I've been doing skin cancer medicine for about 20 years now, and the Skin Cancer Centre has been running for over 15 years. We offer a number of services related to skin cancer medicine from screening to treatment. One of the most important things is prevention, so we talk about sunscreens, sun protection, clothing, and also vitamin D. The screening process involves a detailed history and examination, particularly looking at the skin with a dermatoscope. And then we have total body photography and digital dermoscopy, which gives us a baseline for monitoring your skin over time. For treatment, we offer both non-surgical and surgical treatments. Non-surgical treatments include topical creams and also liquid nitrogen. Surgical treatments for the more serious skin cancers include simple excisions and also flap and graft surgery.
