[0:00]Most people are always looking for that, you know, easy way out, you know, a magic pill that's going to give them a fucking Mr. Olympia body in fucking two months. Nutrition is the most difficult part because it's 24 hours. Uh 365 days, it's no less. You know, you have to enjoy what you do in all aspects of life and you know, when you enjoy something, you put more into it, you're having fun and it makes you want to do more. When you're a bodybuilder and you're eating 80 grams of protein, you know, eight times a day, you are out of your mind when it comes to food. Like, you know, and it's like you become food obsessed. Because you're too lazy to cook food or maybe you're too busy, too busy is not an excuse. Busy? What do you mean busy? You're too busy to build the best possible body you possibly could have. You're too busy to fulfill your dreams, you're too busy to fulfill your goals. There's no such thing as too busy, there's no such thing as I can't. This is what you got to do. You're working 24 hours a day, your food, your diet, your posing, you know, staying up all night cooking and getting up in the morning cooking and you know, for me it's all about, you know, enjoying what you do. You know, working out hard, working out long, enjoying your food, you know, enjoying everything, the whole aspect of the sport.
[1:21]There's no secrets. It's hard fucking work, cooking and eating, six to 10 times a day. It's hard work. There is no easy way. There's no easy way. This is not to burn fat. You know, we're not doing this to burn fat. It makes me really hungry after I get through. Chef Dexter in the house. I don't need nobody. This is fucking food, motherfucker. It's not a shake. I eat clean, I eat clean, clean, clean. Chicken, with more chicken, with more chicken, baby. My diet right now is pretty straightforward. I'm doing a carb cycle, about 300 grams of carbs on my high day, 20 grams of carbs on my low day. Well, you got to eat big to get big.
[2:05]And if you don't eat a fair amount of good food, you're not going to get big. Eat, train, sleep, get fucking huge. Gym, food, sleep. That's it. It's all I fucking care about. Keep the fucking food coming. I love it. No room for weakness. I don't consider myself no different from anybody else in this world. I'm just a little bit bigger. You see that basket all? That's from no protein powders and all that bullshit. People ask me, how do you get into such great shape? And I go, it's pretty simple. You got to eat like a dog. Eat like a dog. What's that mean? I go, dogs eat the same thing every day. If the owners care about them, they feed them a high quality food, but they eat the same thing every day and they eat a measured amount of it. So, high quality food in a measured amount every day leads to a great physique. There's no easy way. There's no easy way. So listen to me, real food. Pretty much just going to be dying, eating nothing but fish, freaking tilapia, broccoli, spinach. Yeah, my life sucks right now. Good old chicken. Chicken only. Supplements, I don't believe it. When I want to cut the weight, when I want to lean out more, I just dropped my carbs. Simple as that. Real food is the secret. Real food is the best possible thing you can put in your body. Real food. You're not dieting for fucking taste, motherfucker. You're dieting for the results that dieting is going to give you. Oh, it tastes so nasty. I can't diet. You whining ass bitch, has some fine sucking pussy. Shut the fuck up and eat that shit. Chicken, chicken, chicken, and fish. Buy food. Food's better. Chicken, steak, rice, potatoes, oatmeal. The most important part about putting size on is you got to eat big to get big. And for some reason people just will never understand that factor. People ask me all the time. Hey, let me ask you a question. Eat more. Yeah, I'm eating five meals a day. Does that mean? Yeah, eat more. Six meals, seven meals, eight meals, nine meals, ten meals. Whatever it takes, get it in. You think twenty meals a day is good and you can do it then do it. I can eat twenty meals a day.
