Google provides tools to see recent sign-ins, device activity, and app access. If you notice anything suspicious, act immediately to secure your account. For your Google Cloud projects, implement the principle of least privilege. This means granting users only the necessary permissions they need to perform their tasks, and nothing more. Avoid giving broad administrative access unless absolutely essential. This minimizes the potential damage if an account is compromised. Google Cloud Identity and Access Management, or IAM, is a powerful tool to manage these permissions effectively. Finally, stay informed about security updates and recommendations from Google.
