[0:00]You've been lied to about money your entire life. Not by any one person, but by an entire system of thinking. A collective consciousness that has convinced you that money comes from one source and one source only, work. Employment, labor, trading your time for currency, earning. Working for someone, having a job, and because you believe this, because this assumption runs so deep in your consciousness. You've trapped yourself in a prison you don't even recognize. You think I need a job to have money. I need employment to survive. I need to work for someone to get paid. And that thought, that single seemingly logical, completely reasonable assumption is blocking you from the unlimited abundance that consciousness can provide through infinite channels you've never even imagined. Tonight I'm going to dismantle that belief completely. Because here's the truth you need to understand. Money doesn't come from jobs. Money comes from consciousness. And consciousness has infinite ways to deliver money to you, most of which have nothing to do with employment, labor or work as you've been taught to understand it. You don't need a job to manifest money. You need a consciousness of wealth, and when you have that consciousness, when you truly occupy the state of abundance, money will find its way to you through paths you never could have predicted, orchestrated or planned. Let me show you why everything you believe about money and work is backwards and what to do instead. Let me show you the trap you're in. From childhood you were programmed with a single equation, work equal money. You must work to earn. You must labor to receive. You must trade your time, your energy, your life for currency. And this equation was presented as not just true but as the only truth. The only way money exists in reality. So you internalized it completely unconsciously. And now when you think about having money, your mind automatically instantly assumes I need to get a job. I need to work harder. I need to find employment. But here's what you don't realize. That assumption is creating your reality. Not because it's true, but because you've assumed it so deeply that it's become your law. You've made employment the bridge between you and abundance. And in doing so you've blocked every other bridge that consciousness could create. Because consciousness responds to assumption, not to logic, and you've assumed with absolute certainty that money comes through employment and only through employment. So that's all consciousness shows you. That's the only path it creates, because that's the only path you believe exists. But what if I told you that assumption is completely arbitrary, that it's just one possible channel among infinite channels, that it's a limitation you've imposed on consciousness, not a law of reality. Let me tell you something that will sound impossible if you're still trapped in the employment assumption. Money can come to you through unlimited channels. Infinite sources, countless paths that have nothing to do with working for someone else. Gifts, inheritance, discoveries, investments, opportunities that appear out of nowhere, people who want to support you for reasons you didn't orchestrate. Circumstances that align in ways you couldn't have planned, refunds, settlements, unexpected checks, found money, forgiven debts, spontaneous generosity. Resources appearing exactly when needed through channels you never would have thought to pursue. These aren't miracles. These aren't miracles, these aren't rare exceptions. These are normal operations of consciousness, creating abundance through paths other than employment. But you don't see them, you don't experience them. Why? Because you've assumed they're not how money comes. You've assumed money comes through work and only through work. And consciousness perfect, lawful, precise consciousness creates what you assume, not what's theoretically possible. So it funnels everything through the one channel you believe in employment. But the moment you release that assumption, the moment you genuinely accept that money comes from consciousness, not from jobs, every channel opens. Here's what you must understand. Money doesn't come from external sources. It comes from consciousness. Employment doesn't create money. Consciousness of abundance manifest money, sometimes through employment, sometimes through a thousand other channels. Let me make this distinction crystal clear, because it's the key to everything. When you assume I need a job to have money, you're operating from poverty consciousness disguised as practical thinking. You're saying money is scarce. It only comes through one channel. I must work to get it. Without employment I have nothing. And that consciousness, that state is what manifests more scarcity, more limitation, more dependence on the one channel you believe in. But when you shift to wealth consciousness, when you genuinely assume I am abundant, money flows to me easily through countless channels, everything changes. You're not saying you won't work, you're not saying you won't have employment if that's what feels natural. You're saying money comes to me because I am in the consciousness of wealth. And consciousness will deliver it through whatever channel is most effortless, most natural, most perfect, whether that's employment or something I haven't even imagined yet. This is freedom, this is true abundance. This is how consciousness actually operates when you remove the limitations. Let me give you a specific example that will make this undeniable. A man came to me in a state of desperation. He had lost his job. His savings were depleting. He was sending out dozens of applications every day. Interviewing, hustling, trying desperately to find employment, and nothing was working. The more he searched, the more desperate he became. The more desperate he became, the more he was operating from lack. And the more he operated from lack, the more lack manifested. He came to me and said I need a job. I need income. I don't know what to do. And I told him something that shocked him. Stop looking for a job. He stared at me like I lost my mind. But I need money. How will I survive without a job? You need money, I said. You don't need a job. Those are not the same thing. I explained what I'm explaining to you now. Money comes from consciousness, not from employment. And as long as he was desperately seeking employment from a state of lack, he was blocking every other channel through which money could reach him. So what do I do? he asked. Assume you are abundant, I told him. Assume money flows to you easily. Assume you are provided for. Occupy that state and stop limiting consciousness to one channel. He struggled with this. His rational mind screamed that it was irresponsible, foolish, unrealistic, but he was desperate enough to try. So he stopped searching for jobs, not from giving up, but from releasing the assumption that employment was the only channel. He spent his days assuming abundance, feeling wealthy. Occupying the state of being provided for. And something remarkable happened. Within two weeks, without applying to a single job, money began appearing. A friend offered him a consulting opportunity he never would have pursued while desperately seeking employment. A hobby he'd abandoned became an unexpected income source. A relative offered support he hadn't asked for. An old investment he'd forgotten about matured. Money appeared through five different channels. None of them employment in the traditional sense, and within two months he had more income than his previous job provided with more freedom, more flexibility, more joy, not because he worked harder. Not because he got lucky, but because he released the assumption that money only comes through jobs, and consciousness showed him every other channel that was always available, but blocked by his limited thinking. Here's what's so insidious about the employment assumption. It's self-fulfilling. When you assume you need a job to have money, consciousness creates a reality where you need a job to have money, not because it's true. But because assumption creates facts. You create financial situations where employment becomes necessary, where money only shows up through paychecks, where every other channel mysteriously dries up. And then you look at that reality and think, see, I do need a job. Money only comes through employment. But you're not seeing objective reality. You're seeing the reality your assumption created. Someone else with a different assumption lives in a completely different financial reality, where money flows through countless channels that have nothing to do with traditional employment. Same universe, same laws, different assumptions, completely different experiences of how money operates. Now, let me be very clear about what I'm saying and what I'm not saying. I'm not saying employment is wrong. I'm not saying you shouldn't have a job. I'm not saying traditional work is a mistake. I'm saying employment is one channel, not the only channel. And when you assume it's the only channel, you trap yourself in limitation. But when you recognize it as one option among infinite options, when you assume abundance flows to you through whatever channel consciousness chooses, you become free. Free to work if you choose. Free to not work if that's what unfolds. Free to receive through employment or through any of the countless other channels consciousness can create. The key is the assumption. The consciousness, the state you occupy. If you occupy poverty consciousness, even employment won't save you. You'll work and work and never have enough, because you're manifesting from lack. But if you occupy wealth consciousness, money will flow whether you're employed or not. Through employment, if that's the natural channel, through other means if that's what consciousness orchestrates. Your state determines your experience, not your actions, not your employment status. Your state. So what does wealth consciousness actually look like? How do you occupy the state of abundance without employment as your security? First, you must genuinely recognize that money comes from consciousness, not from jobs. This isn't just intellectual understanding. This is deep embodied knowing. Money is an effect, consciousness is the cause. Employment is sometimes a channel, but it's not the source. Consciousness is always the source. Second, you must assume you are abundant regardless of your employment status. Not I'll be abundant when I get a job. Not I'm abundant because I'm employed. I am abundant. Money flows to me naturally. I am always provided for. This assumption has nothing to do with whether you work or don't work. It's about the state you occupy. Third, you must release the need to see the how. When you assume abundance, consciousness will create channels. But you won't always see them in advance. You won't always know how money will appear. Your job is to occupy the state. Consciousness's job is to create the channels. Trust that, rest in that. Stop trying to figure out how money will come and just know that it will come, because you are in the consciousness of wealth. Fourth, you must remove mental limitations on how money can reach you. Every time you think money only comes through employment, you're blocking other channels. Every time you think I need to work to survive, you're creating that as your reality. Instead, think money flows to me through infinite channels. I am provided for in ways I cannot predict. Abundance is my natural state. Open every channel in consciousness, not just the employment channel. Now some of you are thinking, but I have bills. I have responsibilities. I can't just stop working and hope money appears. And I'm not telling you to quit your job tomorrow in some reckless act of faith. I'm telling you to change your consciousness while you're still employed. And watch how your financial reality transforms. Continue working if you're working, but change the state you're working from. Stop working from I need this job to survive. Start working from I am abundant, and this is one channel through which abundance flows. Stop desperately clinging to employment as your only source. Start recognizing it as one expression of your wealthy consciousness. And as your consciousness shifts, watch what happens. Maybe your job becomes more lucrative. Maybe opportunities appear. Maybe side income develops. Maybe unexpected money comes from sources that have nothing to do with your employment. Or maybe, maybe you naturally transition out of employment into something more aligned, more free, more abundant. Not because you forced it, but because your consciousness of wealth created channels that didn't require traditional employment. Here's what I want you to really understand. You've been taught that financial security comes from employment, from having a stable job, from consistent paychecks. But that's not security, that's dependence. True security comes from consciousness. From occupying the state of abundance so completely that money flows regardless of your employment status. This is freedom, not the freedom to be lazy, not the freedom to avoid contribution. The freedom to exist in abundance without being controlled by the need for employment. The freedom to work if you choose because it's fulfilling, not because you're desperate. The freedom to say no to opportunities that don't align because you know abundance doesn't depend on any single channel. The freedom to trust that consciousness will provide through whatever means are most perfect, employment or otherwise. This is how the truly abundant live, not by working harder than everyone else, but by occupying a consciousness of wealth so complete that money finds them through countless channels most people never even notice. Let me give you another example that will crystallize this. I've known people with no traditional employment who live in greater abundance than people working 80-hour weeks. Not because they're lucky. Not because they inherited wealth, because they occupy a consciousness of abundance that has nothing to do with employment. They assume they are wealthy. They assume they are provided for. They assume money flows to them easily, and consciousness responding to that assumption creates channels, investments, passive income, opportunities, gifts, support, resources appearing exactly when needed. They're not desperately seeking work. They're not anxiously checking job boards. They're not trading time for money. They're simply being in the state of abundance, and abundance manifests. Meanwhile, someone else works constantly, desperately, exhaustively, and never has enough, not because they're not working hard enough, but because they're working from poverty consciousness, and poverty consciousness creates poverty, regardless of how much you work. Employment doesn't create abundance. Consciousness creates abundance, and consciousness operates whether you're employed or not. Starting tonight, I want you to completely reverse your thinking about money and employment. Stop assuming I need a job to have money, and start assuming I am abundant. Money flows to me through countless channels, employment being one option among infinite possibilities. Stop assuming without work I have nothing, and start assuming my wealth comes from consciousness, not from labor. I am provided for regardless of employment status. Stop assuming I must work to survive, and start assuming I am naturally abundant. Money finds me effortlessly through whatever channels consciousness creates. This is not irresponsible thinking. This is recognizing how consciousness actually operates. This is not avoiding work. This is removing the limitation that employment is the only channel for abundance. This is not recklessness, this is freedom. You don't need a job to manifest money. You need a consciousness of wealth, and when you have that consciousness, when you truly occupy the state of abundance, money will come. Through employment, if that's the natural channel, through countless other means, if consciousness orchestrates those paths, but it will come. Because consciousness always manifests the state you occupy. Stop making employment your God. Stop making a job your source. Stop making work your security. Make consciousness your source. Make your state your security. Make your assumption of abundance your foundation. And then watch with wonder as money flows to you through channels you never could have imagined when you were trapped in the employment assumption. You are not limited by job markets. You are not limited by economy. You are not limited by employment opportunities. You are only limited by your assumptions about how money can reach you. Remove the limitation. Open every channel. Occupy the state of wealth. And let consciousness show you just how abundant you've always been with or without a job. Thank you, and good evening. This is Best of Lectures.
