[0:03]The hardest part is sitting at work knowing that there's a fire going on and not being able to leave work. When you actually do something that looks good, passing it forward to another person, that's a feeling that I I get something from. My Hoover family, it's a seventh generation farmer, and I am very proud to be able to say that. Addressing climate change at a grassroots level, it's more of a human problem. So, I have to talk with respect and kindness. There's so much need in the community. It's just the greatest thing to see those people come to that realization that they can be independent and do their own thing again. I want to help people begin again. I say I love people, this is an opportunity for me to really find out if I do.
