[0:00]How can you take yourself to that state of becoming awestruck and the only word left coming out of your tongue is vah. Something happened at work, Vaheguru, wow, what a play! The manager fights the boss and the CEO says something with the SEFO and then you get an email from corporate saying something. Vaheguru, it's your play at work. Something happens in your family. Wow, Vaheguru ji, you've created such creatures! The massi fights the chachi and the Chachi fights the Chacha and then something else goes around and then somebody leaves the WhatsApp group and creates havoc amongst all the other rishtedar. How can you look at that and say Mahraj, this is your play at work? How can you look at the environment and the sangat that you are within and say Mahraj, I am awestruck by this. Then and only then, can you begin to separate yourself from the world that you live in, from yourself, your own mind and look at your thoughts and say, hey my mind, what are you doing? All of Gurbani is written from that perspective. It's saying, 'O my man, sing God's praises!' Oh my mind, why are you lazy? Oh my mind, why do you look at somebody else's wealth? Oh my mind, you are now intoxicated, you have no words left. because through your mind, your mind is leading you. But when you're able to separate yourself and become the observer and look upon your life, look upon your mind, then you're able to tame it.
