[0:00]Hello, this is Mr. Stoler and this is a short video on how to access and set up your student email for your class. And the benefits for this is that it'll let you communicate with me more efficiently. It'll also let you get reminders about homework and tests, and also allow you to communicate with your classmates about homework or projects or any questions about the class. So to begin, you should open up your web browser, which could be Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari. And once you open up your web browser, you should go into the address bar and type in www.bakersfieldcollege.edu. Once you type that in, it should take you to the Bakersfield College homepage. And once you're there, you should find the at BC email icon, which is right here, and then you'll click that. Once you click that, it'll take you to the Microsoft Outlook Web app sign-in page, which is for your student email. So once you're there, you'll need to know your BC student email and your password. And if you don't know this, you can look it up at the Bakersfield College homepage under student email help. Once you find that, you'll type in your student email, and then you'll type in your password, and then you'll click Sign In. Once you click Sign In, it should take you to your student email inbox, and once you're there, you'll be able to send and receive emails.
