[0:05]I really don't know what to do. I've been having terrible anxiety for the last hour and a half. It won't go away. Something bad is going to happen. I, I just know it.

[0:22]Lasaka. Hey, what's going on? You're physically shaking. Please talk to me. I'm here to listen. Again. Again. Again. Hey, ha. BC guy. I'm, I'm having a lot of anxiety right now. It won't go away, and I keep thinking something bad is going to happen. I, I heard a really scary noise outside from my room. I'm, I'm unsure what it was, but it leads me to believe that I'll get hurt. I just know it's going to happen. I, I'm in danger. Please help. Again. Again. Again. Oh, no, no. Let's talk for a bit. Try to focus on my voice. I just want you to know that what you're feeling right now is completely valid. However, they're only temporary. You mean they won't stick around forever. I've been experiencing this since a while ago. It just seems like it wants to stick around. I know. Anxiety comes and it goes. Soon enough, you'll feel better. For now, just allow it to be there. Keep listening to my voice. You may find that it has a calming effect. Well, I do find comfort in your words. I just don't know how to get rid of these uncomfortable sensations. Again. Again. Again. There, there, my friend. Actually, you don't have to do much. This anxiety will pass. Keep focusing on my voice and my words. You may even want to pay close attention to my eyes. That's it. Just look at me. Oh my gosh. I, I didn't realize you had that expression. It's okay, La Cuper. I'm sure you know why it is that I have this expression. We've been through this many times before. I'm sure it will help aid in your anxiety relief. Yeah, yeah. I, I remember. It's very calming. But, I'm still having a lot of anxiety. I just know something bad will happen to me. I, I don't want it to. What sort of bad thing are we talking here? Keep focused on my voice and on my eyes. Talk to me. What are you thinking in that anxious head of yours? Um, um. Again. Again. Again. You can talk to me. I am here to listen and to help you. That's why I'm here. You're safe here, La Cuper. Think of it like a safe space where you can vent. Talk it out, but take your time. Don't rush anything. Well, ha, honestly, the noises I heard, sounded like guns going off. But, they were distant. I don't know. I just thought I was in immediate danger, like I was going to get hurt. Distant gun noises. Those definitely sound scary. But, I do want to tell you, you're always safe and sound here. Nobody is here to harm you. Not even your anxiety. I wouldn't let anything happen to you, La Cuper. The rest of the calming guys and I are here to make absolute certain of that. You're always safe here with me and the others. Anxiety cannot hurt you. It develops this perceived threat, and your mind and body respond accordingly. It's like a built-in alarm system in your mind. But, the more you give this perceived threat attention, the longer that built-in alarm system will go off. Instead, allow it to be there and pay it no mind. Soon enough, it will fade away. At the same time, just focus on my words. I'm here to guide you through this rough experience and find peace and serenity. BC guy, your, your words. I find them powerful, therapeutic. I think my anxiety is starting to fade. I'm glad you do. Though, I want to add in a little something. The next time you find yourself thinking that something bad will happen to you, ask yourself this. Does that really make sense? Unless there happens to be solid proof that it will happen, there's a high chance that it won't. I know, it's a skill that will take some time to master, but, I believe you'll get it eventually. Never rush the process. It's called logical thinking. Keep focused on my voice and on my eyes. Let's rate your anxiety now. So, on a scale of 1 to 10, one being completely at ease and ten being the most anxious you've ever felt, how are you feeling? You know, I think I'd rate it a two. It's not completely gone, but there is a bit of an uncomfortable sensation in the pit of my stomach. However, it's bearable. I do want to thank you, BC guy, for helping me feel less anxious. I wouldn't have known what to do if you hadn't helped. It's never an issue. We're always here for guidance when you need it most. Now, I'd like for you to do some deep breathing. This'll help ease any other uncomfortable feelings. All right then. Good. Now remember, keep all your focus on my eyes and on my words. You're going to breathe in. Nice, slow and deep. Then, you're going to hold the breath for a bit, and then, as you slowly exhale, I want you to imagine that you're releasing any unwanted stress into an endless void beneath you, where they get sucked away into complete nothingness. All right. Are you ready, La Cuper? I think so. Okay. We're going to do this for a total of three times. Let's begin. Take in a slow, deep breath through your nose for me. That's it now. Hold the breath as I count one, two, and three. Slowly, exhale through your mouth and release that stress. There you go. Let it all go. Very good. Let's do that again. Keep looking at me. Deep breath in, nice and slow. That's right. Now, hold it for me as I count one, two, and three. Slowly exhale, releasing that stress. Yes. There you go. Let it all go. Just like that. Very good. One more time now. Come on. Deep breath in. That's the way. Now, hold it as I count one, two, and three. As you release that breath, allow every last drop of stress to exit your body, and feel yourself relax. That's right, La Cuper. Relax. Nice and gently. Feel everything. Simply, melt away. Very good. Now, how do you feel? I feel a whole lot better now. I'm not feeling anxious anymore. Now, that really helped me. You have no ideas how much this means to me. Oh, hey, it's never an issue, my friend, as I've stated previously. I'm very happy my words helped you today. I hope you can heed some of them for the future days to come. Oh, I definitely will. Oh, there you are. I've been looking all over for you. Oh, look who it is. It's my knight in shining armor. He he he. God, I love it when you call me that. Did you maybe want to catch a movie or something? I'd love to. Let's go.

[8:14]Um, I'm not sure what that was about. Though, if they're in a relationship, I'm happy for them. I may as well go see if Maxouper is available to hang out.
