[0:53]First of all, I would like to invite you all to thank to Allah the Almighty who has given us mercy and blessing.

[1:07]Secondly, let's deliver selawat and salam to our greatest Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam.
[1:16]who has brought us from the darkness to the brightness, namely Islamic religion.
[1:24]Ladies and gentlemen, In this occasion, I would like to deliver a speech about the cultural diversity is the strength of Indonesian nation.
[1:37]As we know, Indonesia consists of many islands and regions from Sabang to Merauke.
[1:46]It makes Indonesia has many various types. So, Indonesia has many different cultures, customs, religion, and regional wise.
[1:58]As a good citizen who loved our country, it has been a mask to protect all we have in this beautiful country.
[2:08]And as a young generation, we should love our culture and preserve our value.
[2:13]Why must we do that?
[2:16]Why must we do that? Yeah, unity, a simple word but has deep meaning.
[2:25]We need big effort to be able to realize that word. Not all country which has cultural diversity can keep their unity.
[2:34]Sometimes, they divorce and fight each other's, claim their own culture is the best, their own tribes is the strongest, their own religion is true and so on.
[2:46]It describes that the difference among them is as a monster which can destroy a country. Nauzubillah min.
[2:57]Ladies and gentlemen, the different itself actually can be something beautiful.
[3:04]It is like rainbow in the sky. Beautiful because of many colors of it.
[3:10]Can you imagine if rainbow is consist of just one color? Will it be beautiful?
[3:18]Exactly. It will not as beautiful as colorful rainbow.
[3:23]It is same as the cultural diversity in our country. It should be a beautiful in Indonesia which other countries don't have.
[3:32]We must be proud that Indonesia has many cultural wealth.
[3:38]By this cultural diversity, we can learn many culture from other region. It makes us stronger to keep our unity in Indonesia.
[3:45]In the Holy Quran, Allah said in the Surah Al-Imran, first 103.
[3:53]Auzubillahiminasyaitanirrajim. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.

[4:15]Which means, hold fast together to the cable of Allah and be not divided.
[4:23]Ladies and gentlemen, from the verse above, Allah clearly command us to keep our unity through knowing each others.
[4:33]By keeping the unity, it proves that the cultural diversity is the strength of Indonesia.
[4:39]Our country can be an example for all countries around the world that the cultural diversity is not a destroyer.
[4:48]It is beautiful strength resource instead. Then, how to make our cultural diversity as our strength?
[4:58]Well, the first, we must be proud becoming Indonesian people that has many various tribes and cultures.
[5:05]It can be done by accepting all diversity we have. The second, we have to give harmony by having tolerance each others.
[5:14]And the third, let's respect the diversity among us by not mocking or insulting other culture.
[5:21]By those ways, I'm sure, we can make our culture is as baldatun warabun gafur.
