Copy one of our winning campaigns with our best follow-up and create a campaign that goes out to dentists. You really can't do anything yourself anymore, can you? But all right, on it. The cold email campaign is now created, five email domains. You are lucky you have me. I'll go back to bed. All right, Claude, you've had a couple of hours. How's the campaign looking? While you have been snoozing I have sent 962 emails. We have 45 replies and 6 interested. I got bored so I also checked your search history and found something very interesting. You already know that Claude can build a bunch of cool stuff. But did you also know that Claude can book you meetings and get you clients and actually help you sell the stuff that you built? Just look at this campaign. We are 60% through. We have sent to 278 leads. And from that, we have six interested leads. That is six companies that are interested in a conversation with us. And Claude can fully autonomously set up campaigns like this for us. Update and improve our copy and start campaigns. It is insane, but only if you know how to use it the right way. In this video, I'll show you how to connect Claude with instantly.ai, which is the platform that we're using for cold emailing right here. I'll show you how to get inboxes so you're ready to send and how to get Claude to create your campaigns for you. It's going to be an insane one. After watching this video, you'll never look at AI and cold email the same. First thing you want to do is that you want to create an Instantly account if you don't have one already. Then go bottom left corner and go to settings and then head under integrations. Here we have a bunch of stuff that we can integrate with, but we are interested in getting an API key so we can integrate into Instantly. We do that by clicking on API keys right here and creating a new API key. I'm going to call this MCP. And then choose the scope, which is going to be all. I want to give it access to absolutely everything. Now we can click create. And here we get an API key that we need to use for the MCP, so I'm going to copy this one. The next thing we need to do is that we need to head under Claude. I'll recommend that you use the Claude desktop app, because that makes it a little easier to use. Go in the bottom left corner right here, click on settings, and then head under connectors and click Add custom connector. I'm going to call this one Instantly. And here you can see we need a remote MCP server URL. I have made a docs right here that includes the right link. You can also find it right below this video. But you want to copy this one and then paste it inside of here. And then where it says your API key, delete that. And copy the API key that we got from Instantly and paste that in like this. Now click Add. And then you can see we have the Instantly MCP connected. If we go back and just create a new session and ask, do you have access to the Instantly MCP? You can see it says yes, I have an Instantly MCP connected. The available tools include things like list campaigns, create campaign, list leads, create lead, list accounts, reply to email, get campaign analytics, and several others for managing accounts, leads, lead lists, campaigns, and emails. Congratulations, you have now connected Claude with Instantly. Before you start sending, you need some email accounts. The way you get those is that you head back under Instantly, then you go under email accounts, and then you click Add new. And here you can either connect with an existing account. So if you have inboxes set up with Gmail or Outlook, then you can port those in. Or you can use pre-warmed accounts. I'll definitely recommend that you use the pre-warmed accounts. That is what we have done for this campaign. I bought five emails. And these come pre-warmed, which means that Instantly warms up the email accounts for us, which improves deliverability. Otherwise, you would have to warm your accounts yourself, which takes a whole month. This literally only took me 15 minutes to get these accounts. After you have your warmed up email accounts, now we can ask Claude to build out a campaign. So I'm going to write, I want to build a new campaign reaching out to chiropractors. Please build out the entire campaign for me with all follow-ups that ensures high reply rate.

[4:01]Claude can basically now do everything we can inside of Instantly. And because Claude is really good at copywriting, it can set up the campaign for us without us having really to do anything. And you can even see that it's using the copywriting skill. Now it's asking some follow-up questions. What are you selling chiropractors? AI automation services. What's the specific outcome? More time for patients. Any proof? Yes, a clinic we worked with cut down from three receptionists to one. The sender name and company is Albert from Shiney. Which connected sending accounts? I want to use all of them. The CTA should be I already built them a free demo. Do they want to see it? And then for the list, I'm going to wait with that a bit. And for the volume, I'm going to say 100 emails a day. Hit enter, hit enter, and now Claude is going to build out the cold email campaign for us. There we go. Now you can see the campaign has been built. You can see the copy that it has made right here. I really like the copy, this is really good. If I want to see what a campaign has built, I can then go to campaigns, I can go inside of chiropractors. And inside of sequences, I can now see all of the steps in the cold email campaign that it has created. And this copy is honestly really good. Now you need some leads. The fastest way to get leads is to use super search inside of Instantly. We have 1,100 credits inside of here. This is what you can do inside of here, is that you narrow your search, the location is United Kingdom. I want to find dentists. I want to find companies that have, let's say, 1 to 10 employees. There's a bunch of stuff that I can do to narrow my search, like choosing industry keywords, choosing employees. We can find a bunch of contacts inside of Instantly's own super search. You will have limited amount of credits though. So if you're trying to send a lot of volume, I'll recommend using something like Apify. Inside of here, you can scrape Google Maps, you can scrape Apollo. You can scrape larger lead databases. That's going to get you a higher volume of leads. Something that we have used in the past as well is called trusted leads. Inside of here, you can basically get per lead for 0.005 per lead, which is verified B2B leads. Which means if you want 10,000 leads, you can purchase it for 50 bucks. That is probably the fastest way to get leads. So here you have three options. Either Instantly's own, that's a little more expensive. Apify is probably the cheapest, but it also takes some time to set up. And trusted leads is the fastest and still very cheap. When you have a list, then you can click Find their emails. And here you go. You can see we can find emails of some of them. You'll probably need more for a campaign. I'll recommend running with something like 100 a day to start out. When you have your leads, then you can go inside of your campaign, go inside of the leads tab, click Add leads, and then choose either uploading leads through a CSV file. You would do this if you have them from Apify or trusted leads. I got a couple of leads from super search, so I'm going to click here. Then I'm going to choose lead list. I'm going to select them all, click move, and then choose the campaign that we just created, click confirm. And now you can see leads are being copied to the campaign. And inside of our campaign tab, you can now see we have all our leads that we can send campaigns to. Right now, we only have 10 leads inside of this campaign. I'll recommend getting at least 500, like we have in the other campaign. Good, even if you wanted to get Claude to build out and go out and find leads for you and add it to your campaign, because Claude can do that as well through the MCP. Great, when you have email campaigns and you have leads and you have set up your campaign, it's time to start it. So I can now tell Claude to start the campaign. And there we go. Through the MCP, we now started it. I can see there's a cap on the MCP, which is a daily limit of 50 emails. So we would need to bump this ourselves if we wanted to. But there we go. This campaign is now on. You can see it says pause campaign right here, which means it's on. Status active, so it is sending. I hope you start to see the power of being able to manage Instantly directly from your Claude. A couple of tips before you start sending a bunch of cold emails. I see a bunch of people that are speaking a unique language. They are from a cool country that is also a good market. And then they still go after the US or UK market. If you speak a language that not that many speak, maybe like 10 million people, then I recommend that you send cold emails in that language. You're going to get a much higher reply rate, a much higher interest rate, because way fewer people are sending cold emails to those countries. Don't get me wrong, it will still work in the US and Canada, but you need a much better offer and you can probably expect a reply rate of around half a percent. Where if you're sending to smaller countries with a unique language, your reply rate will probably be around 5 to 10%. We built out this previous campaign just to prove that it's possible. We are only 60% through and we have a 5.1% reply rate. And six people that are genuinely interested. The offer I recommend that you go with is that you already build a demo of whatever you're selling to the company. What you then do is that you prepare some generic demo where you can just go in and customize it a little bit. And then you basically use it as an excuse to get them on a call to show them this demo that you have spent time on. This will increase show up rate and it will make it easier for you to turn these interested leads into booked calls. When someone responds to your cold email, you want to respond instantly. The faster the better, because that's the window where they are interested. So now it's up to you to go out, set up your own cold email campaigns with Claude, and go out and land some clients, because you can sit in Claude code all day building out crazy stuff, but if you can never actually sell it and monetize it, then you just wasting tokens.
