You perform, you people please, you stay in the wrong relationships way too long, not because you love too much, because you can't be alone with yourself. Silence exposes everything distraction was hiding. That's not love. That's escape. Real self love isn't bubble baths and morning affirmations. It's the ability to face yourself without distortion and still stay to see your patterns and not run, to see your past and not collapse, to see your potential and stop lying to yourself about it. When you can do that, you stop needing people to regulate you. You stop performing, you stop negotiating with your own bullshit.
