[0:00]Diversity is about perspective. And to be open to the idea that other people have a life experience because of the way they grew up, because of their religion, because of their color, because of their socio-economic economic background, whatever it is. They bring a perspective to the table. And I think that um, the ability to work with people unlike you, um, starts with curiosity. Um, there's a study that was just read recently that was published in um some European management journal, how organizations that think they know everything, that think they're experts, they actually produce um, systemic stupidity. Because they lose their sense of curiosity. They think they have nothing to learn and it literally creates what we would call stupid because you can only see one thing, you know, and you you become dogged that that's the answer, you know? Um, so I think curiosity is very much the the source of not only innovation, but the ability to collaborate with others unlike you.
