[0:00]Good evening, everybody and uh, welcome to this session on E-conceptual. Uh, my name is Dr. Apurv Mehra and uh, you know,

[0:10]I, I feel privileged, honored and uh, responsible in announcing something new. So let me just take you

[0:19]on a short emotional journey, how, how E-conceptual started, how we dreamt of it and what are the main pearls here.

[0:28]We have been really fortunate of uh, having great people amongst us and uh, you know, and

[0:35]a lot of, a lot of wishes are there, you know, who have supported and helped us blossom this

[0:41]seed to a plant, to a tree and what it is becoming today.

[0:46]Uh, if you are preparing for an entrance exam, you know, once the entrance exam is done,

[0:51]you will always have a very fond memory of that exam or the preparation.

[0:57]But once you are into residency, it's a totally different scenario.

[1:03]It's, it's a matter of uh, being there into that branch omnipresent as long as you breathe as long as you survive.

[1:10]You know, whatever branch you are,

[1:15]it's going to play a major part of your life. Goga bhai good morning.

[1:18]Good morning, everyone. Good evening, sir. Good evening, sir.

[1:23]is going to be a very essential part. So I'll just show you that uh, how and what all compasses of E-conceptual?

[1:31]You know, uh, there'll always be a face but then there are a lot of people working behind.

[1:37]First of all, thanks to uh, the entire uh, team who works behind the scene including this session.

[1:46]Number two, when we thought of E-conceptual, E-conceptual initially uh, started with me and my dad when he was there.

[1:54]And uh, from this room where I am, now that's the place at my home, this, this is registered.

[2:01]And uh, I think me, my dad and Goga bhai used to come to the clinic very often at that time and uh, we used to sit and talk about these ideas.

[2:10]And you always used to say, "Bahut chalega." Goga bhai ko jo theek lagta hai he says, "Bahut chalega, bahut chalega." That's how he says.

[2:17]And you know, and that's how we started approaching and requesting teachers to come and be a part of it.

[2:23]It dates back to 2019, December, when it actually started

[2:30]working on that principle. And 20th December 2019 was its first recording when I recorded with

[2:39]Professor S.M. Tuli sir. He was 88 at that time, he is 93 now.

[2:44]And uh, he is standing tall at that time, you know.

[2:49]And uh, he used to come every Friday to record at 8:00 AM in the morning and he used to, you know, have that agility

[2:55]at 88 to prepare, to speak. And we always thought that will this senior teachers

[3:00]be able to work on the iPads and pencils? But you know, they have worked at times and nothing existed. For them, these are nothing. They're just toys to play with because it's the man behind the machine that matters.

[3:12]And their resilience is of next level. So I have a small presentation, it's, it's, it's few slides and uh, you know, and before I, I spoke about Dr. Goga bhai, but then,

[3:25]Spursh also used to be very positive in that aspect. In fact, he used to suggest me, "Sir, ye karlo, vo karlo."

[3:32]And you know, when I still remember that uh, once we required P.S.M. lectures

[3:38]and we spoke to Vivek sir. Vivek sir, bio stats ke lecture hai. To unhone bola, "Kya chahiye batao na, sir." And as Vivek sir, he simply gave uh, all his content to E-conceptual and different branches of E-conceptual have the support from, from these lectures which are there.

[3:51]Goga bhai has contributed to almost every branch except orthopedics where he takes very few lectures. But anesthesia he, he recorded also.

[4:00]So it is just uh, a way of saying thanks to them.

[4:04]Universe boss, all right? He's not here, he's busy somewhere. But then he has been there. Praveen, Dr. Praveen Tripathi been there and Conceptual Psychiatry which he developed is doing fantastic.

[4:16]So let's have a look at this presentation of what all branches we have now and what I foresee that uh, Conceptual Pediatrics would be, you know.

[4:27]It's, it's, it's purely Anand's, Dr. Anand's push

[4:33]that, "Sir, Conceptual P.G. nikalna hai." And I was scrolling through the messages he's been sending for quite some time.

[4:39]Right? And uh, you know, Anand, this, this might appear as a very, very happy day to you. 14th July last year,

[4:45]we all were together when we, we inaugurated the havan of Vidya Jivan.

[4:52]We were all together all of us, you know, our families were there at that time and 14th July is the date that we all selected for Conceptual Pediatrics this session.

[5:01]And when I, when I requested everybody and they, they happily agreed to be a part. Uh, although there are reasons we could have been together at the, at the venue and celebrated today. But then, you know, we could not do that, but this is a better way to start something new.

[5:14]From here a new spectrum will start Anand. Uh, till now your name is growing across the country but with Conceptual Pediatrics you will go global.

[5:25]And uh, easier said and done, we all are with you for that.

[5:28]Wherever you need us, you know, everybody on the screen, off the screen, the entire team of Conceptual, the entire team of Cerebellum is there for you.

[5:37]So we are all, you know, "Tum aage badhe chalo, hum tumhare saath hai." So that is what we always say and Dileep sir is smiling on this Hindi title.

[5:44]His English lecture's coming soon. So let's have a look at the, the, the presentation that I have, yeah, so,

[5:54]Is it visible? Yes, sir. Fantastic. So uh, the learning never ends is the line that was coined by Professor S.M. Tuli sir.

[6:03]Which he gave to this organization and to all our life, you know, and all those who are married will understand the depth of the statement, you know, you are learning from your wives every day and wives are teaching their husband every day, so it goes round the clock.

[6:17]And there's so much to learn from everything in our life. And if we are, if we are keeping ourselves and our heart and mind open, that's the key point.

[6:25]Uh, when we started we just had Conceptual Orthopedics logo.

[6:33]And uh, 21st June, right, 2021,

[6:38]I got this E-conceptual website. I still remember at 6:00 in the morning,

[6:44]uh, we got this E-conceptual and we changed Conceptual to E-conceptual.

[6:47]Conceptual Orthopedics came after that, Conceptual Surgery, then Anesthesia,

[6:53]then Radiology, Psychiatry, Gyneobs, Medicine, the highest version of surgical care, interactive operative orthopedics.

[7:03]And now we have Conceptual Pediatrics uh, coming. That is something the journey so far and, you know, whenever

[7:11]any, any tall building is made, it is the foundation that matters the most. Even Burj Khalifa was first few years that down and then came up.

[7:20]So a lot of hard work is done beneath and then this you can see it in the front.

[7:24]You know, this is how we started. They are the main pillars who started building Conceptual Orthopedics, which was launched on 2nd April 2020.

[7:35]That's the date we chose because India won the World Cup in 2011 on that date and uh, it also happened to be Ram Navami on that day, on that year.

[7:44]So there were a lot of emotions attached on this year and, and from within first hour of release, Goga bhai's statement came out to be true that, "Bahut chalega."

[7:53]I don't know what's the criteria but then he said, "Kohi noors" is the term I have used here in this slide presentation. In fact, this was also made by Kunal when he was preparing and then it's, so he probably came for Kunal, came for Kohi noor, that's how he named it. And uh,

[8:08]then came Conceptual Surgery and a lot of senior teachers blessed us.

[8:14]They have taught us and now uh, Dr. Amrit is uh, taking lead in this to form the super specialty segment.

[8:21]Look, uh, every Conceptual automatically prepares you for the super specialties and M.R.C.S., M.R.C.P. programs. It's inbuilt.

[8:30]So once you are a resident, it's almost a part that automatically you are getting in it. So you don't have to go to multiple places, so it's all in one, that's what you have. Right? So there's no separation in that.

[8:41]Then came Conceptual Anesthesia. This is my one of my favorite apps.

[8:46]This was an app which was totally recorded, planned, structured.

[8:52]Janvi's stayed back in Delhi for more than four to six weeks, completed the index of the course, recorded everything in the studio. So this was the most structured app that's what I, I personally feel and uh,

[9:05]there are a lot of things that you keep on learning. She was the youngest when she developed amongst the two other apps. But then, this is something we learned from that structured courses are always better.

[9:14]Right? So this is how Conceptual Anesthesia started. 15th August 2023, Anand, 15th August is your app launch date. Today is the announcement and you have exactly one month and two days to go for it.

[9:27]Right? And then this changed everything for us, you know.

[9:33]Uh, if you, if you've seen few, few movies, one of the movies is uh, is uh, founders.

[9:40]Right? In that movie there is only one line which is good about that movie which I like, that is what he said. You pick this name and you put it anywhere the things will shine. So that is what McDonald's is. And that is what Dr. Zainab is for us for both the organizations, Conceptual and Cerebellum.

[9:55]So she's made sure that Conceptual reaches the next level. And you know, uh, she's been, she build it up in a live way. So she, she build it up live lectures and she had shown the other way, the two contrasts.

[10:07]Janvi did it with uh, organized, structured recorded lectures and Zainab gradually according to students. And both are a rage, I can just tell you that.

[10:17]And you know, then came this point, you know, I always say Universe Boss is his name. And again, he is, he is the Kohi noor who, who made Conceptual grow across the borders.

[10:29]It is, it is a big, big uh, jump and he's not here, he's occupied somewhere, but I'm very sure when he clear this and this came just the next month uh, of release of radiology.

[10:43]And similarly, you know, if you want to look at hard work done by one person in any app,

[10:50]right, uh, salutations to what Raina ma'am has done to Conceptual Gyneobs. She has been working in day in, day out.

[10:58]Salute hai ki uh, pata hi nahi ma'am kabhi thakti nahi hai. Matlab, she keeps on working on this aspect. As if, you know, this is her most important passion she's been longing for and, and then you had Conceptual Medicine. Dileep sir is there.

[11:13]Right? And, and, you know, Dileep sir, uh, I can promise you that uh, Medicine is

[11:20]the conglomerate of everything that I have spoken. So it covers everything and you have the biggest penetration in the world in the coming future.

[11:28]We are together for it, sir. The Conceptual Medicine, the super specialty things, the M.R.C.P. programs, everything that you are thinking of.

[11:40]All right? And uh, I can see the hard work you are putting on. And you are making sure that you yourself are supervising that you cover every aspect carefully and there is nothing that is uh, that is missed out here. So we are, we are extremely uh, happy the way it's building. And uh,

[12:24]we are very happy that now senior examiners and senior teachers, you know, are joining you, Dileep sir.

[12:30]Sir is one of the many he has taught us at Mullad Medical College. He heads, he used to head uh,

[12:38]the hospital, Max Hospital in Delhi and now he's in U.S.A. contributing to the courses. Uh, Dr. Narendra Pal Singh, his lectures will be released soon and many more, you know, many more, I'm very sure who are uh, going to contribute to Conceptual Medicine, you know. It is such a vast thing but a lot of hard work uh, on your behalf.

[13:00]And this is something we are teaching right from the operation theater the skills to learn for the, for the higher uh, level surgeons in Orthopedics. So it's called as Interactive Operative Orthopedics, ears and eyes in the operation theater. Right? So,

[13:20]so they are all glued and we've got great response. It's like an online fellowship. So this is what uh, we are doing. And Conceptual Pediatrics is, I as uh,

[13:30]we can see, it's Anand's dream. And uh, I'm really, very happy that uh, you know, Anand,

[13:40]we have this day. Sapne sab dekhte hain, but har ek ko mauka nahi milta usko saakar karne ka.

[13:47]And uh, uske liye mehnat bahut maangti hai. I can promise you

[13:50]that this will require a lot and lot of hard work. I can, I can really promise you.

[13:56]And as Zainab was saying, you'll become more busier.

[14:01]But you know, you will love it. You will, you will realize, this will enhance your clinical practice, your clinical knowledge.

[14:08]This will get you the next level of respect in your branch, you know. It's not easy.

[14:13]But if it's easy everybody will do it. Right? So it is not supposed to be easy.

[14:20]So I am 100% sure that this will make you happy. And now uh, we'll request uh, Dr. Zainab

[14:28]for you to take over this session. You have seniors, Dr. Vivek sir, Govind sir, Dileep sir, Anand sir and you yourself to carry on this discussion.

[14:39]My part is over. Goga bhai, Vivek sir, jis bhi cheez pe aap log hote hai na sir, wo hamesha shine karti hai.

[14:46]So it is always there. This is my firm belief, you know. In fact, I will not disclose but I have never taken anything in my life without Goga bhai having his hand into it and Vivek sir not sending the sweets into it.

[14:58]I was telling him some day I wanted to buy something, I told him, "Give me ₹1, but give something because aapka paisa jahan lagta hai usme barkat hoti hai." I cannot disclose further, it's a YouTube live but that's how it goes. And, you know, when the YouTube live had to be there, I requested Goga bhai and Vivek sir to be there.

[15:15]There's always a yes, there's always, there's never a no and obviously Zainab is a partner in everything that we do. Matlab partner is emotional partner with the bonding that we all have with her. And I think with wishes that they are there on the screen, Anand, ye hamesha tumhe dikhenge.

[15:31]Kabhi bhi tumhe lage kuch mushkil ho raha hai, inki chehre dekh lena sab theek lagega. You can come back to this video and be happy about it. Ab Amrit ne bhi video on kar diya, kehtha sir mere bare me kuch bol hi nahi rahe.

[15:43]Right? So Amrit to vaise hi ek vardan yukat vyakti hai, so that is what it is. So over to Zainab for you to coordinate with and talk to everybody. Thank you.

[15:51]Thank you, thank you. Thank you.

[15:54]So I think uh, it's Anand sir's uh, uh, baby, you know, uh, which I think he should talk about and and he has already put in a lot of hours and and it's been going on for a lot of months now. I remember talking in January and he's been so excited about launching this, so so many months have gone in just preparing for this. So so I'm very, very sure that the product that's gonna come out, it's going to be just amazing. And uh, for the students, I just want to say one thing that if you want to, you know, learn one thing from sir, that is uh, compassion. Right? I'm sorry. My daughter's, yeah, you can say hello. So, so basically it's compassion, you know, which is the main thing.

[16:39]So sir, please, I think you should take this stage and talk about this.

[16:44]Sure, ma'am. Yeah. So thank you so much everyone uh, for this wonderful time and uh, so first of all uh, welcome to Pediatrics by Dr. Anand. I say in every video and now it's welcome to Conceptual Pediatrics by Dr. Anand. So a lot of students, they asked me this question, "Sir, is app me aisa kya hoga? Matlab, aisa kya padhane wale hai aap?" So with lot of research and discussion, so see any residency program, so we have focused on all these students who are doing their residency in first year, second year and third year. So most importantly whenever I enter in the first year of pediatrics, I see a lot of cases. But uh, students are not having the exact clinical knowledge of how to do it. Everyone takes a sampling. Everyone do a A.B.G. and everyone do a intubation. But if I ask a D.N.B. or M.D. or any resident that what is the ventilator settings you have put in this case, then, you know, we are having this doubtful. And now this is the Conceptual Pediatrics app which will cover not just the theoretical knowledge, the clinical knowledge, the integrated knowledge basically. So the first segment we have focused on all the case presentation, all the clinical learnings basically.

[17:54]upper motor neuron, lower motor neuron like that. How to take a A.B.G.? In the second year residency if I enter, then theory of course plays a very important role where we have covered the general pediatrics, systemic pediatrics, neonatology, respiratory, cardio, G.I.T., the way everyone knows it. But the third year which is very, very important, sir, I just want to clear the exam, "aisa kuch bata dijiye ki mera exam achche se clear ho jaye." Uske liye for that you need O.S.K.I. which are very important. For that you need last three year question papers of the M.D., D.N.B. all the important competitive exam. So this is a very beautiful 360-degree approach where you are not just getting theory, theory, you're getting a theory plus a clinical pattern knowledge. And at the same time, all the last year question papers of the recent D.N.B. and M.D. exam which gives me a very perfect idea ki agar exam aata hai to question paper aisa banta hai. How much should I write? How much lengthy should I write and what are the headings, sub-headings I should use? So this is a small glimpse of what we are putting in the app which covers everything a student need in in his uh, residency program. Ma'am, what do you think about it?

[19:03]Yeah, I think sir, it's great because uh, when a student walks in, especially in the first month, I think it is uh, very intimidating going into a whole different branch. Even though as M.B.B.S. students, we are posted in the wards. But uh, going in as an M.D. resident in in, in any clinical branch for that matter, it's very, very scary. So if you have something or somebody to hold your hand through it, I think that makes their life very, very easy and that's what we've been seeing, right? As soon as students pick up a seat, they look forward to getting Conceptual, you know, that's what they now tell us even in Cerebellum that we want to go from Cerebellum to Conceptual. So I think that is uh, what this has become as a bridge, you know, for all our students to stay connected with all of us.

[19:50]Vivek sir, you can, "aashirwad" lilu beta. Matlab bade, matlab dekhne me young hai par vaise badon ka Vivek sir and Goga bhai, your blessings for Anand's new life and new journey. Sir, Vivek sir.

[20:05]Okay, thank you, Apurv sir. Dr. Anand, I can tell you my better half Dr. Rashmi is also a practicing pediatrician. And she always says one thing that getting to see a child smile is the best thing to happen inside a pediatrician's clinic. So when I look at Conceptual, E-conceptual pediatrics, what I'm looking is a resident is able to go through his residency smiling under the able mentorship. And we have seen the mentors in other E-conceptual apps. Loads and loads of experience, 100 plus years of experience. And at the same time they are able to build and develop their clinical skills. I think this is the best outcome a resident can look for. Rather I can say this is a residency course which is going on alongside his clinical residency course in his college. And he has the dual advantage which we never had in our times. But good to see that is, is such a good initiative, Dr. Anand. And I can only say I'm sure it is going to be a big success. But your responsibility will now increase manifold, so keep that in mind. I know you are a very hard working doctor and a student. So keep on continuing in the same vein. And there should be no looking back. And I wish you all the best. Your whole team of E-conceptual Cerebellum is with you and I wish you all the best stay on course.

[21:26]Thank you, sir. Thank you so much. That's very kind of you. Thank you, sir.

[21:30]Goga bhai. Thank you Apurv bhai. First of all, uh, congratulations for the inauguration of Vidya Jeevan.

[21:36]First anniversary I think.

[21:39]Yes. Yes. Uh, congratulations uh, to all of us. You, Zainab, Vivek sir, all of us. So that was the place from where the dream started. So we started seeing the dreams which are much bigger than ourselves. Uh, and uh, I hope they will be coming true very soon. And uh, regarding Conceptual, congratulations, Dr. Anand and best wishes for the success of the app. And as everyone has already told that you need to work very hard. And definitely it is going to be a success. But work you need to work very hard for that. And uh, regarding the students who are going to use, I am very hopeful that like all other Conceptual courses, this will also change the way the residency is done. So till now, residency many, at many places, it's just a rote learning and uh, they are not up to the mark. But I am very, very hopeful and uh, very sure that after Conceptual Pediatrics, residency will no more be a uh, rote memory thing. It will be a total Conceptual as the name tells. So best wishes, Dr. Anand, and hoping for a big success.

[22:53]Thank you, sir. Thank you so much. I'll try my best to do the best in this app. And yes, life is beautiful.

[22:59]Life is beautiful. Yes, sir.

[23:03]Dileep sir. Anand sir, I know the pain. I know how much you have to work hard because I've been doing the same for the last so many months now. I think it's almost a year when it comes September, it will be almost a year. And uh, my sole inspiration for all this if you ask me is definitely Apurv sir. There's no one else honestly speaking. Uh, I had this idea but Apurv sir is the one who kept on pushing me to do this and I can see the rewards as well. We can see how many students were like quite happy with this. Uh, how much reach we have achieved in this short span of time, in this 8 to 10 months. And it keeps giving us new ideas and uh, we keep investing a lot of our time as well and that's worth it as well. That's what I would say. And I know that you have invested a lot of time as well. And you're going to definitely rock, I mean, that's what I mean. I'm sure about it. And congratulations, sir.

[23:56]Thank you so much, sir. Thank you so much. I know. Anand, you can take lot of lectures from Medicine. Pediatrics for Medicine, that's what you want.

[24:02]Yes sir, actually my entire endocrine is mostly pediatrics only, the disorders of sexual differentiation, growth, puberty. And if you wish to, you can take end number of lectures from Medicine if you wish to. It's very kind of you, sir. Thank you. Thank you so much. I'll try my best. Yes sir, I need your lectures as well because you are in the Conceptual stream now. So now I'm going to replace the all the pediatric problems with your lectures. Everything. It's we all are one family, sir. Take whatever you want. Just be happy. It's all good. Yeah, life is beautiful.

[24:32]Yes. Yes. Yes.

[24:35]And then you are not driving, I hope, Amrit.

[24:39]If you are, I, I'm at the backseat. Thank God. You are, you are a responsible man now. So take care of that, you know. Your wishes are very important for Anand, Amrit. Over to you.

[24:51]Yeah, I would just say that you will require a lot of guidance along the way and you must take the advice and help I keep doing of Apurv sir because his experience has really helped me channelize in Conceptual Surgery. So things will get tough initially but with proper guidance you will kill it and sir will keep telling you, "Tum aag laga doge." So just believe in yourself and you will be great.

[25:16]Amrit, maine Ravi se baat karli hai. Tumhare saath Neuro Surgery ke lecture record kar raha hai woh.

[25:21]Yes sir, aap hi hai.

[25:25]Thank you, sir. Thank you so much. You know, thank you, fantastic. So Anand, let me tell the students here that as E-conceptual is, there will be Anand who will be taking important topics. And he will also, he will, he is the Kohi noor of Conceptual Pediatrics, no doubt about it. But he's also the thread who's going to join different pearls and different diamonds. And you, we will be unfolding the, the wonderful teachers who have contributed to Conceptual Pediatrics. And we have traveled across the city and the nation to get the best academicians and teachers because art of clinical science, you know, it is, it is just like a mist. You cannot see it on screen, you have to feel it. And they are going to show the patients, the clinical examinations and we're going to tell you the key points to see. Patients, the radiology, everything else is being recorded. And when we launch on 15th August, there will be a good amount of recorded lectures. So before we conclude this session, you already gave a glimpse of what it is. Just, I had, I had shown two extremes where Dr. Janvi had built the entire structured course and Zainab on the other hand, built it up live and both are rage in this country right now, both the courses, anesthesia and radiology. All right? So, yours is going to be a hybrid model. You plan to record, release and then, uh, pull it live. How do you want to go about?

[26:55]So yes sir, so basically it will be a hybrid model. Uh, uh, much much percentage of the videos we have recorded. But we also want the student interaction. We want the videos where students ask a lot of doubts. For example, like case presentation, newborn baby cases reflexes where students can participate as much as possible. So that is why theoretical topics, some percentage we have recorded. But it is a, as it is a hybrid session, so we have some segments where we're going to interact with the students in the live classes where they can, you know, uh, ask their doubts and they get a beautiful, you know, kind of a app approach about it. So it's a hybrid model which has recorded lectures as well as the clinical integrated live sessions.

[27:38]Fantastic. All the very best to you, Anand and uh, may, may you rise and shine. And Zainab, please give the concluding remarks and then Goga bhai will wish all the best to everybody.

[27:50]All the best, sir. I, I think we are all in this with you and we have no doubt that this is going to be absolutely amazing. Uh, for all the residents, stay tuned. 15th August is the date. So all the best, sir.

[28:03]Thank you. Thank you, ma'am. Thank you so much.

[28:06]Goga bhai, aapki line to bol do. Scope.

[28:09]15th August, I think not only India got the independence, so you will also get independence from the fears of Pediatrics. So all the best, Dr. Anand, and hoping for a big success.

[28:20]Aap ki wo wali baat. Scope bande mein hota hai, branch mein nahi. Par yaha to banda bhi dhandaar hai aur branch bhi. So, thank you very much everybody for joining. Thank you. Bye bye. All the best, Anand. Thank you Vivek sir. Thank you Dileep sir. Thank you Zainab. Thank you.

[28:42]Thank you, sir. All the best, sir. All the best, sir. Thank you, thank you. Thank you so much. Bye bye.
