[0:08]Hello everybody. Welcome back to for Mobian Tempest. And today's little video, uhm, well, let's kinda start at the beginning.

[0:20]Oftentimes when people start out in spellcrafting, um, I tend to find that questions will be raised.

[0:32]For example, if the spell outcome wasn't what they'd hoped for, things like that, or people aren't quite sure which way to or which method to choose when they presented with, uhm, a situation, they don't really know which way is the best way to handle something.

[0:58]And they query themselves. So, often times when people come to me and say, look, I did this spell work in and I didn't quite get the outcome that I wanted.

[1:10]And when I ask them, well, what kind of things did you do as part of preparation for your spell work in?

[1:21]The usual answers tend to be either, oh, well, I looked into the correct moon phase, I looked into the day, of the week, I aligned crystals, I aligned herbs, and that's not really what I'm asking when I ask what did you do to prepare?

[1:40]And my suggestion would be, and my suggestion to people who have asked me in the past has been divining, um, divination with cards or runes or pendulums.

[1:56]And that can sound quite simple until the answer comes back. Well, I tried with the cards. I didn't quite know I to read the response I was getting.

[2:09]So I thought I'd give some quick examples, um, of the kind of thing that we're looking at, just to help people along a little bit.

[2:21]So let's say we have a situation where we've got a work colleague who is making our working life an absolute misery.

[2:32]We love our job. We love the place that we work. We love everything about it except we had this one colleague that's presenting us with problems to the point where we might be getting the Monday sort of Monday butterflies when we wake up.

[2:50]You know, you you might start to feel on a Sunday night even that you really don't wanna be going to work because you know you're gonna have to face this person.

[3:03]And if you're going to be doing a working for this, you might be thinking, well, which is the best way to deal with it?

[3:10]And you might think, in sort of a position like this, oh, I need to banish Mr. or Misses Mean.

[3:20]So, how do you know that that's the best approach to take?

[3:24]Well, we can grab the cards for a start. We can ask the cards. And I'm just going to move my candle just out of the way so I don't burn me on.

[3:35]So let's say, I'm going to show you with three different types of deck. One is a Leman, one is a tarot, and one is an oracle, because I know different people work with different decks.

[3:49]Um, you can work with the decks together. Uhm, but I'll show you sort of through three different systems.

[3:56]So, let's say, we have it in our head, the question is, should we in this situation cast a spell, cast a working to banish this colleague that's causing us so much anguish in the workplace?

[4:14]Let's say we ask the Lenormand, and let's say that we got this card, which in the Lenormand is a mountain. I'm just going to try and get that up to screen a little bit.

[4:33]So to say we got the mountain, how do we read that?

[4:38]How do we read a mountain popping up with a question like that? Well, it could mean that if we do cast a banishing, we might encounter delays.

[4:50]Uhm, it could mean that there is an obstacle in our way.

[4:57]For example, this particular person, they may not be, uhm, they might not be getting along with us currently.

[5:07]You know, if this person is criticizing you at work and things like that, they may not be, you might not feel as though they are a benefit to you, but they could be a benefit to the company.

[5:19]Uhm, so let's say this person is exceptionally good at their job and they're bringing a lot of work into the company that we work for.

[5:31]If we banish this person, the company might not do so well. And that would be an obstacle.

[5:41]Uhm, the mountain can also be significant in itself of problems in the workplace, which we already sort of have a feel for anyway.

[5:51]And we kind of looking at this mountain and we thinking, well, I'm still a bit confused. Now, you could draw another Lenormand card.

[6:01]In this example, I'm going to move to the tarot. Uhm, so, in this case, top card off the deck.

[6:12]We have, let's just move it to camera. There we go. Five of Pentacles.

[6:21]Sorrowful looking card. People are looking really sort of destitute in there.

[6:27]And we get this in our sort of little reading and we thinking, well, what kind of an answer is this?

[6:37]Well, this card can signify that the anxiety that we are feeling could lead to us making an error in judgment.

[6:47]Uhm, it can also signify loss you brought upon yourself, which if we think about this mountain card that we had from the Lenormand before, and we were talking about this person possibly could be advantageous for the company we work for.

[7:03]Then this card, this Five of Pentacles starts to make a little bit of sense, because if that person is removed from the company, this person who's bringing in a lot of money from the company, then we too could suffer a loss.

[7:20]But it would be brought upon ourselves, because we banish the person. So we could, if the company loses money, we could lose our job.

[7:30]We might need to take a pay cut. We might even need to take a low position within the company, so that the wages don't cost so much, so it's something to think about.

[7:42]Uhm, it can also sort of signify feeling unwanted, this sort of ostracized feeling.

[7:54]And I tend to think with tarot a lot of the time, I've said this in a video before, if you want guidance on a spiritual level, the tarot will probably give you the answers in that.

[8:08]The tarot reflects the sort of energies that are current for us at the moment. So if we were feeling ostracized, this will could come up for you in this particular reading.

[8:20]Whereas the Lenormand, I tend to view the Lenormand as being quite honest answers to straight questions.

[8:34]They might not always be as, they might be to the point, direct. So, we've got this Five of Pentacles popping up.

[8:47]How do we read this when we're asking, do we really want to banish this person?

[8:55]To me, this card would say, well, have a rethink because we don't want any kind of loss that we've brought upon ourselves.

[9:05]So then, let's say we're working with an Oracle.

[9:10]Now, Oracles can be tricky in the sense that oracles tend to have very positive messages, but we can still read them when we want answers to our workings prior to these workings.

[9:27]So we asked the same question again. You know, should we banish Mr. or Misses mean from this workplace?

[9:35]Let's say we get this card. In this particular deck, you can see it says Forgiveness.

[9:44]Now that might not be the answer that you want to hear. You might be sitting there thinking, well, blooming Nora, can I really forgive this person?

[9:54]They're making my life hell at work. He's an absolute torment.

[10:00]Well, if I drew this card, this would be telling me personally, you need to rethink what it is that you're actually trying to achieve.

[10:13]So, these three cards together, a mountain tells us there's an obstacle in our way with this casting.

[10:25]The Five of Pentacles tells us, we could bring about loss to ourselves and it would be our own doing. And the Oracle card tells us Forgiveness.

[10:40]So this card in itself is saying, you can't really forgive somebody if you're wanting to banish them from your workplace.

[10:46]So it all three together kind of suggests, we need to have a really good think again about what it is we're trying to achieve.

[10:56]So let's put those two on side. So we're sitting here now with this dilemma. We thinking, well,

[11:03]So sorry about the background noise from the cistern, we can't continue the way that we're doing at work because we don't want to go into work when it comes to Sunday night.

[11:10]That's all that's on our mind and come Monday morning, the stomach's churning. We can't really face this person and when we get to work, we're just getting constant criticism all the time.

[11:21]Our working life is a nightmare. So what do we do?

[11:26]So we sit and we have a rethink. What is it we're trying to achieve? What would be the ideal thing to achieve?

[11:34]Maybe that we didn't have a problem with this person in the first place, or that this particular person didn't have a problem with us at all.

[11:42]So in which case, we want to make nice with this person. We want this person to appreciate the work that we're doing. We want to get along.

[11:53]We want a harmonious workplace. So how do we achieve that?

[11:58]We could use a working that would sweeten the attitude of this particular person towards us. You might want to use something like a working with honey, uhm, sugar syrup, that kind of thing.

[12:12]Uhm, so let's reread the cards.

[12:17]We ask the cards, should we do a work in where this particular person has a sweetened attitude towards us?

[12:29]Well, Lenormand gives us this card. Now then, dogs can be symbolic of loyalty, but they also are symbolic of friendship.

[12:53]So in the, in the case of should we cast a working to make this person view us in a different light, to sort of be more sweetened towards us, the dog, being friendship, would be the thumbs up.

[13:08]It would be telling us, yeah, that'll work. No problem there.

[13:13]It also signifies a stable career and that's what we want. We want this harmonious workplace where our career is stable.

[13:21]We don't want sort of to lose our job or anything, which we might have done with the banishing, but this card tells us success. It tells us success, happiness, stability, of career and friendship.

[13:38]So in this case, this card would be a this working is going to be to sort of hey is good.

[13:48]So if we look then at the tarot, and in this case, we have the Chariot card.

[13:58]So we might think, well, how do we read the chariot? The Chariot tells us and it speaks of sort of focus and dedication.

[14:06]Uhm, but it's also symbolic of being triumphant. And that's what we want in this particular working.

[14:14]We want to be triumphant in the situation where we want to feel happy in our workplace again.

[14:24]So it's also telling us that we can overcome barriers to find success. So we can overcome the fact that this person is currently not being particularly nice with us.

[14:38]But by our working, by sweetening this person, we can overcome that barrier.

[14:45]Uhm, it's also about being triumphant over anybody who's trying to limit the confidence you have in your own abilities.

[14:55]So if we think about the situation where somebody may be criticizing us in the workplace and our confidence is slowly getting knocked, then this particular card tells us that we're going to overcome that barrier.

[15:13]So again, when we're asking is this sweetening working going to be to our highest goods, our benefit, this card again would be telling us, yeah, this is the way forward.

[15:27]Sorry about the cough. I got a bit of a chest cold going on, but if I sound a bit nasal and that's why.

[15:37]So let's go to the Oracles. So again, Oracles tend to be positive, but let's see what comes up. And in this case, we have the card New Beginnings. There we go.

[15:53]New Beginnings. So, we're doing this working to make this person sweeter and we get the card coming along that says, we're going to have a new beginning.

[16:03]Now, to me, automatically, that would say, this is a thumbs-up deal.

[16:11]Now, within this particular deck, uhm, the card meaning for new beginnings is a clean slate presented to you as you now encounter opportunities and novel experiences.

[16:26]So it's talking about this sort of new opportunity presented to us in a way that we can move forward. So these three cards together, we have this sort of new adventure, which of course would be given to us and presented to us with overcoming the obstacles.

[16:47]And the obstacle is overcome with the friendship with the dog card. So you can see how they kind of work together.

[16:55]And you can see how that would be a positive read in opposition to this read where we've got obstacles and sort of losses and being told to forgive.

[17:12]So, that's sort of cards out of the way. Now, you can also use a pendulum.

[17:23]This is mine. Now, again, I've said before, pendulums can be notorious in that you have to be specific with the wording of your question to gain an answer that, uhm, makes sense.

[17:45]Because pendulums you could ask a question and there could be a double meaning behind the answer you get back.

[17:55]So, what I would say is that in university, you're always taught to triple check your sources when you're doing any kind of research.

[18:04]And this is the same thing. Triple check the responses you're gaining from your pendulum, and the way to do that is to rephrase the same question in three different ways.

[18:13]Hope that makes sense. So, some examples of how to ask this question would be is banishing Mr. or Mrs. X the best solution to my problem and see which way your pendulum swings.

[18:36]Ask would banishing provide the better outcome in my current situation. Rephrase again, is banishing Mr. or Mrs. X in my best interest and formulate your questions so that you're asking exactly the same thing but in three different ways.

[18:59]You have triple checking the source, just as you would do with research. And again, you'd go off the motion of your pendulum.

[19:12]So whichever way your pendulum swings, whether it's moving in circles, whether it's moving sort of backwards and forwards and triple check the responses that you're gaining, test the answers that are coming to you.

[19:33]Now, you can use runes for this kind of thing as well. Uhm, so if you're a rune reader, you might want to get your runes out and give those a shake.

[19:51]Use it with your room mat and things and see what the responses are with that. Uhm, just in case anybody watching doesn't already know, uhm,

[20:06]the and he's interested, the Lenormand cards that I was using in this read, particular video, are the Mystical Lenormand.

[20:28]And then most will recognize the cards from the Rider Waite Tarot.

[20:36]Those are the Tarot cards. Uhm, and the Oracle cards were Healing with the Angels, which is Doreen Virtue.

[20:56]And this is a Calcite pendulum. Just, just to add a little bit more. But yeah, it's, it's basically as simple as that.

[21:05]So, if you're finding that you're not altogether sure when it comes to why your outcomes aren't the way you'd hoped, or if you're getting non-results, even if you're casting and you're getting a non-result,

[21:23]if you're not using some form of divination prior in preparation of your casting, then how where's your guidance coming from?

[21:33]And I would say, always use divination prior to casting, because then you have some form of guidance, uhm, as to how your outcomes will be, whether you're going to get a null outcome, whether it's not in your best interest.

[21:52]Uhm, and you can, like I say, even though Oracle cards are quite positive, generally speaking, you can still utilize the Oracle cards, uhm, when it comes to knowing whether you're going to have a positive outcome on your working.

[22:16]When I say positive, I don't mean positive, negative. I mean successful, you know, because, I mean, this is a positive card, surrender and release.

[22:26]But if you were asking again, let's take our original example of is a banishing the best approach for this particular situation?

[22:38]Surrender and release would say to me, personally, possibly not.

[22:45]Have a rethink, see what other options are open to you.

[22:50]If we had a card, let's say Manifestation, to me that would say, go ahead. You know, you're going to manifest exactly what it is that you're wanting.

[23:03]Uhm, so we can use different card systems. We can use different divinatory tools, uhm, when it comes to sort of guidance, I suppose, for spellcrafting.

[23:59]And I'm going to cut this video off, because what am I getting quite long. So I hope you've enjoyed this video. I hope it's not been too long.

[24:07]And I will see you again very, very soon. So much love and many blessings. Bye for now.
