[0:00]So one way that you can approach this problem is to ask yourself, what is the best version of myself like right now in this moment? What is the best version of me, how do they show up? And the reason I say in this moment, because it's going to change. Like, your best version of yourself when you're going to a social event is going to be different than your best version of yourself when you're going to work. And it's also going to be different than your best version of yourself if you're going to be in an intimate situation or with a partner. So when you ask yourself that question, what you want to do is you want to get yourself into a little bit of a meditative state and just ask yourself that question, what is the best version of me? And just feel it, like, how does that person feel? How do they show up? What's their energy? And once you get that feeling, then what I want you to do is I want you to remember that feeling. I want you to bring it to your awareness and I want you to remember that and then I want you to go into whatever situation it is. So if you're going to a social event and you feel like you don't really show up very well at social events, then I want you to just get into that feeling of what is the best version of me at a social event, how do they show up? And then when you go to that event, I want you to be that person. Like, I want you to embody that person and I want you to really just allow yourself to be that person, because that's who you are. Like, this isn't somebody that you're making up. This is somebody that's actually inside of you. This is who you are at your core. Like, that's who you're meant to be, that's who you actually are. That's who you are at your highest self. So I want you to remember that. And once you do that, once you really embody that, what you're going to find is that you're going to start to show up differently. You're going to start to show up as that person that you are, that best version of you. And you're going to start to show up in a way that's going to allow you to attract the things that you want in your life. So I want you to really remember this. I want you to take this to heart and I want you to really start to implement this in your life. And if you do this, you're going to find that your life is going to change dramatically.
