Respected brothers and sisters, dear viewers, imagine a dead body refused to get ghusl. The dead body screaming while going to the grave, and the dead body going through the torment of QABR, the torment of grave! SUBHANALLAH! INSHALLAHU TA'ALA, in today's story, we will go through this incident that happened in Egypt. A ONE ISLAM PRODUCTION, SPEAKER MOHAMMAD ALNAQWI. Every grave has a story, every death a lesson. STORIES OF DEAD PEOPLE, SEASON 2. BODY REFUSED GHUSL AND SCREAMED, EP19 OF 30. One lady received a call who is MUghassilah Al-AMwaat, (Sister who give Ghusl to the dead people) Can you please come to give Ghusl to our daughter? INSHALLAH! She went all the way to the house. As usual, too many people in the house, she entered inside, most of them crying. So while she is stepping in, while people are sitting here and there, she realized who's the mother, and she is crying. So she went to the mother, may ALLAH have mercy on her, may ALLAH make it easy for you. Where is the body? Let me go and get ready and give Ghusl! So she says, inside! She went inside, and she was on a death bed. In Arabic they call it Dakkah ghusl. She was on a place where now you have to give Ghusl on that place. I came closer to this young girl who is in her 20s. The first thing I looked at her face, and the face was not nice, not kind face. The face is kind of horrible face, even though the girl is in her 20s, she is young girl.
[3:07]But her face as she saw something before the death, she saw something horrible before the death, that face was. She looked, she says, "La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah" let me just give the Ghusl. But the thing is I'm alone in the room, and everyone outside the room crying and yelling. But no one is coming and helping me. I went outside, I said, who will help me? Looking left and looking right, no one is willing to come to help. He looked into the mother, she says: 'YA AMMATI' (O aunt), would you like to come and give Ghusl? And she put her head down and she's crying. What's wrong with these people? No one is willing to come and give Ghusl to this lady? Then after a minute or two, I'm looking left and right, perhaps someone will get up, someone will come, someone will help, and this is something normal. And the Ajr (reward) of giving Ghusl to a dead body, it's huge, it's humongous, according to what the Prophet (SAW) said. But no one is willing to come inside. I went inside the room, and I said, let me just do it by myself! I'm experienced woman, I did Ghusl, I give Ghusl to many individuals, I will, INSHALLAHU TA'ALA, able to do it. She start now giving Ghusl, and the sister said, "Wallahi" It was one of the most difficult and the hardest Ghusl I gave in my life. This young, light girl, I'm unable to give her Ghusl. I want to turn her, as she is stick to the table, literally she is stick to the table. I'm unable to move her, even though she is thin and she is in her 20s, and there is no problem, according to the body. But moving even her hand, it's stick to the table, her body stick to the table, shoulders, legs, everything stick to the table. I'm unable to give Ghusl. She said, it took lot of time, it took lot of efforts from me to give a complete Ghusl to this girl. After really I got exhausted, I gave Ghusl, fearing ALLAH ALMIGHTY, I don't wanna do anything less or not complete, I did my best to give Ghusl with the condition of that, you know, body, and I gave, wrapped her with kafan and everything as much as I can, ALHAMDULILLAH! Then I went and I said to the people, see her for the last time. No one came inside. In fact as no one heard me telling them come and see the girl for the last time. No one! And I was really really shocked. What is going on here? What this little girl in her 20s did that no one is willing to come and help, or no one willing to come to see her for the last time? Then she went inside, she collected her stuff, she went outside and she said, I did the Ghusl. Jazakum ALLAH khair. So now, she saw the uncle, the uncle of the girl, means the father's brother, uncle. Is there yelling saying, she will not be buried in our graveyard, she will not be buried in our family cemetery. Now, in Egypt, if you remember, we even mentioned that before in Egypt, they have private cemetery, private graveyard, they go and they buy a land. And that land, they will make a door, and they inside this land or within the land, they will make a collective graveyard or collective graves, that one door, you open that door, you go inside this door, and inside this door, there are chambers, these chambers are the graves. So some people use this for the family, they will buy this and keep it for the family members. Or there are some general ones, they call it Maqabir AS-Sadaqah, the graves of Sadaqah, the graveyard for Sadaqah, means like, you know, it's fee-Sabilillah. People will buy and leave it, those poor people, those who are unable to pay for the graves and the kafan (shroud) and whatsoever, they go there. So now she heard the uncle is yelling and saying, she will not be buried in our graveyard, she will not be buried in the family cemetery. So, the mother is crying more, the more he shouts, the mother cries more. Now, the sister, she says, now out of curiosity, I want to know what's going on. So, she spoke, she says, would you mind to take her to the general Sadaqah cemetery? They call it Sadaqah, Maqabir AS-Sadaqah, the Sadaqah cemetery. So, the uncle looked at her while he's angry, he says, are you done? Then khallas, you can go. She says, okay, I'm done, I can go. Before she goes, the uncle, while he's yelling and then he says, wait, wait. Can you finish whole the process? The whole process by taking her and giving her to the Sadaqah cemetery and finish everything? She says, yes, yes, of course I will do, at the end it's Ajr. So, she called the ambulance, she called actually the specific car, Janazah car, those will come and collect the body and do the paperwork and everything. So when this happened, now the driver came, and we helped to carry the body which was very very heavy, according to the body, according to the size of the body, it is supposed to be something light, but it was very heavy that we took really big effort to put her inside the car. Then the mother is crying so much, I said to the mother, O my aunt, come, come with me, sit in the car. We will follow the ambulance, or we'll follow this car, until we go and do the burial, we'll pray and do the burial. So the mother sat in the car, and full time she is crying, crying, crying. I want to ask what happened, what your daughter did, but she is not answering to me. She is not replying to me, she is just crying. Now while the two cars are following each other, what happened? The Janazah car is in the front, and the doctor or the Mughassilah, the Mughassilah's car at the back. Suddenly, the car, the Janazah car stops at the side. The man came out from the car, and he opens the door at the back, and he sees, goes inside and sees and move the, you know, the bed, and move the body. So the mother, while she's crying, she sees what's going on, what this guy is doing?! Then the guy goes inside and drives again. They drive again. Again after 5 minutes, he stops the car, and they stop the car behind him, he comes out, he opens the two doors, the trunk doors, and looked at the body. Second time this happened. Third time that happened, many times that happened into the extent that the mother is saying, what's wrong with this guy? Is he drunk? Is he crazy? Why he is doing this? Why he's stopping every 5-10 minutes and checking? What's wrong with him? She said, no problem, we'll see, we'll see, we'll see, the Mughassilah said. Till the end, they reached to the Sadaqah cemetery, they took her, very difficult to carry her, took her, put her into the grave, do the salah, do the prayer, do the burial, and everything is done. While going back, she goes to the driver, she says, excuse me, what's wrong with you? Why you stopped many times and coming and looking and opening the trunk and looking? What's wrong with you? So he said, while he's too much annoyed, he says, khalaas baqa, in Egypt, he says, enough, you know, please, don't ask me. You know, I don't know what's wrong with this body. What's wrong with this body? He says, every time I'm driving, I hear someone screaming, I hear someone screaming, and someone is yelling, scream, scream, out of fear. I stopped the car, I come again, I did this for many times. I don't know.
[12:17]So please, don't talk to me now, my job is done, I'm leaving. So now the Mughassilah is saying, first, her face was not, you know, easy going face, as she saw something horrible before death, while giving Ghusl, she was stick to the table. Third, she is screaming in the car, but of course, no one can hear except the driver. And when the driver comes and sees the body, the body is, you know, it's a dead body. Now after that, she drops the mother at home, and still the Mughassilah is saying, what happened? Tell me how she died? What happened? No answer. At the end, max to max, they exchanged the number. The Mughassilah gave her, the mother, the number, and the mother gave the Mughassilah the number. End of the story. The mother goes. Suddenly, midnight the Mughassilah gets the phone call from that mother. Please, please, can you come to this address and pick me? Yeah, sure, sure, sure. Midnight she went to some, you know, village, and she found this old lady in a house crying. What happened, ya Hajjah? What happened, O aunt? What happened? So, she said, when you dropped me, I was so tired, I was so exhausted, I slept. And when I slept, I saw my daughter screaming, and she is running, and behind her there is a horrible beast, behind her, chasing my daughter, about to eat her, and she is telling me, Mama, come and help me, Mama, come and help me, Mama, take me out from where I am. She said, the mother says, I woke up, I was so afraid, I do not have any idea, is it day, night, morning, midnight, I just went outside looking left and right, I saw a taxi, I stopped the taxi and I said, please take me to the cemetery, the Sadaqah cemetery. The driver says, are you okay? At this time? She said, it's not your business, take the money and take me to the cemetery. He said, I take the lady to the cemetery. She stopped there, she went inside, and she went inside the cemetery. And when she went inside the cemetery, she sees the Qabr, but now this is what she is imagining, that the Qabr is open and her daughter in a horrible condition, and someone from the back telling me, who told you to come here? Who told you to come here at this time? Why you came here? You should go back! So she said, no, I'm not gonna leave my daughter, I'm not gonna leave my daughter. And when I looked at back, there is no one. There is no one. Who touched me, who told me not to come here, I have no idea. When I looked back, I saw there is a big beast jumping on me, and I fell down unconscious. When I opened my eyes, I found the driver, he is next to me, and the family, they took me from there. Now I do not know what happened. So, then I called you, and you came and you picked me. So, the Mughassilah took her back to the home and this time she says, "Billahi Alaik" for the sake of ALLAH, tell me what your daughter did? Because you are going through all this. So, here's the story! The mother said, my daughter and her cousin, means the daughter of the uncle, the one who was yelling at the beginning. Her, my daughter, and her cousin, they were very good close friends and relatives, and they used to go to the university at the same time, because the same age. Somehow my daughter loved and started liking someone in the university, a man. But for some reason that man is not giving any attention or any talk or anything to my daughter. In fact he got interested into the cousin, and he literally went all the way to the father of the cousin, which is the uncle, and he literally asked to for the engagement and to get married. And they agreed. So, she was so upset, what she did, after a few weeks, she collected all the picture of my cousin, or of her cousin, that she took at home, without hijab, wearing maybe clothes, which is not fully covered, her chest is showing, her shoulder is showing, legs are showing, and whatsoever. And she starts spreading these pictures in the university by saying, she is a bad woman, she has a bad character, she is this, she is that. Because of that, the boy got angry, and he says, well, she is really bad woman or bad girl, and I don't want to marry her, and I will break the engagement. Because of that the cousin, that other girl, she got so sad, so sad, she died out of stroke, she got a stroke and she died. And when the father came to know that this happened because of my daughter, he came and he beat my daughter, and he was like so angry, and we all were angry because of what she did, just because of jealousy, you go all the way and spreading the pictures of a hijabi, a girl, and spreading a rumor about her that she is not a good character woman?! So, we all were very upset about this. So, because of beating of her own father to my daughter, she decided to leave the house. And unfortunately, she ended up with the bad people, bad friends, she starts smoking, she start having drugs, she start drinking alcohol. And after that... And I'm crying. The mother is saying I'm crying. Please come back, please come back, I will leave the house, but please let's go and stay together in one place. And she used to refuse. No, mother, I'm not gonna come back. I'm not gonna be with you guys. You know, you beat me, you hate me, I don't want to be with you. And one day I received a call that our daughter is in the hospital. And once we went to the hospital, we found what? We found that she took extra or overdose, because of the drugs, and she died because of that. And because of what happened, all of us, we don't want to see her, we don't want to give Ghusl to her, and you know, our uncle, or the uncle of the girl refused to even bury her in our own cemetery. Unfortunately, my brothers and sisters, this is the sad story of this little girl that ALLAH (SWT) showed us the initial signs that she was in the face, she was not died in a good condition, the Ghusl was not easy process from the Mughassilah, she was screaming when she was in the car, the Janazah car, she went through the torment of the grave, and she asked the mother to come and help her, but after it is too late. My brothers and sisters in Islam, the message I would like to give to all my brothers and sisters, from this story, at least take three things, three things that will be beneficial, INSHALLAHU TA'ALA! First of all, the jealousy! The jealousy; don't get into the jealousy and envy and don't like other people just because, you know, they've been blessed with something or they have more than you or whatsoever. Be careful from the jealousy! Number two, never ever get into the A'raath An-Naas. Never ever get into the chastity of people or specifically the chastity of a woman, the honor of a woman, don't get into that! Don't make rumors or don't spread about, you know, and dishonor any woman! And last but not least, my brothers and sisters, especially sisters, don't take pictures, even if you are at home and you are not dressed properly. Don't think that it will stay in your mobile, it will stay in your memory, it will stay in your laptop. No! As a Muslim, we have to fear ALLAH (SWT) in all the cases. I ask ALLAH (SWT) to protect us from the bad ending, and I ask ALLAH (SWT) to protect us from the torment of the grave. AMEEN YA RABBUL-'ALAMEEN! INSHALLAHU TA'ALA, we will continue the next time, until then, take care of yourself and your family members. ASSALAMU ALAIKUM WA RAHMATULLAHI WA BARAKATUH.
