[0:12]Yeah, so, uh, I think this is the third or fourth CCW we've done here in Amsterdam. Uh we always come back because we just love being part of the CCW community and as always, it's that's the thing that really stands out. It's the sort of event where you can really get to know people. There's a little bit of overlap from previous years so it's great to catch up with others, but yeah. It's the perfect way of getting to meet all of the decision makers and and helping them advance all of their projects and just getting to know them over the course of a few days.

[0:41]So, this community actually genuinely wants to help one another. So it's almost like being part of this informal advisory board. So you can see that from all of the customer speakers that stand up on the stage. They're not there just to blow their own trumpet, they're to actually to share their learnings, admit their mistakes and you know, really just help advance what's going on and it really feels that everybody's gathered here together to really improve customer service generically for for all consumers, not just to further their own purposes within their own organization. Yeah, Well, you know, obviously relationships are formed through personal interaction and yes, you can't do this over a team score. You know, you have to spend time with them. You can you meet them multiple times over the course of the two days, you'll have a beer with them and they'll think, oh, yes, I meant to ask you this question. They wouldn't give you a call back normally. So, yeah, it's really important to have these multiple touch points across the days and really get to know people. Yeah, I mean there are loads of events in this space. Of course, there's loads of new events in the AI space as well that we go to, but uh, no, this one is very easy for us to justify because it's such a high quality audience. You know, everybody you meet here are decision makers that are looking for solutions to problems, looking for advice from each other and looking for advice from the vendors. So it's, it's very much a trusted relationship rather than just a trade show.
