One of my favorite scenes is actually the first time that your characters meet. And so I was wondering like what were your first impressions of each other because you haven't worked together before. No, I remember so well. I was doing some chemistry reads for for actors playing Nick. And that was the first that came in. And you came in just a ball of nervous energy and it made me feel so much better because you walked in and like gave everyone like a nervous hug and like, hey everybody. Like really happy. when I turned to you and I was like, God, this is terrifying. And you were like, it's fine. Yeah, we had a debate about this. Because I said, I said, I said. I was like, no, we're fine in a way of like, it's fine, we'll be okay. Like I'm nervous too. And he thought that I was just being like, I'm fine. I thought, wow, she knows what she's doing. I'm the only one. Little did I know, she was just as nervous. I was just really trying to comfort him and. But very quickly we realized we're very similar people and our brains just like molded to one. No, I love that. I mean, did you not just see me walk in here and blank? No, don't worry. We're matching your energy, we are matching your energy completely. Great. Because my next question's kind of rogue. Okay. Hit it. I love the like whole premise of forbidden romance and like crushes and in the past, I've had like crushes on random film characters that you're not really meant to have crushes on. Like Simba from the Lion King or whatever. So I was wondering for you guys, has there been any onscreen characters that you've had a crush on and you're just like, maybe I shouldn't, but Oh my God. This is so hard. I feel like I've so thought about this before and now everything's left my brain. Immediately I go to Ratatouille. And I'm like, why do I go to Ratatouille? And then I think about the characters and I'm kind of confused. Rat. Not the rat. The chef. Maybe the chef. I don't really know. I don't know.

There was a scene in the such made me laugh where you guys are like burning t-shirts of like film references and stuff. And I don't know, it kind of unlocked an ick for me. Like I didn't realize that was an ick. No, I'm not a massive fan of dressing gowns. Oh. I've got to say. Like love a bathrobe but like, but like a fluffy like a fluffy. And like no trousers. Crazy. Crazy for some trousers on. Yeah, but like they're so long. Like I'm really, I'm really happy that you're comfortable, but I'm slightly uncomfortable. Crazy. I don't like it when people talk to wait staff without looking at them. Yes, yes. Yes, yes. That's so good. I really take. I know a person who looks at me while they order. And I'm like, why are you looking at me? If people like, I give, I think I give people way too much eye contact. And so I purposely try to look at the floor. But then I'm like, I should look at people. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's horrible. We have the same brain. I know, I feel really seen. I didn't expect this. Then you get the thing where you're like, I've been looking at your right eye for too long. No, genuinely. I'm just like, I should switch. you ever get it where you look at their mouth and you're like, wait, I don't want you to think I want to kiss you. You're constantly doing the triangle for everyone.
[3:39]What the hell are you doing to me? If you're in the car and you had to pick a song to blast with the windows down, what would it be? I think it's got to be a Noah Kahan song for me. Personally. Mine might be Mount Joy. Oh, yeah, that's true. Yeah, that's a, that's a yeah, that's so good. We had a we had a playlist on the film. We joint playlist cause we're both just have to say music. That was one of the first things we did, isn't it? We found out we had the same music taste. And we were like, right, joint playlist. So just all songs. And it was all those types of songs. And you introduced me to Noah Khan. That's a really good artist to introduce someone to. Yes. And I was like, perfect timing. And then we just listen to that the whole shoot. We did. Kind of not. Noah Khan is like really not Nick. Not Nick at all. No, but then, but, I mean, his name is Noah, which is helpful for me. Um, but. Didn't think like that. Yeah, right.
