[0:01]For the next few seconds. Try to predict your next thought. Try to predict what your thought will be before it appears in your mind. Try it. Don't think about what the next thought will be. Try to predict it before it appears. Just do it.

[0:55]How did that feel? What did it feel like to have no thoughts in your mind for maybe the first time since you became aware? How could you be the thoughts, the ego, the thinker? If you still existed when there were no thoughts in your mind. Wake up. Realize that you are not the thoughts. You are this pure knowing, this awareness that exists always. That's ego death. If you didn't feel it, or you want it to be even more intense, it's so simple. You just need to realize that you are not the thoughts appearing in your mind. Notice how you can hear them. That's it. When you tried to predict your next thought, you realized you couldn't, or you realized the thoughts were appearing uncontrollably in your mind. But more importantly, when thoughts show up, can't you hear them? Can't you hear the thoughts appearing in your mind? Doesn't that mean you are not them? When you stop believing that you're the thoughts, when you realize you simply exist always, when you realize you are what knows, the feeling of your hand brushing on your skin, the feeling of your jacket on your body. You're aware of the sound of my voice coming through your screen. Ego death is realizing that you are not someone. There is no one in your mind making decisions, choosing thoughts. That's someone you've been raised to believe you are is just another thought. The person you believe you are is just a bundle of thoughts. Bringing the past into the future, you are someone who two minutes ago chose to click on this YouTube video and will watch the next five minutes. That's the ego, this sense of identity of being someone who experienced yesterday and will experience tomorrow. Time, you only exist so long as you believe that you're the thoughts. When there are no thoughts in your mind, like you just experienced when you tried to predict the next one, what remains? That which remains is the real you. It always has been. We've just been fooled by thoughts into believing we're them. Notice how right now. Notice how when thoughts appear in your mind, there's this feeling of being the one creating them. Of being the thinker. That feeling appears after every thought. That person, that feeling of being the thinker is not there until the thoughts appear. Notice it. Start thinking about a bunch of random stuff in your mind right now. Think about what you ate today and notice that feeling of being the one creating the thoughts right now.

[4:54]How do you know that feeling is there? Aren't you aware of the feeling of being the thinker? Of being the one creating thoughts. If you're aware of the feeling of the ego itself, you just saw the ego appear and disappear with every thought, right? Doesn't that mean you're the awareness of the ego? That's ego death. You realize the ego is still there, but it's seen by you. You're the awareness, the thing that hears, that knows, that feels the sense of being the thinker. That's the freedom. I mentioned earlier that I would give you a practice, something to do all the time. to solidify this knowing, because right now while you're watching this video, it's easy to feel this state of no self, right? Oh, I hope it is. But when you close this video, you're going to get attracted by TikTok, another YouTube video. You know, hopefully you watch one of mine, you know, I hope it helps. But even then, you're still dragged into this cycle of doing, thinking, planning, creating, instead. Do whatever you want to do. Watch the next YouTube video. But while you're watching it, ask yourself randomly, what's aware of this video being played? Use that question, what's aware of this thought? What's aware of the sound of my voice coming through the screen? Use that simple thought as a reminder, a wake-up call from this illusion that we get pulled back into. Every time you ask that question, use that. Don't start thinking. When you ask, okay, what's aware of this thought, don't say I'm aware, I'm listening, I'm the awareness. That's just more thoughts. Notice how you see the thoughts appearing. You hear them appear in your mind. Notice how you feel the skin on your hand. Notice how you feel your thighs start to lock up because you're sitting cross-legged for so long. That question, what's aware of this, does not need a response. It needs to be felt. It breaks you free from this chain of endless thinking. The ego is thoughts. That's it. The ego is the sense of someone that's created by thoughts. You felt it earlier, right? You saw how every time a thought appeared, the feeling of being the thinker came along with it. That's the ego. The ego is not this solid entity that exists anywhere. It's an idea being created in every single moment. The ego is created now, now, now. The feeling of being someone is appearing now. With every thought, right now. Look for it right now. Don't remember the past ego, the future ego. Look for it right now. Notice that feeling of being someone. Notice how you're aware of the feeling of being someone. That's all. You don't have to destroy the ego. Ego death isn't destroying it. Ego death is realizing you can see the ego, therefore you are not it. Everything appears within this awareness, this knowing. That is freedom. That is ego death. I wrote a 70-page guide. It's in the description. It goes into way more detail on all of this stuff. It's the best way I can help you guys genuinely live this truth. It's just a long reminder of the same thing set in a bunch of different ways. I love you.
