[0:00]If you want to make a Claude code powered Agtic OS like this, here's how you can do it yourself in three steps. First, you need to figure out what do you want this Agnic OS to actually do, because the way it's going to work is there's going to be you and Claude Code up here. And then it needs to figure out all the different tasks it needs to manage, and then take those tasks and break them up into individual skills. Now, this kind looks like an org chart on purpose because how you or your business run things should be broken up into different sections and different umbrellas. And under each umbrella, for example, this one with research, we can break down research into different sort of things, whether that's searching on YouTube, or doing deep research, or taking a look at rag, or firecrawl, Notebook LM. Point being, you need to figure out what this looks like for you and your business. Easiest way to do this, go on to Claude Code, open up your microphone and give it a stream of consciousness explaining what you and your business actually do on a day-to-day. Those specific workflows can then get broken down into individual skills, and eventually those skills, once broken out, can be turned into automations at large. This is essentially the backbone of what's going to be running with your agenc OS. From there, we want to give it a nice visual wrapper like you see here, and it's going to have two parts. First, we're going to have all of the skills listed. That's what you see right here. We've turned those skills and those automations into simple buttons that anyone on your team, whether they're technical or not, can operate. Part three is observability. All these cool graphics and gauges, none of it actually matters if it doesn't reflect what you are trying to keep an eye on. Right here it shows usage, and I also have stuff related to what automations are firing and how many routines I've run each day. But it's going to be different for you and your team. Whatever you want to be shown here, you just need to tell Claude Code to show it. And in essence, customize this to your exact specifications. If you're able to do all that, you're pretty much 90% of the way there for creating your own Claude Code Agic OS. Now, if you want to get your hands on this exact one, I have all this inside of my community. There's a link to that in my profile.
