better than whatever this guy's making. Never eat these three food.
