[0:00]What's up, ladies and gentlemen? I have a store here that did 7.6k dollars yesterday. Today it's gonna do a little bit higher, 2.8k. And uhm why am I showing this to you guys? I'm doing it because I made a bunch of videos in the last two, three years. And the number one question I always got from people is Farouk, document the process more so we can know more the ins and outs of how you start the store from all City Zero and scratch and how you scale it. So, just for your information, this is a store we don't run for a long time. It's kinda new, you can say maybe, look at the first of March, it was doing 600 dollars in a day, and we barely put any time in it. Because we're just busy running all the stores and all the businesses. But, I decided to now record this and go more into detail to just drop some more value to each and one of you. That's simply the reason why. Now, in this video, I'm going to be showing you guys how I find the products. And then I'm going to show you guys well, like how we run the ads, how we come up with the angles. And then I'll also give some game as well on the back end, you know, and then also why in my opinion, right now, sub niche fashion is the best way to do e-com. And this comes from somebody we did, I mean, I made with drop shipping over 30, 40 million, I don't even count the number anymore so much anymore to be honest. I've had dozens of stores in my life, okay? So, first of all, what I do is I use the app called Winning Hunter and then you just make an account you run the top, enroll to a free trial. You go to fashion dropship, you click on here, and then what you're gonna see is a bunch of general fashion stores. And for those who do fashion, you know what I'm talking about, for those who don't know it, this is uh, simply a very simple general fashion store in the Danish market. He's selling in the EU, as you can see, and he's just selling everything related to fashion. Sandals, dresses, clothes, dresses, like, anything you can imagine, okay? So, what you want to do is you want to open a general fashion store in any market in the EU, uhm, so for example, Netherlands is a nice market to sell in. Denmark is a good market to sell in, but as a beginner typically, where you don't have a lot of money, you want to enter a market that is credit card only. Okay? That is the most important part, guys. So, once you've done that, as well, right, you can make a similar store like this, you know, do some of your own research as well on like on products on Winning Hunter. Uh, which I will not go too deep into, to be honest, guys, in this video, but if you want, I can make a new video on that. So, once you have found that, guys, uhm, and you test it as well some products, let's say anywhere between 70 to 100 products. You're gonna see there's a correlation between some fashion products, uh, that just go very well. So, let's say, for example, you sold a lot of jackets, you have sold a lot of shoes, maybe leather shoes, maybe orthopedic shoes, it can be anything. And you're gonna see then, hey, this niche or even better sub niche did in particular very well for me. Because you know fashion is always going to sell, then, then why don't you go tap into a certain sub niche and you really specialize on that and you really target it ICP? Because when you have a general fashion store, it's not just one ICP that you go for, because you're selling everything, which is totally fine as a beginner. But you want to focus on sub niche, because the whole issue is with general stores, guys, is, yeah, you can scale it to like 50k, 100k a day. We did that shit, you can see my case studies on it, I've showed you guys everything on it, but not a lot of people can maintain it. Which is totally fine, right, but your processing is gonna go down, you get a bunch of complaints. So it's better to not go on high scale with general fashion, yeah, and get out of it, find your own sub niche and focus solely on that. I will give you and video didn't edit at all guys, but I will give you guys a nice example here in the wins channel, here, for example. Crazy story here by Turks, as well, but yeah, for example, Nick, he has been doing general fashion for a long time. And here he did 7.2k USD or 8.5k USD, I'm sorry, with 4.8k USD net profit a day. If you're gonna run general stores and you want to hit profits like this, 4.8k USD, I'll tell you, bro, you will need to do at least 20 to 30k a day to have profits like this and also not a lot of refunds. Because the most profits you are seeing with all the store type of stores, it's usually even lower than 10%. And I, I speak out of experience, you can see my YouTube videos where I showed you guys who I made over a million dollars, two million dollars, whatever, in a month. And you can see that my net profit with general fashion was like 13%, and then people will tell me like, oh, you're crazy, why are you doing it? I have higher profit, but then, if I would ask them after a few months, what is their real profit, they as well would have way lower than 20, 25%, they would have also even lower, probably eight to nine percent. Because their back end isn't the same as them. So, what you want to do is open a general fashion store and. It can be so simple, you don't need to make it anything crazy, but then, once you, of course, advertise with Meta Ads, which we also do obviously, guys. And, look, guys, this is, for example, our Meta Ads account, you can see the spend that we also did yesterday, 1.8k, this is just one of the two ad accounts we also run. And you can see the results that we've been hitting, let me put here amount spent here, so you can see it. By the way, guys, for your information, our breakeven ROAS with this product that we have or multiple products within the sub niche is around 1.3. So, if we have a 2.2 ROAS on the front end, like, I'll tell you, our profit margins are at least 25 to 30% after the upsells, email marketing, you name it. So, it's amazing and we have no bans, no issues with payment processors, I don't have to worry so much about the back end as I used to do. Because of this way of dropshipping, which is as easy as general fashion, but no holds. That is basically what I'm doing right now. And uhm, I mean, I'm, I'm 100% not the first one to do it, but I'm probably one of the first ones to show this online, you know. If you're gonna say Farouk, then why would you review all this shit, isn't that stupid? You're like giving your own blue ocean away. Uhm, well, guys, to be honest, I run a coaching program, it's called Ecomsphere. I help people with my team one on one and with our community, as well. I, I show people and help people how to do the same. So, I make money with these stores and I make money as well, generally, just by helping people scale their e-com stores. So, that is why for me it's worth it also to share everything so you guys can also print. So, back to Winning Hunter. Now, as I said, guys, open a general store, and I'm just gonna pick now very quickly for all of you guys one general store that I like and that I would recommend you to copy-paste if you want to. Well, this is a store in the Polish market, also, okay? Let me see, okay, this is a very nice example, he's selling in Sweden, I hope he doesn't use Klarna, because then he'd fuck himself. But, this is a nice one, why? Simple, black, green at the card button, some urgency here, so it's probably saying something about, hey, there's only a few, uh, a few pieces still in stock. And, uhm, yeah, this is like one of those stores I'd see you can just run this up, test 70 to 100 fashion products and then find your own sub niche in it and scale it. Now, what is for example, a nice sub niche fashion store that I would go for if I were you, for example, there's certain sub niche you can go into. And now you would say, okay, I've tested all these products, what do I need to look at? You need to look for in your Facebook Ads Manager for one to two campaigns in a sub niche, you have hit at least a 30% in profit with on at least a 500 dollars in spent for at least a few days. And what's also important is that you need to look, hey, are there any other people running a typical sub niche fashion store like this? Now, you want to be doing the same what other people do, but then better. Now, how can you do that then? Let's say, for example, I have now found somebody who has scaled with uhm leather shoes, which is an amazing sub niche fashion to also sell in. What would I do, guys? How would I make my first ad after making a simple sub niche fashion store for leather shoes? Obviously, guys, we're gonna use Claude AI, okay? So, obviously, here, Sonnet 4.5 extended and uhm here I already, I put some books in here. That's the first thing you want to do. So, I put in here the books of Dan Kennedy Salesmanship, so some ebooks. Masterson, uh, uhm, uhm, arguably, the Accura Big Black Books. So, these are some marketing books, because why you want to train your Claude AI at first, you want to give it some marketing, you know, some some value. And yeah, there's probably some other guys on YouTube who do it differently. I don't give a shit, really, to be honest, you know, there's so many ways to make money online, guys, but this is like the easiest that I found as well, myself, you know, like people talk a lot. And this is also some, some mindset books, I also like put into Claude and, uhm, I don't even know why this is here. Kind of crazy. And, guys, this is from Mindset and Strategy, but you don't really need to do this, to be honest, like these ones, they are enough. Next up, guys, what are you going to do? You're going to talk with Claude in the way, I'm telling you to do so. So, I have this prompt in here that I use, okay? So, hey, I'm running a leather shoe store right now in the US. I found out that running ads to Meta with a simple random image of someone who looks like our target audience combined with a long form ad copy can go very hard on Meta. So, my friend who does this exactly, he made an insane long form copy for his own audience, can you remake one in the exact way he did it in terms of, and wait. So, before we're gonna go further, if you're gonna ask Farouk, what are we doing now? First of all, guys, there's a lot of ways to do marketing from the top of funnel to middle, bottom, uhm, you have all these awareness stages and stuff, obviously, you know. But what I like to do is to take shit as simple as possible, deploy all the marketing tactics to Claude and let Claude do the job, especially with simple stores like this. We're going to a sub niche. So, what you want to do is sell without selling. So, we are running ads with closer sales inside the long form ad copy while targeting a specific ICP. Because the issue with general stores, something that also a lot of people make money with and it's simple, this is also very simple, by the way, and easy, in my opinion, is that you're targeting like everybody. So, when you're going on scale besides the back end issues that you have, when you're going on actual scale, the issue that you're going to see, and I speak out of experience is that a lot of guys can easily copy-paste you. Which is annoying as fuck, you finally scale and some random dude just copy-paste you and it doesn't matter how good your pixel is or your store is, you try to DMCA them, it doesn't work. And so if you're gonna go this route, it's way harder for them to crack this and to build all of this, because normally, they can just simply, they can make a store, because with general store, they can just copy-paste your product, upload it to the store and do it, and now, they have to make a whole new ad account, a whole new store, a whole new everything, a whole different angle also, because just copy-pasting your simple angle isn't gonna work, because you're already scaling on it. So, this is why this works better, that's what I've seen from experience. So, what you want to push here for is unaware ads, okay? So, you want to make an ad where you're selling without actually selling and this has been working very well for us. And so the structure you want to have in your ad is number one, pattern interrupt opening, aka attention grabber, so an insane hook. I will show you guys example also later. Uhm, you want to position the main character, aka the audience identification. So, let's say you're selling leather shoes, let's say you're going to go for rich man that's coming from their work, they're tired, and their leather shoes are hurting. So, you're probably gonna sell leather shoes that are very comfortable. You're gonna pin the pain points in the long form ad copy, highlight the core advantage, aka reveal the differentiator, compared to the competitors. Uhm, that this one's way better and different. You're going to remove some resistance also in the long form ad copy, of obviously Claude's gonna do it, and then of course, the call to action in the end. And then you're gonna also put this ad copy here that I have here, right here, which I will also drop in the description so you guys can also use it. Uhm, that's it. And let me show you the ad copy, by the way, here, long form ad copy. The Italian cobbler in Florence looked at my shoes and said something I'll never forget. These? These are not shoes, these are coffins for your feet. I'd paid 340 for them, Cole Haan, premium leather, the salesman had promised they'd last years. Eight months later, I was standing in a workshop, it just goes all the way, okay? But, I'm not even gonna read this shit, frankly, guys, I've also never fully read a long form ad copy.
[14:16]I'm not an insane copywriter, but I'm for sure and also, honestly, I'm not even a good marketer, but I'm just a businessman and I always seem to find ways how to print, even though I'm lazy. So, I'm gonna click on Enter, and guess what? Now it's gonna cook. And what you can also do, guys, is put your, if you have your own store, you can put your own store link here, you can make it even better than this. So, Claude is now cooking, let it cook, and also, guys, while Claude is still in here cooking, I'm gonna show you guys some unaware ads. So, how you can find them in here is you go to US, technologies, Shopify, language, English, and then you want to go for images only, okay? Because that's how we can find them most easiest and last seen date last seven days, so we want to have something very recent. So, scroll down and look, and what is the typical unaware ad?
[15:17]Now, these are 100% not because these are directly selling the product and you don't even want to show the product in the ad, guys, that is the most important part about it. So, these, so this could be an example, I'm not sure if they're selling the product here.
[15:37]No, look, this is also a nice example, here, Marie Wilson, here, they have a picture of the women that looks exactly like, uhm, every summer, I look at my body in the mirror and decide I'm not going. I did this for years, the invite would come, long ass from ad copy, some result you see here, before after, probably look, it looks way better here, and then boom. The one thing missing from every cellulite routine, and they have the product name here, I wouldn't recommend that, but anyway, Nuvescalp Contour Pro. This is an unaware ad, see? So, you're selling without actually selling. That is the whole point of this, that made me also the most money here. Not an unaware ad, and the magic in here, guys, also, by the way, is you have to make your ad as ugly as possible. The uglier it is, the more you will print, trust me, this is what I've also experienced. Learn more, yeah, they're selling some supplement, and we do the same with our shit, that works amazing. So, here, long form ad copy, the orthopedic surgeon looked at my feet and said, what are you doing to yourself? I was 34 years old, my feet felt 60, she showed me the x-rays, let me guess, boom, boom, boom, boom, you have an ad. Now, then, because now you have, you do have the long form ad copy, next, what do you need? We need headline and description. Can you make me four variations for headline plus description related to this ad copy? Now, what is important for, for this, guys, is that the, the ad copy, the headline, the description, the lander, everything has to be congruent. So, the website, the storytelling, everything has to be congruent. If one even thing is missing, it's gonna fuck up everything. The reason why this works so good is that from the moment they see the ad till the moment they receive the product at home, it's all congruent. There's a founder story also behind it, so you also need insane storytelling about why you have the store. So, you're not selling a product, you're selling a story, that's what you're doing, okay? That is, this is the most important thing, here, medical authority hook, what are you doing to yourself? This is the headline. That's what orthopedic surgeon, whatever, so this is kind of long descriptions, you know? I don't know why it made so long this time. Make the description 70% shorter, please. The description is way too long, I don't know why it's so long, I want to do this, guys. You need way shorter short descriptions and again, guys, Claude is amazing, but sometimes you gotta as well put it in on check. Okay, this is good, that's what my, what are you doing to yourself? That's what orthopedic surgeon sold it at 34, turns out premium shoes were destroying my feet, then I switched. No pain for eight months. So, and why this works, guys, again, is because we combined a founder story, okay? From the ICP on the website, combined with closer sales, combined with insane, uhm, uhm, with insane long form ad copy going after ICP, this is why this works so amazing. So, you want to have this and then, can you send me four prompts for image ads that I can use for Nano Banana Pro? Enter. Right, because now we have the headline and description because the way we're testing, by the way, guys, this is the Facebook Ads part. And, guys, for your information, the way that we test, CBO, 52.77 dollars, we have one ad set, no interest targeting. And then, right, you're gonna have four creatives, but in those four creatives, you're gonna have two different long form ad copies and you're gonna as well combine the headline and description with them, and you're gonna have two different images. That's what you want to test, okay? And by the way, for your information, how we're scaling is that when we saw that we were doing over 30% in profit on the campaign, in the first day, we will just double the budget. If you want to stay safe, let it run for two days, if it's running 25 to 30% profit for two days, then double the budget. We don't do small increasements, we either scale hard or we don't scale at all, that's what we do, guys, okay? So, now you have them and now you're getting some prompts, what you want to do, make it more in detail, and, guys, the prompts, they suck, I don't know why they're so simple. So, now what I'm gonna do, I just ask it to make it more in detail.
[20:29]So, we're gonna go to Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, boom, generate. Now, we're getting the first ones in here that we can use for this angle. Random guy, looks kind of real, to be honest, but even, guys, to be honest, these pictures, they, they look okay, but they look too perfect. So, what I would do if I were you, I would keep on talking with Nano Banana Pro and make these pictures more ugly and less professional. The uglier the picture, the less professional it looks, the better it is. This is very close to what I would use for my ads, but I would try three, four more times and make it even more, uhm, make the picture more mysterious. Make the picture as well, and ask as well to Nano Banana here to, uhm, make it more shocking. That's what has helped for me a lot, to be honest, guys, I can tell you. And now, once you have that, you just go to Meta and you launch the campaign, that's pretty much it. And the beautiful thing is once you've cracked this and it's working, the offer, ads, all this combination, you just tell your VA to do all this shit for you. Make a Loom video, tell your VA how to do it. So, because it's so easy to copy-paste, you don't need to come up with crazy angles every single time. You just ask Claude, it's pretty much it, bro. And then, look, we just keep on scaling, this one ad account that we do on it. Now, this one ad account that we run on it, let's even look at today, how it's running. Here, 2.4 total, 1.6 ROAS, because we're trying some other shit. And look, we even scaled down some campaigns and we tried to scale to $100 from 50 to 100, it didn't work out. So, it's right now shit, but we just keep it running because the clicks aren't that bad, you know, the clicks are even and just for your information, we're selling the Big 5 market, guys. So, you know it, this campaign is printing for us, 675 spent today, a 2.1 ROAS on the front end, so probably like around like a 3 ROAS in total, you know, with all the upsells and email stuff, etc., all combined. So, this is another ad account that we're running some tests on right now, which is going okay. Look, this one has spent 57 dollars with three sales today, totally awesome, if you're gonna ask me. Of course, also unaware ad, 40 clicks, three sales, 4.4 ROAS, so the profit on this campaign, I don't even know, and by the way, check out the CTR, 46%, that's crazy, guys, this is, this is how we do it, we don't, we don't play around over here, bro. And yesterday, look, even this campaign yesterday, it was doing nothing, no sales, nothing. I was like, you know, this can be promising, so I'm just gonna try it again. And guess what? Today it's printing. So, for tomorrow, for sure, I'm going to up the budget, double it and then see how it goes, you know, because 50 dollars doesn't really mean so much, we just do it to quickly test how it works. And yeah, man, this whole new way of e-com that we're doing right now just works, guys, uhm, uhm, people are printing, man, look at this guy, bro, he's doing like 50k a day. February 19th, it's like, almost a month ago, a little bit longer, maybe, totally insane. And, guys, as you know, last video I said, I'm gonna make a case study right now, and document more of this shit that I'm doing right now. And show you guys, well, like, more in the day to day, how I do in terms of e-com. And for me it's the best, man, I just still till this day I just still do e-com, we print with it, we're running some other shit also like next to this store, and uh, I would love to show you guys more about it as well. And, uh, yeah, man, if you want me to continue as well, these type of real raw case study videos, comment under here, no tranches, no glory. And if you have any questions, guys, go to my IG, @Farouk, check in here. I'm happy to answer as well your questions, man, love.
