While the potatoes are boiling, I'll chop the onions into small cubes like this. You can add more of what you like here; for example, if you like more onions, you can add more, or if you like more potatoes, you can add more.

After 10 minutes, I'll take them out with a strainer and rinse them with cold water. Then, I'll chop the potatoes into small cubes, similar to how I chopped the onions. After chopping them, I'll rinse them lightly with cold water to make them a little firm. Then, I'll drain the water from the potatoes. Okay, once the potatoes are ready, we'll start frying them. First, add a little oil to the pot. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped onions and fry them until they become fragrant. First, I'll peel off about two sheets. Then, I'll cut it into three portions for samosas.
[3:36]You can get three samosas from one sheet. I want the wrapper to be a little thick, so I'm using two layers. Then, I'll fold it into a triangular shape and put the filling inside. You don't need to add too much filling. After adding the filling, fold it back up like this. After folding, I'll trim the excess a little. Then, I'll use the egg white. After applying the egg white, fold it inside like this. Then, seal it with the egg white again. Now, our samosa is ready.

Here, one thing to note is not to fry on high heat. If the heat is too high, the samosa wrapper will burn quickly. Therefore, fry them on low to medium heat until one side turns golden brown.
