[0:00]What's the name today? You'll see. Turn up the volume. Shh. Do you know these TV contests? You can win $10,000. Just answer the following question. People sleep on the fridge or the bed. To participate SMS in your dreams to the following numbers. You know all these contests are another type of gambling. Why would anyone give $10,000 for such a simple question? People don't do that. Sure they're getting millions of dollars in return. How did I know? Because this is how people deal with each other. Wage is based on the value of work and no one gives anything for free without advantage. Now let's see how Allah, the most appreciative, deals with us. First of all, Allah gets no benefits whatsoever from anyone. Secondly, Allah is the provider of all our blessings. Then we worship Allah using these blessings that Allah gave us in the first place, and Allah rewards us for worshipping no matter how little. To simplify the idea, imagine someone giving you a gift for no reason and you say thank you. So he gave you another gift for saying thank you. Of course, Allah is above all comparison, but that's how Allah deals with us. He will give them their full reward and increase them out of his grace and bounty. Verily, He is the Forgiver Most Appreciative. The Most Appreciative is the one who accepts the little deeds and rewards the most. Can you believe that for two words only? Subhan Allah, glory be to Allah. Allah rewards you with a palm in heaven. If you give $1 for good, Allah multiplies it to 700 times and more. Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, told us about a man who saw a thirsty dog. So he filled his shoe with water from the well for the dog to drink. And Allah thanked him, forgave him, and rewarded him with heaven. Why? For what? He gave the dog some water. Allah, the most appreciative, gives unlimited bounties and rewards. And if you're clever enough, you will always choose to take your wage from the most appreciative. What will you choose if you have the option to work for two people? One with a small business, other is rich with big business. I would work for the rich guy. I will get paid more because everyone gives according to his wealth and power. You know like that time with Oprah. You get a car, you get a car. Everybody gets a car. And Allah rewards us according to his unlimited power and unlimited generosity. So try to imagine how heaven looks like. I have prepared for my righteous worshippers, what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human heart has ever conceived. Every move you make for Allah, every gaze you hold, every nice word, Allah accepts it, appreciates it, and multiplies it. Listen to this beautiful Hadith. I am just as my worshipper thinks I am. I am with him if he mentions me. If he mentions me in himself, I too mention him in myself. And if he mentions me in a group of people, I mention him in a group that is better than they. And if he comes one span nearer to me, I go one cubit nearer to him. And if he comes one cubit nearer to me, I go a forearm's length nearer to him. And if he walks towards me, I rush towards him. Allah doesn't only give tangible rewards. Allah appreciates our good deeds in front of the angels. You can end up being famous in the heavens. And if you increased your good deeds, Allah loves you and makes all the angels and all people love you. And since Allah is the most appreciative, he likes people to be appreciative themselves. But you know what the problem is, how can we be thankful for what we don't know? Let's say your friend came to visit, he brought a cake. Your child welcomed him and took the cake straight to his room without telling anyone. How would you thank your friend for the cake? You didn't see it, and you won't, right? However, since we will never know every blessing from Allah, we would never be able to thank Allah properly. If you count Allah's blessings and bounty, you will never be able to number them. But Allah said, Give thanks, oh family of Daoud. So how can we put this verse into action? There are three stages for being thankful to Allah. First, you need to refer every blessing to Allah. Never say I did this, I did that, I am smart, I am a hero. Allah is the one who give you, Allah is the one who made you capable. Second stage is thanking Allah verbally. Prophet Muhammad taught us a prayer to say in the morning and evening. Oh, Allah, whatever blessing has come to me, or to anyone of your creation, is from you alone, you have no partner. All praise is for you, and all thank is to you. Third stage, by using these blessings in good deeds. Water a plant, be good to animals, help the needy, invent something useful. And if you couldn't do any of that, at least, at least, don't do harm to anyone. Or invite me to brunch. That's a good idea, no?
