Supreme almighty father, Nomo Brahma. What is that supreme almighty father? Nomoste byu. He's inhaling breath. Your breath is your supreme almighty father. Without breath, you cannot do anything. Is it not? Your whole work is with breath. Money earning by the breath. Dead man cannot earn money. You cannot enjoy sexually without breath, you cannot take food without breath. So by air, God is inhaling. Air is formless. You cannot see air, air is here. Air is your life. Your whole body is remaining because God is inhale. If he doesn't in hell then you are dead body. Then you have no work.
[3:48]Living power of God. Have you seen God? Yes, God is all pervading. So everywhere, in every human being, should I speak in Hindi? I see all the persons are.

[4:26]So what language you know? Only English. Even not English.
[4:41]Your life is the living life of God, but you are not feeling. You are born only for God's realization.
[4:55]You are earning money, you are enjoying sexually, only for God's realization. You are taking food for God's realization. Your heart, anger, pride, cruelty is for God's realization.
[5:18]Ratnakar, the murderer, have you heard? No, you have not heard. About Ratnakar. You have not heard. One Indian person, Ratnakar, who was Valmiki. No one heard it. He's a murderer. Any person will pass by, he would kill them, kill him. And he was the best spiritual person in the world. Murderer. So that power of God is within you, you have extreme bad qualities, negative. Also extreme positive qualities. Your heart is only for sweetness, kindness, lovingness, purity, perfection.
[6:21]Not for anger, pride, cruelty, insincerity, hypocrisy. You have to remove it. Follow me. Your whole body is God, your rational being. You have to know thy own self, who is talking, he is talking from the top. He told everything. He left nothing for me. I am telling what he told. But I am telling in Indian language, he told in English language. I am told telling now in Indian language, is it not? Very slowly, friendly, cordial, divinely. Everything of you is God. Everything of you is breath. Namaste byu. It is why in scriptures it says I bow air, God is inhaling.

There is 49 types of breath. 48 is for material with extra words, taste. One breath is for meditation, short breath, very short breath. One, two. It will not come out here. If you come and press your hand in front of my nose, you'll see no breath, no breath is coming out.
[9:03]One breath, short breath. You have to learn how to take short breath. Motor car is running. If you open the window and keep your head like that and inhale, then within five minutes time you will get fever, headache. You are taking sufficient air, you are taking limited breath, very short breath. Byu, onam, amritam, atyam, roshmanta, shoritom. Byu a short breath. Havoc, way, thunder, hurricane, extreme wind, this is also God.
[10:04]Short breath is also God. You have to fix your attention here. Baby set soft, very easy. Little breath that breath is going and touching here. The candle light is burning, air is touching. If you cover it with the glass, you cannot light will not burn. will extinguish. Is it not? Similarly, if I threshold of your nose and mouth, only four minutes time, he will die. From your birthday God is your servant. Constantly he is inhaling. Giving you everything. What the animate being is doing, you are doing the same thing. He is not earning money.
[11:15]Animal being. What they are taking food? Enjoying sexually. Follow me. Co-earning. All habits of India is remaining in the animal being. But not rational, they are not rational. But you are rational. With rationality, you have to suppress with short breath. You have to take breath and touch here. Lamp is burning, little air is touching. If you cover it will not remain. If you give blow, light will not remain. Similarly your life. Who will die early? No one knows. Follow me. Whether I will die early, or he will die early? No one knows. Is it not?
[12:28]You should not be angry, why they are doing like that? No, this is my destiny. What they are doing? They are doing their own destiny, they are doing good. They are going in search of God, in search of food. In search of wealth. It is not wealth, they are searching God's love, purity, kindness. God's qualities. And the main thing is this, your own life. God's breath will always remain with you. You should live a happy life. Your breath is the living power of God, is it not? That is truth, that is reality, that is honesty, that is purity. That is living life of God, but you are all neglecting. We are not doing Kriya Yoga. We are not doing Kriya Yoga. It is not Kriya Yoga. It is not something new.
[13:30]You must listen to my lecture. So you should try to know the reality and truth. Because if you know Kriya Yoga, how it will be helpful to you. You may have a good personality, but how can you get God's realization? How can you get good health and long life? How can you be free from diseases? How can you become a good husband, good wife, good children? By this knowledge. If you get God's knowledge, if you get this God's love, if you get this God's light, you will not have any disease. Your blood pressure will remain normal. Your eyes, your ears, your nose, your mouth will remain normal. There will be no trouble. This is reality.
[14:27]This is truth. We practice Kriya Yoga. Kriya Yoga means this. This is called Kriya Yoga. So you have to practice this thing. Those who are going to office, those who are working, Kriya Yoga should be helpful to them. They should be calm. You'll never have any kind of negative qualities. No anger, no pride, no jealousy, no hatred, no delusion, no illusion, no error. Always calm. Always peace. Always love. Always reality. Always truth. This should come in your body. It is why you must practice it.
