[0:02]Inside the box, you'll find the pre-assembled e-bike, fenders (two for the rear wheel and one for the front wheel), a basket, a battery, a charger, pedals, and a tool kit.
[0:23]Lift the front wheel and remove the protective cover. Do not twist it while taking it off; just pull it straight off.
[0:45]Next, pull out the handlebars and remove the protective sleeve. Align it with the stem and slide it into place, then unfold the frame.
[1:28]Take the tool kit out of the small box and find the M6 wrench. Tighten the handlebars with the M6 wrench. latch the folding lever shut.
[2:10]Take out the foam block and place it under the frame.
[2:25]Remove the rubber plug on the front fork before installing the front wheel. You also need to take off the screws on the front wheel first.
[2:50]Hook the safety latch onto the front fork, then fasten the screws. Make sure the front wheel is perfectly centered with equal gaps on both sides, no offset whatsoever.
[3:32]Then grab the 15mm wrench and tighten the wheel nut.
[3:57]Spin the tire to test it. If it rubs against the brake rotor, adjust the brakes. Next, mount the front fender and remove the screws beforehand.
[4:43]Align the mounting holes of the front fender and tighten the screws. Tighten the fender bracket with the size 4 wrench.
[5:10]Finally, adjust the angle of the fender. Lift it up and lock it fully for final tightening.
[5:35]Remove the packaging of the basket and install it. There are front and rear baskets. Take out the front basket first.
[6:03]Install the rear basket first. Only remove these four middle screws, then mount the rear basket.
[6:19]Take out the rear basket and align it with the four middle mounting holes for installation. Note that the side with wider hole spacing faces forward, and the side with narrower spacing faces backward.
[6:41]Align the holes, insert the mounting screws and tighten them securely. Next step: install the rear fender. Please note that fenders are separated into front/rear and left/right pieces. The front side of each fender is flat, while the rear side has a curved upturned edge.
[7:17]This is the right fender. This is the left fender. The flat side still faces forward, and the upturned edge faces backward. Remove the fender screws first before installation. Align with the mounting holes on the side of the rear basket, then insert and tighten the screws. The height is adjustable here. Lock it firmly once you get the ideal position. We recommend setting it to the highest position to prevent the fender from rubbing against other parts.
[8:32]Next, install the left front brake and remove the screws first. Adjust the angle of the display screen if it blocks installation.
[8:53]Tighten both sides evenly up and down simultaneously when locking to prevent one side from being fully tightened while the other remains loose. Next, adjust the height and angle of the stem. Loosen the screw here slightly with a size 6 wrench first. Raise the handlebar to a proper height. Note that the height must not exceed the white safety marking line. Then center the handlebar left and right.
[9:47]Make sure this position is fully tightened. Loose screws here will cause the handlebar to wobble. Put the cover down and close it. Next, remove the screws from the mounting holes for the front basket. Lock the brake before installing the front basket to keep the e-bike from shifting around. Remove the front basket packaging and screws before installation. Align the holes, insert the screws one by one and tighten them.
[11:10]Next step: install the front light. Take out the 10mm and 5mm hex wrenches to remove the headlight screws.
[11:32]Then align the holes, mount the front light and tighten the screws. Finally, hook this wire onto the clip.
[12:11]Release the brake; simply squeeze the brake lever lightly to disengage it. Next, install the pedals with a 15mm wrench. "R" stands for the right pedal; match the labels for installation and tighten clockwise.
[12:40]Tighten it all the way with the wrench.
[13:06]Turn the left pedal forward with the wrench to tighten it. Next step: install the seat. Adjust the seat height according to your height. Tighten the seat clamp. Fasten the seat clamp firmly to secure the seat in place. Next, flip the battery switch. "-" means ON, "0" means OFF. After turning on the battery, press and hold the display power button to boot it up. The plus and minus buttons adjust the assist levels. Front light button. Horn button. Turn signal button. Please note that our tricycle has D for drive forward and R for reverse. Please read the content on the warning labels carefully. If you need to use reverse gear, shift into reverse first, then turn on the assist level. When using reverse gear, the pedals spin backward. Keep your feet clear of the pedals for safety.
